We highly appreciate your comments regarding Cambodian independent day. We fully understand and commit to future success of democratic development in Cambodia. We strongly believe that in order to meet this great mission we have to strengthen a rule of law, human resources capacities and economic development so that people will gradually enjoy their basic rights. As Mr. President has already aware that wars in Cambodia had not just destroyed hard infrastructures such as roads, bridges, schools, health centers so on so for…, but it also destroys soft infrastructures such as human mentalities, skills, systems and unities… Now, Mr. President can really see a number of people are really wanting to make up side down our success by claiming that in this kingdom does not have any democratic values. By the ways, we hope that after all these people will understand how to build and live in society that processing and building a democratic principle for future generations.
