I mean corruption is the main problem the rich want to be richer and the poor is getting poorer . there are so many problem about land grab from the poor by HUN SEN high ragging officers or HUN families . if they really want any land they are not hesitated to kick people out even those people have no place to live . people just crying they can not doing any thing beside living in the tan in the place that no one should be. this is what I call HUN SEN new law no one can confess whit this law . the whole justice in Cambodia was judge by HUN SEN’s constitution law maker. after all constitution and justice in Cambodia right now is the tool for this dictator regime .
