សម្តេចឪនរោត្តមសីហនុបានក្រើនរំលឹកដោយអាក់អន់ព្រះទ័យជាថ្មីម្តងទៀតដល់អ្នកដែលចូលចិត្តផ្ញើសារជូនពរ និងផ្ញើអំណោយផ្សេងៗដល់ព្រះអង្គក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យណូណែលនេះ។ អតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រព្រះជន្ម ៨៨ព្រះវស្សាដែលចាត់ទុកសារជូនពរ និងអំណោយផ្សេងៗក្នុងពេលបុណ្យម្តងៗថា ជាការរំខានដល់ភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ក្នុងជីវិតចាស់ជរារបស់ទ្រង់នោះបានប្រកាសហាមប្រាមជាញឹកញាប់មិនឲ្យអ្នកណារំខានព្រះអង្គឡើយ។ ប៉ុន្តែការហាមប្រាមនេះហាក់មិនទទួលបានលទ្ធផលឡើយ។

ក្នុងព្រះរាជសារជាភាសាបារាំងដែលផ្សាយក្នុងគេហទំព័ររបស់ព្រះអង្គ នាចុងសប្តាហ៍នេះ សម្តេចឪនរោត្តមសីហនុបានឲ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យណូអែលនេះ ព្រះអង្គបានទទួលសារជូនពរ និងកាដូរផ្សេងៗពីមនុស្សជាច្រើនរយនាក់។
ប៉ុន្តែ សម្តេចឪមិនបានសប្បាយព្រះទ័យនឹងសារជូនពរ និងកាដូទាំងនោះទេ។ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ ព្រះអង្គបានសម្តែងព្រះទ័យនឿយណាយយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះម្ចាស់កាដូ និងអ្នកផ្ញើសារជូនពរទាំងនោះ។ សម្តេចឪបានក្រើនរំលឹកពួកគេថា ទ្រង់មានវ័យចាស់ជរាណាស់ទៅហើយ និងថែមទាំងមានបញ្ហាសុខភាពទៀតផង។ ដូច្នេះព្រះង្គសូមអង្វករអ្នកទាំងនោះឲ្យឈប់រំខានភាពស្ងប់ស្ងាត់របស់ទ្រង់ទៀត ទោះជាក្នុងឱកាសអ្វីក៏ដោយ។
រយៈពេលចុងក្រោយនេះ សម្តេចឪតែងតែចេញផ្សាយព្រះរាជសារបែបនេះជាញឹកញាប់ដោយពេលខ្លះ ព្រះអង្គបានសម្តែងព្រះទ័យក្រេវក្រោធយ៉ាងខ្លាំងទៀតផង។ គេនៅចាំបានថា ពេលខ្លះសម្តេចឪបានចោទប្រកាន់អ្នកផ្ញើសារ និងអំណោយទាំងនោះថា មិនចង់ឲ្យព្រះអង្គមានព្រះជន្មយឺនយូរឡើយ ពីព្រោះ ពួកគេតែងតែរំខាន និងធ្វើឲ្យព្រះអង្គនឿយហត់ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបទៅពួកគេវិញ។
មានម្តងនោះ សម្តេចឪបដិសេធមិនទទួលអំណោយអ្វីទាំងអស់ ពីព្រោះតែគ្មានកន្លែងទុកដាក់ដោយសារតែឃ្លាំងសម្រាប់ដាក់អំណោយបានពេញអស់ទៅហើយ។ ពេលខ្លះទៀត ព្រះអង្គបានព្រមានថា ទ្រង់នឹងមិនឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសារលិខិតទាំងនោះទៀតទេ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ ព្រះអង្គត្អូញត្អែរថា គ្មានអ្នកណាស្តាប់តាមព្រះអង្គឡើយ។ គេមិនដឹងថា តើអ្នកណាខ្លះដែលតែងតែផ្ញើសារជូនពរ និងអំណោយគួរឲ្យរំខានបែបនេះឡើយ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា អតីតព្រះមហាក្សត្រខ្មែរបានអវត្តមានពីប្រទេសតាំងពីច្រើនខែមកហើយ ដើម្បីចេញទៅសម្រាកព្យាបាលព្រះកាយ នៅឯទីក្រុងប៉េកាំងប្រទេសចិន។ ព្រះអង្គតែងតែចេញផ្សាយជារឿយៗនូវស្ថានភាពសុខភាពរបស់ទ្រង់តាមរយៈព្រះរាជសំណេរផ្ទាល់ព្រះហស្ត និងភាគច្រើនជាភាសាបារាំង។
កាលពីខែមុន ព្រះអង្គបានជូនដំណឹងថា ទ្រង់នឹងយាងត្រឡប់មកប្រទេសវិញ នៅមុនរដូវចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរខាងមុខនេះ។ សម្តេចឪបានរំលឹកម្តងទៀតថា នឹងមិនឲ្យមានអ្នករំខានឡើយរាប់ទាំងពេលបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរព្រះរាជពិធីចម្រើនព្រះជន្មរបស់ទ្រង់ និងជាពិសេសក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំសកលខាងមុខនេះ៕
