លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានមានប្រសាសន៍កាលពីម្សិលមិញថា ការអំពាវនាវឲ្យលោកចុះចេញពីតំណែង និងឲ្យមាន “មុខមនុស្ស” ថ្មីដឹកនាំប្រ ទេស គឺជាទង្វើលាក់ពុត ពីព្រោះមុខរបស់អ្នករិះគន់លោកក៏នៅតែមិនផ្លាស់ប្ដូរដែរ។

លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានមានប្រសាសន៍បន្ថែមទៀតថា “វាធម្មតា។ ព្រះមហាក្សត្រយាងទៅសួរសុខទុក្ខប្រជារាស្ត្រ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីធ្វើការធម្មតា។ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីធ្វើការធម្មតា ហើយសាលារៀនក៏បើកបង្រៀនធម្មតា អ្វីៗគឺធម្មតាទាំងអស់”។ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏មានប្រសាសន៍លេងសើចដែរក្នុងការការពារការសម្រេចរបស់លោកកាលពីខែធ្នូ ដើម្បីដំឡើងប្រាក់ខែគោលក្នុងឧស្សាហកម្មកាត់ដេរដល់១០០ដុល្លារ ថ្វីបើកម្មករដែលធ្វើកូដកម្មទាមទារដំឡើងប្រាក់ខែដល់១៦០ដុល្លារក៏ដោយ។

This reminded me about things happened in 1993 after the UNTAC-sponsored election result was announced officially that the Royalist Funcinpec led by Prince Norodom Ranariddh won the election receiving 58 seats, the CPP won 51 seats, BLDP had 10 seats, and Molinaka received 1 seat. That election process was globally recognized. But, the CPP rejected the result and threatened to create secession at the eastern Mekong River (Kampong Cham, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, etc.) if there is no political solution. The CPP refused to hand over power to the winner. The CPP leaders (especially Mr. Hun Sen) vehemently denied to hand over the power because he did not want to lose power to the winning Royalist Funcinpec in which he tried very hard to build this power base. Then, he cried for power-sharing. He resisted and struggled for the power sharing between the winner and loser. Because of the spirit of the national unity, the former King Norodom Sihanouk decided to make concession by sharing power between the loser and winner (50% each) – co prime minister. That is the world record. During that time, Mr. Hun Sen was accused of hungry for power or drunken on power.
Because of this power-sharing, Mr. Hun Sen had chance and potentiality to build and intensify his power base. Then, he led a successful coup to overthrow his partner Prince Norodom Ranariddh (first prime minister) to grip power even though he installed Mr. Ung Huort to be the first prime minister.
The question is that WHO IS HUNGRY FOR POWER? WHO IS DRUNKEN ON POWER? I hope that my Cambodian citizens can understand and have sense to make judgment based on the fact.

The Hun Sen haters are so stressful now according to the comments on cam news they don’t know what to do except for exaggerate their voices that they are supported by this group or that group in order to drumbeat their support from the general population and the International Community!!! The more Hun Sen stays in power to more stressful they are.
Now that , after using the groups such as : HUMAN RIGHT ,NGO etc …… to campaign for them in recent days they are using monks to campaign now.
It looks like different groups take turn struggling to overthrow Hun Sen because their mass demonstrations failed to do the job. Now that their demonstrations are banned for now.
High expectation becomes low result because they expect that Hun Sen would use forces to crackdown and kill hundred or even thousand of their protesters so that the world would see the massacres and condemn Hun Sen. I have seen this tactics in the Middle East : Egypt ,
Libya , Syria and Tunisia.

But please remember that the former president of Indonesia Mr. Shuharto (a notorous dictator) held power for 33 years, A dictator in the Philippines Ferdinand marcos, Former Junta leader of Myanmar Than Sawe, And a some dictators in the middle east who led power for many years and their hands filled with blood of their citizens were finally overthrown by the power of people because they committed millions of crimes and unlawful actions included cooruption, abuse of power, violation of human rights (intimidation, threat and killing), opporession on civilians, depletion of the natural resources, etc. What about the current leader in Cambodia?
Anyoe who protest government action and demand for fairness, equality and justice are considered an enemy that will be targeted for taking out. A group of people who are thirsting for power and positions or drunken on power are being afraid of losing positions, power, and interest.
