ក្រោយពីសង្គ្រាមបង្ហូរឈាមគ្នារវាងកងទ័ពព្រៃខ្មែរក្រហម និងទាហានសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរអស់រយៈពេល ៥ឆ្នាំមក ក្រុមឧទ្ទាមខ្មែរក្រហមដែលមានការគាំទ្រពីសម្ដេចព្រះនរោត្តម សីហនុ ពីក្រៅប្រទេសផងនោះ ដណ្ដើមបានទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
រយៈពេល ២សប្ដាហ៍មុនពេលខ្មែរក្រហមដើរចូលទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានជម្លៀសប្រធានាធិបតីនៃរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរ គឺលោក លន់ នល់ ចេញពីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។

political and politician was a very secreted for every one to understand. in the 60th and 70th the war in Indochina was the war between communist and democracy . the three super power , USA, CHINA,SOVIET they are fitting for a number one supper powers in the world. the real victim was the small nation in this region. unlike some bodies saying the USA they welling to fitted if they can getting benefitted from it. for example VEITNAM, CAMBODIA, LEO. all theses country are poor nothing they can took from this countries. no oil, mine, or any thing valuable for them to get rich from this three countries. the question is why they cam to fitted spending a lot of monies and their own soldiers to die in this region. as all of us knew USA was a No 1 super power in the world but their predators was CHINA and SOVEIT both of them are al so trying to be No 1 super power . for USA they was fitting to prevent the communist not to spread over ASIA and get democracy instated . for CHINA and SOVEIT they wanted to spread their communist policy all over the world as well. all of them are still what we call the cold enemies between these three superpowers . but the strange nation in this region was VEITNAMES country. after the FRANC colonies this nation are trying to be the big brother for these three countries . whit the leaders of Cambodia and Leo did not paying attention to those secreted HOCHIMIN policy. they are helping hand to get USA out from this region. after all the VEIT all way wanted these two countries to be with them so they can be a small super powers in this region. as SIHANOU said VIETNAMES government was a crocodile. that mean Cambodian leader and Leo leader are not smarted enough to know the planed of their thief nation. right now if these two nations really want to get away from this crocodile it will be bloodies. for CAMBODIA every thing was wrong from the start was SIHANOU himself that great circle of un solvable for this poor nation. unlike THAILAND they are too smart to get away from this political nightmare in this region. my question is what will the future for these poor small nations. can they preventing from another disasters in the nearest future. right now the world situation is getting worse and worse every day. why don’t we having a policy of forgive and forget as long as some bodies willing to change . it’s too long for me to talking in writing . but please think about what was happen and what will happen………. peace to all Cambodian every where in the world

បាយដែលយកលេសសម្លាប់ខ្មែរ? តើជនភាគច្រើនដែលបានកាន់ឣំណាចជាប្រភេទជនជាតិឣ្វីពិត?តើមនុស្សខ្មែរពិតៗមានប៉ុន្មាននាក់ដែលឣាចថែរក្សាទឹកដីឣង្គរនេះឲ្យបានគង់វង់បាន? តែខ្ញុំនៅ
មានជំនឿទៅលើបុព្វបុរសសម័យឣង្គរលោកបានបញ្ចុះឣាថ័នការពារទឹកដីមួយនេះឲ្យបានរួចផុតពី
ពួកទមិឡឫស្យាបំផ្លាញជាតិឲ្យវាវិនាសចេញពីដីខ្មែរ។
That was an extremely bitter lesson that the current and next politicians need to learn thoroughly about Cambodia history especially political events which brought the country to hostility and destruction and millions of Cambodians died because of unlimited and foolish ambition of Khmer politicians and leaders. To lead the country to peace, stability, development and progress, the national policy is very important. In the past, Cambodian leaders and politicians could not stay away from the communist – Vietnam and China. Everyone blamed the cold war between two ideologies. But, why couldn’t the formers mirror themselve? Because of bad policy and position to lead the country, internal armed conflict erupted devastating the country completely.
Most of Khmer leaders prefer Power, Girls and $ to their National interests and people.
As u see at present, they strive to work for the nation and people until they become the riches (Oknha).
Power is their life. They are struggling for power. Their ambition is to maintain power and influence. But, at the end, power would seriously suffer and finish them.

Voici quelques rappels des faits

En 1954 H.T. Hak a monté une saynète (Pka Ram et khmoch léng ok , ផ្ការាំ , ខ្មោចលេងអុក) qui critique la corruption et l’idiotie. Cette saynète est censurée peu de temps après. Dans la même année S.P. Thâ publie un roman « le parti champa noir បក្សចំប៉ាខ្មៅ » racontant l’existant d’un groupe clandestin mais bien structuré et habillé en noir… Personne ne les a pris au sérieux.
En 73 ITH Sarin écrit un livre « sranoh prôleung kh ស្រណោះព្រលឹងខ្មែរ» expliquant qui sont les KR, c’est une mise en garde. Hélas c’était trop tard.
Le Pentagone sait pertinemment que le Cambodge de LON Nol allait perdre la guerre en mi 73, mais il laisse saigner le peuple khmer jusqu’en 75, puisque « les deux chambres » ont voté l’arrêt des subventions à la guerre et Kissinger a pu convaincre le monde qu’il faut mettre fin à la guerre du Vietnam, les millions de mort des khmers se résument en simple dégâts collatéraux, encore génial !
