គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ អះអាងសាជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀត អំពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចជាស្រេច ដើម្បីបើកផ្លូវឲ្យមាននូវដំណើរការកិច្ចសន្ទនាថ្នាក់ជាតិមួយ ជាមួយនឹងរបបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីបញ្ចៀសនូវការដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចណាមួយពីសំណាក់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដែលអាចនឹងធ្វើឡើងនាខែមីនា ខាងមុខនេះ។
គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លើកឡើងក្នុងសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍មួយចេញផ្សាយថ្ងៃទី២៧ កុម្ភៈ នេះថា ការបើកឲ្យមានកិច្ចសន្ទនាថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះ គឺដើម្បីស្តាឡើងវិញនូវប្រជាធិបតេយ្យពិតប្រាកដនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យមានការបោះឆ្នោតដោយសេរី និងត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមានតំណាងពហុភាគី ស្របតាមរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញកម្ពុជា។ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ស្នើឲ្យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប រដ្ឋសមាជិក និងប្រទេសហត្ថលេខីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងប៉ារីសដទៃទៀត ចូលរួមធ្វើជាសាក្សី និងជាផ្នែកមួយនៃកិច្ចសន្ទនាថ្នាក់ជាតិនោះ ប្រសិនបើរបបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន យល់ព្រមបើកឲ្យមានកិច្ចសន្ទនានេះ។
ការអះអាងអំពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់កិច្ចសន្ទនាថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះ ធ្វើឡើងមួយថ្ងៃ ក្រោយពីក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប បានព្រមានថា ខ្លួនគ្មានជម្រើសអ្វីក្រៅពីការដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមកលើរបបលោក ហ៊ុន សែន នោះឡើយ ប្រសិនបើរបបនេះនៅតែរឹងទទឹងមិនព្រមស្តាស្ថានការណ៍អាក្រក់នៃការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនៅកម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្ន ទៅរកភាពប្រក្រតីឡើងវិញនោះទេ។ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិថា ការព្រមាននេះ គឺជាសញ្ញាប្រកាសអាសន្នមួយ ដែលរបបក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ត្រូវតែពិចារណា ដើម្បីងាកមករកការគោរពតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងស្ដីពី ជំនួញពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាមួយសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដែលតម្រូវឲ្យមានការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងសេរីភាពជាមូលដ្ឋាននៅកម្ពុជា។
គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ស្វាគមន៍សេចក្ដីសម្រេចរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដែលជាគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីតំណាងឲ្យប្រទេសអឺរ៉ុបចំនួន ២៨ ស្ដីពីបញ្ហាកម្ពុជា ដែលសេចក្ដីសម្រេចនេះ បានរំឭកអំពីការជាប់កាតព្វកិច្ចផ្លូវច្បាប់ចំពោះគ្រប់ភាគីហត្ថលេខីនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងប៉ារីស និងតម្រូវឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ត្រូវប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវប្រព័ន្ធប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សេរី ពហុបក្ស និងគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងសេរីភាពជាមូលដ្ឋាន៕

anyway the image of Cambodia is very degraded the only way to restore image of Khmer
1 Hun sen must ask PARDON to the Khmer people, but the Khmer people must remember not to forget the atrocity HUN SEN has inflicted on them
2 That his family and his 300 families close to HUN SEN must return all the riches maliciously accumulated must return to the state fund
3 Must answer those who have the hands blood stains of the innocent
The enumeration is lonue too mongue it is to the democrats and those who like serve the Khmer for the Khmer must decide It is the natural and conventional truth
4 that the traces of the Khmer border with the neighbors must be handed

Talk is okay, but not bullshits like dumb negotiations because international grips are on HUN SEN neck, make sure to use all meaning of Paris Peace Agreement, nothing more nor less. Good luck but no tricky behind the scenes, all 18 signatured countries will provide support as critical clear witnesses. We don’t want to hear stupid mistakes against and truth. If HUN SEN party accept, it would be smart for the young generation, if not who knows what is going to happen????????

All pressure is about forcing HUN SEN party to bring back or restore Democracy, Free and Fair
elections in 2018. CNRP is the only the opponent to match with CPP. No other parties, at least not in the year of 2018 election. Cambodians talk with Cambodians is a positive + sign, with the use of all meanings of Paris Peace Agreement under international watch of 18 signatures countries as witnesses.
Good luck to both parties, not the WIN , WIN ways of HUN SEN.
HUN’s allies know that going against big wave of Atlantic and Pacific oceans is an impossible mission.
