I never have known this guy and I still wonder what good about this guy. according to his speak it seem to be his education is limited . it should not be any kind of high ranging officer that going to make this poor nation getting better in the future. I still wonder up to this day how come CNRP got this guy to be the trusty old man in this party any way. I just want to know more about this guy just to see what was good about him for this poor nation . in democracy world you have nothing to hid Mr unless this country becoming communist like in POL POT regime . I knew this nation right now is a fake democracy it is communist but just a bit deference by not killing people in open that all. if you are dreaming about true democracy it will never come until all these dump dud gone from this world. also depending to Cambodian young generation learn more about democracy world wide . if most Cambodian young generation right now learn more about HUN SEN democracy the whole world will be sorry and disappoint about it even more in the future.
