ស្ទឹងត្រែងៈ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានវាយប្រហារធ្ងន់ៗលើអ្នកវិភាគម្នាក់ដោយលោកចាត់ទុកថាគ្មានសមត្ថភាពស្មើនឹងកូនប្រុសទាំង ៣ របស់លោក និងប្រាប់ឲ្យអ្នកវិភាគសិក្សារដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញបន្ថែមមុនពេលវិភាគលើការអត្ថាធិប្បាយរបស់លោក ជាអ្វីដែលអ្នកវិភាគម្នាក់ថាមានគំនិតចង្អៀតចង្អល់។
ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសចូលរួមពិធីបិទទ្វារទឹកទំនប់វារីអគ្គិសនីសេសានក្រោម ២ ក្នុងខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែងកាលពីម្សិលមិញលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានប្រតិកម្មខ្លាំងៗលើអ្នកវិភាគដែលលោកថាអ្នកវិភាគនោះហ៊ានប្រដៅលោកហើយបានជំរុញឲ្យអ្នកវិភាគដែលលោកមិនបានបញ្ចេញឈ្មោះទៅសិក្សារដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញឲ្យបានច្បាស់សិនមុនមកប្រដៅលោក។
ការថ្លែងនេះកើតឡើងប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃក្រោយប្រតិកម្មរបស់លោកទៅនឹងការរិះគន់ពីសំណាក់ស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកប្រចាំរាជធានីភ្នំពេញដែលលោកថា អ្នកវិភាគខ្លះឲ្យលោកប្រជុំសភាជាមុនសិនមុនធ្វើការឆ្លើយតប។
លោកថា៖ «ក្នុងករណីគេឈ្លានពានកុំថាឡើយដល់ទៅ [ប្រជុំសភា] បើគេឈ្លានពានអត់មានត្រូវការប្រជុំសភាផ្អាកការប្រជុំសភាទាំងអស់គ្មានត្រូវការប្រជុំសភាទេ។»
លោកបន្ថែមថា៖ «វាមិនដែលម៉ែអាណាគ្រាន់តែទៅប្រតិកម្មជាមួយនឹងបរទេសជ្រែកចូលកិច្ចការផ្ទៃក្នុងខ្មែរ ហើយឲ្យទៅសុំសភា។ វាមិនដែល»។
ដោយប្រៀបធៀបពីសមត្ថភាពកូនប្រុសទាំង ៣ របស់លោកគឺលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ដែលមានសញ្ញាបត្របណ្ឌិតផ្នែកយោធា និងមានតួនាទីជានាយរងសេនាធិការចម្រុះនៃកងយោធពលខេមរភូមិន្ទលោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ដែលជាតំណាងរាស្ត្រ និង ហ៊ុន ម៉ានិត ជាអគ្គនាយកចារកម្មទៅនឹងអ្នកវិភាគ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងថាពួកគេគ្មានសមត្ថភាពស្មើនឹងកូនប្រុសលោកដែលបានទទួលសញ្ញាបត្រខាងយោធាទេ។
លោកថា៖ «អស់លោកសមត្ថភាពប៉ុនលោកមិនបានស្មើនឹងកូនរបស់ខ្ញុំទេ។ បណ្ឌិតរបស់អស់លោកមិនបានស្មើកូនរបស់ខ្ញុំទេ ខ្ញុំសុំប្រដៅ។ អស់លោកពូកែហើយ តែលោកមិនមានបណ្ឌិតខាងយោធាទេខុសគ្នាកន្លែងនេះ…។ កុំមកលេងជាមួយ ហ៊ុន សែន ដែលជាឪពុកនោះលេងត្រឹមតែកូនខ្ញុំរើសទៅកូនប្រុស ៣ នាក់រើសមួយណាក៏បានដែរខ្លួនលេងតទល់ទៅជាមួយកូនប្រុសរបស់ខ្ញុំ»។
លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបន្ថែមថាអ្នកវិភាគទាំងនោះ «កំពុងតែធ្វើខុស» ដោយបានបកស្រាយលើសសិទ្ធិផ្ដាច់មុខរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញ។
លោកថ្លែងបែបចំអកថា៖ «ឱ! អ្នកវិភាគហើយ ហើយបណ្ឌិតទៀតខ្លួនឯងជាអ្នកវិភាគ ធ្វើជាអ្នកច្បាប់ ប៉ុន្តែហ៊ានបកស្រាយរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញដែលជាសិទ្ធិផ្ដាច់មុខរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញទៅវិញ។ អ៊ឹចឹងខ្លួនឯងជាអ្វីទៅ? កំពុងតែធ្វើខុស ហើយខ្លួនឯងចាត់ទុកជាអ្នកត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ការបកស្រាយរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញគឺជាសិទ្ធិរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញមិនមែនជាសិទិ្ធអ្នកវិភាគទេ»។
ដោយហាក់ចាត់ទុកថាមពលលោកនៅរឹងមាំ និងជ័យជម្នះក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោត លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានអះអាងថាលោកនឹងនៅបន្តដឹកនាំប្រទេសសម្រាប់អាណត្តិក្រោយៗទៀតដោយគ្មានបញ្ហា។
លោកថា៖ «ខ្ញុំជឿជាក់លើខ្លួនឯងថាយ៉ាងតិចណាស់ខ្ញុំរស់នៅបាន ៣០ ឆ្នាំទៀតដែរ។ អ៊ីចឹងការបន្តធ្វើនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ១០ ឆ្នាំទៀតមិនមែនជាបញ្ហាលំបាកសម្រាប់ខ្ញុំទេ»។
អ្នកវិភាគនយោបាយលោកបណ្ឌិត ឡៅ ម៉ុងហៃ លើកឡើងថាលោកមិនដឹងថាលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីថ្លែងសំដៅលើអ្នកវិភាគរូបណានោះទេ តែថាការអត្ថាធិប្បាយគឺ «សិទ្ធិបញ្ចេញមតិ» របស់អ្នកវិភាគម្នាក់ៗ។
លោកថា៖ «គេជាអ្នកចេះដឹងអ្នកខ្វល់ខ្វាយដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការបកស្រាយ»។
លោកបានហៅការអត្ថាធិប្បាយរបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថាមានគំនិត «ចង្អៀតចង្អល់» និងមានអំនួតលើកូនប្រុសរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយថារាល់ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ធំៗរបស់ជាតិរដ្ឋាភិបាលគួររាយការណ៍ជូនសភាជាតិជាមុន។

POL POT pushed Vietcong out of the country the only Khmer Vietcong ‘s brain washed was in and among POL POT the communist from CHIA. my question to all Cambodian is >>> white this secreted political movement which one among the two communist was those genocidal of our poor nation????????????. for me I have no thought that both of them are involved. now in this day and minute what do all Cambodian seeing????? I’m seeing HUN SEN a former Khmer rue fighter came in powers for many decade acting he was a GOD saving this poor nation and he wanted all Cambodian sacrificing for him to be GOD forever . so sad Cambodian can see his evil action that he is truly enemy of his own nation . all Cambodian can judge what was wrong when this former Khmer rue jungle fighter came in powers. Vietcong put this fake GOD in powers in 1979 after they invaded for teen years they have to get out because of PARIS peace agreement. without PARIS peace agreement Cambodia is over . now it come to my question to our Cambodian ??? what was left after Vietcong withdraw from Cambodia???? for me I see they stole our property , our sole , and sadly they keep their germ to ruin this nation till the end. the germ is HUN SEN and his leadership I do not have to pin point every act that was happening in decade ago. please judge what was wrong and what was right after 1979 ???? what Cambodia gain and also what Cambodia lost????
