លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ហ៊ុន សែន បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូវិលត្រលប់មកដល់មាតុប្រទេសវិញហើយ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១៣ កញ្ញានេះ បន្ទាប់ពីបានចំណាយពេលពីរថ្ងៃនៅក្នុងប្រទេសចិន ដើម្បីចូលរួមពិព័រណ៍ចិន-អាស៊ាន លើកទី១៤ ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីក្រុងណាននីងប្រទេសចិន។ បន្ទាប់ពីបានបិទបញ្ចប់ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចនេះទៅ ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានប្រកាសភ្លាមៗថា ចិនគឺជាខ្នងបង្អែកដ៏រឹងមាំរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលគ្មានបរទេសណាមកបំបែកបំបាក់បានឡើយ។ ការអះអាងបែបនេះ គឺចំពេលដែលកម្ពុជា កំពុងតែមានទំនាក់ទំនងមិនសូវល្អឡើយ ជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ក្រោយពីការចាប់ខ្លួនលោក កឹម សុខា។
នេះគឺជាការប្រកាសជាចំហររបស់ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈគណនី(ហ្វេសបុក) Facebook) ផ្លូវការរបស់លោក កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១៣ កញ្ញា ខណៈដែលប្រទេសរបស់លោកកំពុងមានទំនាក់ទំនងមិនសូវល្អសោះ ជាមួយប្រទេសមហាអំណាចអាមេរិក។ មុនពេលហោះមកកាន់ទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១៣ កញ្ញានេះ ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានអះអាងថា ទំនាក់ទំនងនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាដៃគូយុទ្ឋសាស្រ្តគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយរវាង ចិន-កម្ពុជា កាន់តែឈានទៅកាន់កម្រិតខ្ពស់ជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។ ហើយថា ចិន គឺជាខ្នងបង្អែកដ៏រឹងមាំមួយ ដែលបន្តជួយដល់កម្ពុជានៅគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈ ដែលគ្មានបរទេសណាមកបំបែកបំបាក់បានឡើយ។
ការអះអាងរបស់ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាយ៉ាងដូច្នេះ គឺបន្ទាប់ពីលោកបានជួបជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ជាមួយបណ្តាមន្រ្តីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចិន តួយ៉ាង លោក ចាង កាវលី ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីចិន និងលោក សុង ថាវ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិមជ្ឈឹមបក្សកុម្មុយនីស្តចិនជាដើម។ នៅក្នុងជំនួបដាច់ដោយឡែកៗពីគ្នានោះ មន្រ្តីជាន់ខ្ពស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចិន សុទ្ធតែបានបញ្ជាក់ពីជំហរគាំទ្រកម្ពុជាដ៏ម៉ឹងម៉ាត់ ក្នុងការរក្សាចំណងទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏ជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។ ហើយថា ចិននឹងបន្តជួយរាល់បញ្ហាទុក្ខលំបាករបស់កម្ពុជានៅគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈទាំងអស់ រាប់ទាំងការសន្យាជួយទប់ស្កាត់និងការពារមិនឲ្យមានបដិវត្តន៍ពណ៌កើតមាននៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជានោះឡើយ។
តែអ្វីជាការកត់សំគាល់ ការប្រកាសពីទំនាក់ទំនងចាក់ទឹកមិនលិចរវាង កម្ពុជា-ចិន នាពេលនេះ បានធ្វើឡើង ចំពេលដែលកម្ពុជាកំពុងមានទំនាក់ទំនងមិនល្អទាល់តែសោះជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ក្រោយពីការចាប់ខ្លួន លោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំងដ៏ធំនៅកម្ពុជាមក។ ហើយនេះ ក៏មិនមែនជាលើកទី១ដែរ ដែលរដ្ឋាភិបាលទីក្រុងប៉េកាំង បានចេញមុខគាំទ្ររដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាដោយឥតលាក់លៀម ក្រោយពីការចាប់ខ្លួនលោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិ និងការបង្រ្កាបទៅលើបណ្តាញផ្សព្វផ្សាយព័ត៌មាន និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល មួយចំនួន ដែលផ្ទុយពីជំហរពីបស្ចឹមប្រទេស។ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៤ កញ្ញា អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការបរទេសចិន លោក Geng Shuang ក៏បានលើកឡើងថា ចិនបន្តគាំទ្ររដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការរក្សាសន្តិសុខ ស្ថិរភាព និងសន្តិភាពនៅក្នុងប្រទេសនេះផងដែរ។
សូមជំរាបជូនថា លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ហ៊ុន សែន បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា វិលត្រលប់មកដល់មាតុប្រទេសវិញ កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១៣ កញ្ញា បន្ទាប់ពីបានចំណាយពេលពីរថ្ងៃ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសចិន ដើម្បីចូលរួមបើកពិព័រណ៍ ចិន-អាស៊ាន លើកទី១៤ នៅទីក្រុងណាននីង ខេត្តក្វាងស៊ីប្រទេសចិន។ នៅក្នុងឳកាសនោះ ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ត្រូវបានឱកាសឲ្យឡើងថ្លែងសន្ទរកថា តពីមេដឹកនាំអាស៊ាននិងចិន ដោយបានផ្ដោតជាសំខាន់ទៅលើការជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងអាស៊ាន និង ចិន ឲ្យកាន់តែខ្លាំងក្លាថែមទៀត៕
this time more then ever that Cambodian is in a dangerous political situation. Cambodian should look backward and see what was wrong in the past . the history toll us during the king NORODAM SIHANOU leaded the nation Cambodia away whit communist CHINA and Vietcong the result was just about three million Cambodian life was sacrificed for that communist policy. at this moment CHINA is showing their powers to the world that they are a super powers nation in the world. please take a look at the country that close to CHINA no one country is wealthy . for example MIYANMA after CHINESE took their treasury under the ground just about empty they left them alone. CAMBODIA is the worse nation among ASIAN nation that CHINA going to hold as hostage . look at THAILAND this country was friend white USA,EU, and the other democracy country in the whole world . they never have war for many decade and their country become a modern country. if I’m comparing white Cambodia right now it is not deferent white the sick dog sleeping in the kitchen waiting for their master to drop some food. to all Cambodia this is not a normal political situation in our country right now. it is a political terminal to terminate our nation from any supper powers nation. I do not think HUN SEN can be that smart to solve this problem . instate this guy was triaged this nation toward the end no way out. please do not make me wrong I have no confident to this childish brain sell of HUN SEN can bring this poor nation in peace. peace to Cambodia and GOD bless all Cambodian
Let this beast regime doing business with communist china and communist veitname ‘let don’t buy or do business with this beast regime ‘.U S and Europe don’t buy any thing from cambodia and don’t help anything ‘because all factories are own by chines and gave the workers little.Poor khmer factories workers ‘they used them like slave and the profit go to china &veitcong and corrupted officials ‘. U S and Europe should punish this beast regime ‘ and let then proud with their communist china friend and veit. GOD bless all cambodian people’
