លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ថ្លែងទៅកាន់និស្សិតនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា។
ភ្នំពេញ: “ដំណើរវិវត្តន៍របស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ប្រធានអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០១២” គឺជាប្រធានបទដែលលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី អនុប្រធានសមាគមយុវជនកម្ពុជា ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញជាវាគ្មិន ដើម្បីថ្លែងទៅកាន់និស្សិតប្រមាណ ៣០០នាក់ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១២។
លោកបណ្ឌិត អ៊ី រតនា តំណាងសកលវិទ្យាធិការ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជា មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ស្ថេរភាពនយោបាយនៅក្នុងប្រទេស មានសារៈសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់ ដោយហេតុថា បើប្រទេសយើងគ្មានសុខសន្តិភាព យើងប្រាកដជាមិនមានអ្វីឡើយនាថ្ងៃនេះ។ ជាក់ស្តែង ស្ថេរភាពនយោបាយ បានធ្វើឲ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំសាកលវិទ្យាល័យមានការទុកចិត្ត បណ្តាក់ទុនបង្កើតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ដែលដំបូងឡើងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យកម្ពុជាបោះជំហានត្រឹមជួលអគារគេ ប៉ុន្តែដោយឃើញសក្តានុពលរបស់ប្រទេសយើង ដែលកំពុងតែមានសុខសន្តិភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍ ក៏បានឈានទៅការកសាងអគាររបស់ខ្លួនឯង។
នាឱកាសនោះ លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី បានថ្លែងទៅកាន់និស្សិតថា ទំរាំតែប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានឡើងធ្វើជាប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលអាស៊ាន ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១២ ដែលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប្រទេសមហាអំណាចជាច្រើននឹងចូលរួមនោះ គឺយើងបានឆ្លងកាត់នូវការប្រឹងប្រែងយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ទាំងការរំដោះជាតិ ការការពារជាតិ ការផ្សះផ្សាជាតិ ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងការកសាងធនធានមនុស្ស។ នេះជាសក្ខីកម្មមួយ ដែលអាចសរបញ្ជាក់ឲ្យឃើញថា ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាពិតជាមានសន្តិភាព ស្ថេរភាពនយោបាយ និងសេរីភាពពេញលេញ។
លោកបានរម្លឹកថា បន្ទាប់ពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជាត្រូវបានរំដោះចេញពីរបប ប៉ុល ពត ដែលបានសម្លាប់ប្រជាជនអស់ជិតបីលាននាក់នោះ ប្រទេសនេះមិនទាន់មានសន្តិភាពពេញលេញនៅឡើយទេ។ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាត្រូវទទួលរងទណ្ឌកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពីសំណាក់បណ្តាប្រទេសនានា និងត្រូវបានគេដាក់ឲ្យនៅឯកកោ។
លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអនុវត្តន៍គោលនយោបាយឈ្នះៗ របស់សម្តេច ហ៊ុន សែន ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៩៨ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានបង្រួបបង្រួមគ្នា ទៅជាប្រទេសមួយដែលគ្មានការបែងចែក។ ស្ថានភាពនេះ បានធ្វើឲ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានការរីកចម្រើនជាលំដាប់ និងត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ដោយអន្តរជាតិ។ ជាក់ស្តែង មួយឆ្នាំក្រោយពីការទទួលបានសន្តិភាពពេញលេញមកនោះ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានក្លាយជាសមាជិកនៃប្រទេសអាស៊ាន ដែលរួមមាន ១០ ប្រទេស និងបីឆ្នាំក្រោយមក គឺឆ្នាំ២០០២ កម្ពុជាបានទទួលភារកិច្ចដ៍ឧត្តុង្គឧត្តមជាប្រធានអាស៊ាន។ នាឆ្នាំនេះដែរ កម្ពុជាមានមោទនភាពម្តងទៀត ដោយយើងបានធ្វើជាប្រធានអាស៊ានជាថ្មី។
លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ការស្គាល់ពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់ខ្លួន មោទនភាពនឹងអ្វីដែលខ្លួនមាន និងការស្គាល់ខ្លួនឯងច្បាស់ គឺជាគន្លឹះនៃភាពជោគជ័យ ដូចនេះប្អូនៗដែលជានិស្សិត និងជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជំនាន់ក្រោយ ត្រូវសិក្សាពីកត្តាទាំងនេះឲ្យបានច្បាស់៕ K
ទីបំផុតនៅតែនិយាយបិទបាំងការពិត តួនាទីជាប្រធានជាការចាត់តាំងវិលជុំសំរាប់ រាល់តំណាងប្រទេសដែលជាសមាជិក មិនមែនជាការប្រលងយក ឬ បោះឆ្នោតអោយតួនាទីនោះទេ ហើយក៍មិនអាចកាន់កាប់តួនាទីរហូតបានដែរ!
ជាការពិតណាស់ដែលប្រទេសនៅក្នុងតំបន់អាសុីអាគ្នេយ៍នេះមិនអាចនៅឯកោឡើយ គឺត្រូវតែដើរទៅតាមចង្វាក់នៃការវិវត្តន៍នៅក្នុងតំបន់ ។

That is great that he analytically viewed the achievement of Cambodia. Comparing to the past, none such an event ever existed. That were the steps forwards generating from stable situation both economics and politics after country’s torn pieces being reconciled. Otherwise, shabbiness and sadness still here in Cambodia. Inserting our Cambodia into the regional and global even it needs alot parameters. You may have seen about Myanmar’s presence in Regional level, only when certain level being accomplished.
For me as a farmer who grow lemon fruit trees in Siem Reap, I enjoyed very much the peace and overall environment of Cambodia under the current premier’s lead. I can write in English, and had chance to travel and of course I can say something though I am just a lemon fruit trees growers in Siem Reap. I appreciated the Sir Hun Many’s notes and comment at UC
បើស្គាល់ពីខ្លួនឯងតែអត់មានសេចក្ដីស្រឡាញ់ដល់អ្នកជិតខាងខ្លួនគឺអត់ន័យឡើយ។ អញ្ចឹងហើយបានជាមានការប្រកាន់បក្សពូកក្នុងសង្គមខ្មែរយើង។
I absolutely agreed of what he said. Knowing yourself clearly is the key to success. Knowing ourselves who we are, who are our nationality, no matter where we live, how strong we are, we should maintain our national identity, namely our culture, and language. Intention is also much important, what we will do for the better future, speaking less but doing much. Based on this word, we beg all Cambodian people from any political tendency ending blaming each other. We have jointly to build up our nation towards ” a small but strong and power”.

ហើយក៍មិនដែលស្គាល់ ទឹកភ្នែកប្រជាជនខ្មែរ ដែលត្រូវបាត់បង់ដីធ្លីដែរ !
ប្រធាន អាស៊ាន បរាជ័យអើយ
ពួកឯងចាស់ៗអស់ហើយ គួរតែចេះខ្មាស់មានភ្នែកមើលប្រទេសគេ
ដែលប្រឆាំងតវ៉ា ចិន ទាមទាកោះដ៍តូចៗ មិនស្មើរនិងមួយភាគបីនៃកោះត្រល់ខ្មែរផង
មិនមែនដូចពួកឯងល្មោភអំណាច កាត់កោះ កាត់ទឹកដី ភូមិខ្មែរ ឱ្យយួនងាយៗចឹងទេ។
Difficulties in our border doesn’t come only in this generation. It has been long effected by previous political discrepancies since French colonization and made even worse there after until after Pol Pot regime. I don’t think using force is the option. Therefore, current politicians and the premier have been trying to correct the worse situation of such a legacy.
Knowing yourself of what we are up to, what we;re exactly doing, is the philosophy to unite our love and peace towards the development of Cambodia in the era of globalization. Bringing hatred, provoke racism and blaming other without trying to know what/which generation simply just bring nothing but hatred and chaotic. We cannot hate one nation and work with one nation.
Sufficient example of countries who bring racism with neighboring countries do more harm than good.
we should know what we need as a country to develop our resource, unite rather that ironically bring hatred within people, politics and country.
