ភ្នាក់ងាររបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិអះអាងថា ការឃុំខ្លួនលោក កឹម សុខា កំពុងធ្វើឡើងតាមទំនើងចិត្ត ហើយទាមទារឲ្យរបបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ដោះលែងលោក កឹម សុខា ជាបន្ទាន់ដោយគ្មានលក្ខខណ្ឌ។
ភា្នក់ងាររបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិដែលឃ្លាំមើលការឃុំឃាំងដោយអយុត្តិធម៌ ហៅជាអង់គ្លេសថា WGAD បានចាត់ទុកការចាប់ខ្លួន និងការឃុំឃាំង លោក កឹម សុខា ថា ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងហេតុផលនយោបាយ ដែលនាំឲ្យមានការឡើងនៃការកៀបសង្កត់លើក្រុមអ្នករិះគន់របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលមុនការ បោះឆ្នោត សកល នៅខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ ២០១៨។
សមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានសម្រុកចាប់ខ្លួនលោក កឹម សុខា ដល់ក្នុងផ្ទះកាលពីដើមខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៧ ដោយចោទប្រកាន់ពីបទក្បត់ជាតិដោយមានការគាំទ្រ ពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ តុលាការកំពូលកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ឧសភា បានបន្តឃុំខ្លួន កឹម សុខា ចំនួន ៦ខែទៀត ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបណ្ដឹងសុំនៅក្រៅឃុំរបស់ក្រុមមេធាវី។
អង្គការ WGAD បានអំពាវនាវដល់របបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ឱ្យផ្ដល់សំណងដល់លោក កឹម សុខា និងសំណងផ្សេងៗទៀតសម្រាប់ការឃុំឃាំងដោយបំពានស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ ក្រុមនេះក៏បានសម្ដែងការព្រួយបារម្ភយ៉ាងខ្លាំងអំពីបញ្ហាសុខភាព របស់លោក កឹម សុខា ដែលកំពុងទទួលរងការឈឺចាប់ធ្ងន់ធ្ងរពីការត្បៀតសរសៃស្មារបស់គាត់ ក៏ដូចជាសម្ពាធឈាមខ្ពស់ និងជំងឺលើសឈាមជាដើម។ អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិបានអំពាវនាវឱ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលធានាឱ្យលោក កឹម សុខា ទទួលការព្យាបាលត្រឹមត្រូវឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័សតាមស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ៕
Who has the authority to release Sokha and under what ground? WGAD is an organization and has no power to demand such release. What happens to our law and order.

Who did the coup and killing a lot of people (1997) and destroyed a lot of properties in capital city?? Who committed crime?? if mr so kha killing any body?? HUN SEN said I’m not a dictator but I just stay in powers YOU TAR . listening to that word every one should know what going on in your country. since 1979 up till now I see Cambodia have no bloody war but the war of word and the war of politic have been murder so many Cambodian life. some thing have to change in Cambodia if not this poor nation will end soon .
