ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ចេញប្រតិកម្មឆ្លើយតបនឹងស្ថានទូតអាមេរិកថា មធ្យោបាយដ៏ល្អបំផុតក្នុងការធានាឯករាជ្យសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា គឺការមិនជ្រៀតជ្រែកចូលកិច្ចការផ្ទៃក្នុង ឬការគាំទ្រភាគីម្ខាងប្រឆាំងនឹងភាគីម្ខាងទៀត។ ក្រសួងបន្ថែមទៀតថា លទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងសិទ្ធិត្រូវតែភ្ជាប់មកជាមួយនូវកាតព្វកិច្ចតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ ហើយការមិនគោរពកាតព្វកិច្ចទាំងនោះនឹងនាំមកនូវផលវិបាកតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់។ នេះបើតាមការចេញផ្សាយរបស់ប្រព័ន្ធឃោសនារបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមករានេះ។
ប្រតិកម្មរបស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជានេះ គឺបន្ទាប់ពីស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបានជំរុញឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជាពង្រឹងលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យសេរីពហុបក្ស ដោយអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមានទស្សនៈនយោបាយផ្ទុយ ជំរុញការប្រកួតប្រជែងតាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតដោយសេរី និងយុត្តិធម៌សម្រាប់ភាគីទាំងអស់ ព្រមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់ការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិតយោបល់ដោយសេរី និងបើកចំហ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកក៏ជំរុញឱ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបើកឱ្យមានសេរីភាពនៃការប្រមូលផ្ដុំ និងការចងក្រងជាសមាគម ព្រមទាំងបើកឱ្យសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយបំពេញការងាររបស់ខ្លួនបានដោយសេរីផងដែរ។
ស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកបញ្ចេញសារទាំងនេះ ក្រោយពីអាជ្ញាធររដ្ឋាភិបាលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានចាប់ខ្លួន លោក ថាច់ សេដ្ឋា អនុប្រធានគណបក្សភ្លើងទៀន ដាក់ពន្ធនាគារកាលពីសប្ដាហ៍មុន ដែលគេមើលឃើញជាទូទៅថា ករណីនេះជាការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញលើអ្នកនយោបាយប្រឆាំងមុនការបោះឆ្នោត៕

HUN SEN said EBA and GSP is not important for him he still use his way to elect himself as usual. of cause HUN SEN is worry about losing in 2018 and this election 2023 . I just laughing about this evil uneducated animal some time my tear come why this evil is s dump . I tell you what?? I when to check every supper market there are so many thing came from Vietnam and only a few is made in Cambodia . my question is how can HUN SEN make this poor Cambodian’s life better in the future ?? I tell you guy the truth some of us for example my daughter work as nurse her salary is 45$ an our , my question is how much salary Cambodian work in an our . please do not keep HUN SEN he is using Cambodia as his slave this evil should be gone long time ago
