នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីកម្ពុជា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានថ្លែងថា ខ្មែរមិនព្រមឲ្យចិនត្រួតត្រានោះទេ ហើយចិនក៏មិនចង់ត្រួតត្រាខ្មែរដែរ។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានលើកឡើងបែបនេះនៅក្នុងពិធីបើកការដ្ឋានសាងសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ «មិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-ចិន» ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ ដែលជាជំនួយរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចិន នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រនេះ។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានថ្លែងយ៉ាងដូច្នេះថា៖ «ទី១ ខ្មែរមិនឱ្យចិនត្រួតត្រាខ្លួនទេ! បញ្ជាក់ចំពោះមុខអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតចិន ក៏ដូចជាប្រិយមិត្តចិនទាំងអស់ ខ្មែរមិនព្រមដាច់ខាតឱ្យចិនត្រួតត្រាទេ។ អាហ្នឹងទី១! ទី២ ចិនក៏មិនចង់ត្រួតត្រាខ្មែរដែរ អាហ្នឹងនិយាយឱ្យច្បាស់។ គោលនយោបាយការបរទេសរបស់ចិន ចិនមិនចង់ត្រួតត្រានរណាទេ។ ចិនគ្រាន់តែចង់ធ្វើមិត្តជាមួយប្រទេសនានានៅលើពិភពលោក។ អីចឹង ចរន្តនេះវាត្រូវគ្នា។ មួយ ខ្មែរមិនឲ្យចិនត្រួតត្រា ពីរ ក៏មិនចង់ត្រួតត្រាខ្មែ។»

I tell you what I’m half Chines my great gran father was original Chines from China during MAO revolution so many Chinese escaped all over the world to escaped from communist MAO as most Cambodian knew there was a lot of Chines in Cambodia . at first they are so poor not so long they become richer then those who was living in their home town for generation. No1 chines they do not want to work in rice farm but they have rice to sell to the poor No2 grocery store was their interest for the first start after that they grove to some thing that the poor can not do. after all what HUN SEN saying is not true.
