មេធាវី៤នាក់ដែលការពារក្តីតំណាងរាស្ត្របក្សប្រឆាំងអះអាងថាពួកគេនឹងដាក់ពាក្យប្តឹងបន្ថែមទៀតទៅតុលាការដើម្បីជំរុញឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចស្វែងរកចាប់ខ្លួនមកផ្តន្ទាទោសលើមេដឹកនាំធ្វើបាតុកម្មដែលបង្កឲ្យមានហិង្សាវាយតំណាងរាស្ត្រកន្លងមក។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ខែតុលាតំណាងរាស្រ្ត២រូបរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិគឺលោក ញ៉យ ចំរើន និងលោក គង់ សភា ត្រូវបានបាតុករមួយក្រុមព្រួតគ្នាវាយឲ្យរបួសបាក់ដៃបាក់ឆ្អឹកច្រមុះនិងផ្នែកខ្លះទៀតលើផ្ទៃមុខពេលមានបាតុករច្រើនរយនាក់ តវ៉ាមុខមន្ទីររដ្ឋសភាទាមទារឲ្យលោក កឹម សុខា កូតាមកពីគណបក្សបក្សប្រឆាំងចុះចេញពីតំណែងអនុប្រធានទី១នៃរដ្ឋសភា។
ក្រោយពីមានការថ្កោលទោសទាំងស្ថាប័នជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិព្រមទាំងការបញ្ជាផ្ទាល់ពីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីផងនោះជនសង្ស័យ៣នាក់ដែលគេស្គាល់ថាអ្នកខ្លះជាទាហានផងនោះបានចេញសារភាពថាពួកគេជាអ្នកវាយតំណាងរាស្ត្រ។
មេធាវីម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមមេធាវីផ្សេងទៀតដែលការពារក្តីឲ្យតំណាងរាស្ត្ររងរបួសលោក សំ សុគង់ ឲ្យVODដឹងនៅថ្ងៃទី២ខែធ្នូនេះថាមេធាវីទាំង៤នាក់នឹងដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងរួមគ្នាទៅសាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញនៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ស្អែកនេះ។ មេធាវីរូបនោះបញ្ជាក់ថាពាក្យបណ្តឹងនោះទាមទារឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចតាមចាប់ខ្លួនមេដឹកនាំបាតុកម្មដែលបង្កឲ្យមានហិង្សាវាយអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រមកផ្តន្ទាទោស។
លោកថា៖ “ទី១ទាមទារឲ្យផ្តន្ទាទោស ទី២ទាមទារសំណងជម្ងឺចិត្តក៏ដូចជាការខូចខាតផ្សេងៗហ្នឹងក្នុងជនជាប់ចោទម្នាក់ៗ ១០០លានរៀលតែយើងមិនដឹងថាជនជាប់ចោទប៉ុន្មាននាក់ទេតែយើងប្តឹងអ្នកចូលសារភាពហ្នឹងហើយនិងមេដឹកនាំបាតុកម្ម ហើយនិងមួយទៀតពាក់ព័ន្ធហ្នឹងគូរកន”។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ខែវិច្ឆិកាតំណាងរាស្រ្តបក្សប្រឆាំងដែលរងរបួសបានដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងទៅតុលាការម្តងរួចហើយដោយប្តឹងអ្នកជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងករណីហិង្សានោះពីបទប៉ុនប៉ងមនុស្សឃាត។
ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការដឹកនាំស៊ើបអង្កេតលើហិង្សាតំណាងរាស្ត្រនោះលោក ឯម សំអាន សុំមិនធ្វើអត្ថាធិប្បាយច្រើនដោយលោកអះអាងថាជាកិច្ចការសម្ងាត់របស់សមត្ថកិច្ចក្នុងកាស្វែងរកមុខចាប់ជនដៃដល់។
លោកថា៖ “កុំអាលសួរអារឿងហ្នឹងគេកំពុងស្រាវជ្រាវ។ បើសួរអារឿងហ្នឹងវាបែកការសម្ងាត់អស់ហើយខ្ញុំធ្វើការម៉ិចកើត? គេកំពុងតែស្រាវជ្រាវបន្តហើយ”។
បុរស៣នាក់ដែលចេញសារភាពថាជាអ្នកដៃដល់នោះមានឈ្មោះ ចាយ សារិទ្ធ អាយុ៣៣ឆ្នាំរស់នៅសង្កាត់តាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្តាល ម្នាក់ទៀតឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ ហឿន អាយុ៣៤ឆ្នាំ ស្រុកពាមរក៍ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង និងឈ្មោះ សុត វណ្ណនី អាយុ៤៥ឆ្នាំ រស់នៅភូមិព្រែករាំង សង្កាត់កំពង់សំណាញ់ ក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្តាល។
ក្រោយហេតុការណ៍ហិង្សាវាយតំណាងរាស្ត្របក្សប្រឆាំងនេះ គណបក្សដែលទើបបង្កើតថ្មីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនិងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាផងដែរបានថ្កោលទោសដោយចាត់ទុកថាជាអំពើព្រៃផ្សៃនិងបានជំរុញឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចតាមជាប់ខ្លួនជនដៃដល់និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធមកផ្តន្ទាទោសដើម្បីធានាសិទ្ធិអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រដែលធានាដោយរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះអង្គការជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិក៏ចេញសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ជំរុញឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាត្រូវធានាពីសិទ្ធិនិងសុវត្ថិភាពដល់អ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីរបស់ខ្លួន៕

Dear United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon
Hun Sen and his spoke man always disrespect, blame and curse at all the U.N. special reporters for human right on Cambodia; they keep insulting and look down over and over again to any U.N. special reporter sent to Cambodia; example Mr. Surya Prasad SUBEDI, Mr. Yash GHAI, Mr. Peter LEUPRECHT, Mr. Thomas HAMMARBERG, Mr. Michael KIRBY, and now turn to Ms. Rhona Smith. So, what does this mean? Are all the UN reporters for human rights sent to Cambodia bad? Are they all not capable to work? Do they all lie or misleading the Human Rights situation in Cambodia? The answer is no; they all are experience, professional and moral. By reporting the true, dictator Hun Sen does not like it. Hun Sen always wants to kick out any UN special reporter who reports the true , reveals his dictatorship and demand for a change of a new one, but any new replacement of UN special reporter to Cambodia see the same fact about Cambodian human rights situation and dare to report the true. One UN reporter is not right for Hun Sen; other is not right for him; still another is not right and none of them are right for him!! At his stage, we can clearly see that Hun Sen is really a dictator. Dictator Hun Sen is the problem and not any one of the UN special reporter for human right on Cambodia are the the problem. Mr. UN secretary, please review the history of this issue, and use the UN power to remove Bloody dictator Hun Sen from power.

Dear Mr. U.S. President Barack Obama,
Please speed up the process by doing whatever necessary mean to get rid of Hun Sen from power in Cambodia. During the Vietnam’s war, Hun Sen was Khmer Rouge cooperated with Viet Cong fighting against U.S. troop. After Vietnam’s war Hun Sen the Khmer Rouge commander, under Pol Pot leadership tortured and genocide the westerner and Cambodians. During the Cool war, Hun Sen became Vietnam communist’s puppet serving Eastern Bloc against the United States; secret arrested tortured and killed large number of Cambodian people including sending people to death at KOR 5 killing field.
Presently, he is still Vietnam’s new style puppet; he is unspeakable corrupted and cruelty dictatorship; he against true democracy and conducting many cases of human right abuse; he secretly arrest and torture people who considered not supporting him; he protects and encourage human trafficking, drug smuggling, and terrorist; he steals and destroys national resources and environment; his family, relative and cronies are his back pocket and have all the power and protected by Hun Sen to perform all kind of corrupted and murder cases
So much about him; enough is enough; it’s time for Hun Sen to go; he dictates Cambodia for 35years. Cambodia is part of the world and the people of Cambodia dream of a true democracy. The world must not reward aggressor and absolutely not tolerated dictatorship. If things badly happen to Cambodia, it will affect the world too; so act now no time less; the free world democracy cannot afford to be put down by corrupted dictatorship
