ក្រុមមន្ត្រីពីអង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោក (WHO) បាននិយាយនៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាមួយ ស្ដីពីការនិពន្ធអត្ថបទព័ត៌មាន ទាក់ទងសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៏ផ្លូវគោក នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃ ពុធ នេះថា ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានអត្រាគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៏ ខ្ពស់ជាងគេ ៨២ ភាគរយ មានន័យថា ខ្ពស់ជាងគេបើប្រៀបធៀប ជាមួយប្រទេសដ៏ទៃ ក្នុងពិភពលោក ។

គ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៏ ដែល កំពុងតែគំរាម កំហែងកម្ពុជា
លោក ស្ទីវីន អ៊ីឌីង តំណាងអង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោក បានថ្លែងប្រាប់ក្រុមអ្នកកាសែតថាអត្រាគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៏ នៅក្នុងពិភពលោកមានតែ ៥០%ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ដែលភាគច្រើនគេកត់សម្គាល់ឃើញ កើតមាននៅក្នុងប្រទេស ដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ទាប និង បង្កឡើងដោយអ្នកបើកបរ ដែលមានអាយុចន្លោះពី ១៥-១៩ ឆ្នាំ ។
មេដឹកនាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជាលោក ហ៊ុន សែន កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ បានប្រកាសអាសន្នពីគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៏ ដោយបានអំពាវនាវឲ្យពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ប្រកាន់ភ្ជាប់នូវពាក្យដែលថា ” ថ្ងៃនេះ ថ្ងៃស្អែក ពុំមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៏” ៕
A hot air balloon with tourists onboard has crashed in Cambodia leaving seven people injured, including two Russians. A Ukrainian passenger was reported to be in a serious condition. Squally wind is suspected to be the main reason for the crash. The balloon was at a height of approximately 300 meters when the problem occurred.

It is horrible and outrageous when talking about traffic accident in a lawless country like Cambodia. Most drivers have never been properly trained to drive nor graduated from the driving school and generally bought up their illegal drivers lisences from the corrupted officials associated with the ministry of transportation. If the prescribed laws have been fully implimented, the number of incident and casualty would not be escalated to the highest level. Commuting at high speed on narrow routes with unmarked lanes is a suicidal carelessness.
