ថ្ងៃ៧ មករា គឺជាថ្ងៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ដែលថ្ងៃនេះអ្នកមាននិន្នាការនយោបាយផ្សេងគ្នា ពិសេសគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច និងគណបក្សប្រឆាំងឲ្យនិយមន័យខុសគ្នា។ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន អះអាងថា ថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ជាថ្ងៃរំដោះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទាំងមូលឲ្យរួចជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរត្រូវតែទទួលស្គាល់ថ្ងៃនេះ ហើយលោកព្រមានថា អ្នកដែលប្រឆាំងថ្ងៃ៧ មករា នោះ គឺជាអ្នកមានសម្ពន្ធភាពជាមួយខ្មែរក្រហម។
យ៉ាងនេះក្ដី អ្នកច្បាប់លើកឡើងថា ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរមិនអាចបំភ្លេចថ្ងៃ៧ មករា នេះបានទេ ព្រោះថា ថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ជាថ្ងៃកងទ័ពវៀតណាម ឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជា។
លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ចាត់ទុកថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ជាថ្ងៃប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទូទៅ ដោយលោកព្រមានអ្នកដែលប្រឆាំងថ្ងៃ៧ មករា គឺអ្នកនោះមានសម្ពន្ធភាពនឹងរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍ខ្មែរក្រហម។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងដូច្នេះនៅក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធសាងសង់អគាររដ្ឋបាល និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធខែត្រថ្មី គឺខែត្រត្បូងឃ្មុំ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៥ មករា ថា ថ្ងៃ៧ មករា មិនមែនជារបស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ផ្ដាច់មុខនោះទេ ថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ជារបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទាំងអស់។ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បញ្ជាក់ថា នយោបាយឈ្នះៗរបស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ជាឧទាហរណ៍មួយគ្រាន់តែចង់រំលាយចោលអង្គការចាត់តាំងនយោបាយ និងយោធារបស់ ប៉ុល ពត ប៉ុណ្ណោះ តែមិនចងគំនុំជាមួយអតីតយោធាខ្មែរក្រហមនោះឡើយ។ លោកបន្ថែមថា មានអតីតយោធាខ្មែរក្រហមមួយចំនួនបានធ្វើជាអភិបាលខែត្រ ដូចជាករណី លោក អ៊ី ឈាន ជាដើម៖ «ស្អប់ ប៉ុល ពត តែប្រឆាំងនឹងអ្នកប្រឆាំង ប៉ុល ពត អ៊ីចឹងមានន័យថា មានសម្ពន្ធភាពជាមួយ ប៉ុល ពត? ហើយថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ក្រៅពីរបប ប៉ុល ពត មិនយកអ្នកណាធ្វើជាសត្រូវទេ»។
ទោះបីជាលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានព្រមានចំពោះអ្នកប្រឆាំងថ្ងៃ៧ មករា ក្ដី។ ប៉ុន្តែថ្ងៃ៧ មករា នេះ អ្នកវិភាគ អ្នកច្បាប់មួយចំនួន ព្រមទាំងគណបក្សប្រឆាំងផង ចាត់ទុកថ្ងៃ៧ មករា នេះ ជាថ្ងៃដែលកងទ័ពវៀតណាម ឈ្លានទឹកដីខ្មែរទៅវិញទេ។
ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការពង្រឹងវិស័យច្បាប់ ដើម្បីការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា លោកបណ្ឌិត ហ៊ាង ឬទ្ធី ចាត់ទុកការលើកឡើងរបស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ជារឿងមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ។ លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា សារនយោបាយបែបនេះជាសារដើម្បីចង់កេងចំណេញនយោបាយទៅវិញទេ ព្រោះថ្ងៃ៧ មករា មិនមែនជាថ្ងៃដែលតម្រូវឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរដឹងគុណវៀតណាម នោះទេ៖ «៧ មករា នេះគឺជាថ្ងៃយួនឈ្លានពានជាលើកទី៣។ នគរចំប៉ាទី១ កម្ពុជាក្រោមទី២ និងកម្ពុជាកណ្ដាលជាលើកទី៣ ហើយរាល់ថ្ងៃនេះ ក្រោយពេលមានកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ដែលបណ្ដេញកងទ័ពវៀតណាម ចេញពីកម្ពុជា តែបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋវៀតណាម ចូលស្រុកខ្មែរជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ហើយរដ្ឋាភិបាលធ្វើអត្តសញ្ញាណប័ណ្ណឲ្យទៀត»។
អ្នកវិភាគលើកឡើងថា នៅក្នុងដំណាក់កាលនេះ អ្នកនយោបាយត្រូវតែបញ្ចប់អំពីការប្រកាសឲ្យពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរដឹងគុណវៀតណាមនេះ ព្រោះថា ថ្ងៃ៧ មករា នេះ មានរឿងអាថ៌កំបាំងនៅពីក្រោយខ្នងរឿងនេះ ព្រោះថា នៅពេលនោះ បើវៀតណាម មិនវ៉ៃខ្មែរក្រហមទេ ខ្មែរក្រហមក៏មិនឲ្យវៀតណាម បានសុខដែរ ធ្វើសង្គ្រាមទៅក្នុងប្រទេសវៀតណាម ហើយសង្គ្រាមនឹងត្រូវកើតឡើងនៅតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែន និងមិនអាចឲ្យវៀតណាម អភិវឌ្ឍន៍អ្វីបានទេ។ ក្រៅពីនេះទៀត វៀតណាម វ៉ៃខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុងគោលបំណងចង់ធ្វើជាបងធំនៅឥណ្ឌូចិន ព្រោះវៀតណាម មានសហភាពសូវៀត នៅពីក្រោយ។
អ្នកវិភាគបញ្ជាក់ថា អ្នកនយោបាយខ្មែរមិនត្រូវបិទបាំងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់ខ្លួននោះឡើយ។ ការបើកឲ្យពលរដ្ឋខ្មែររៀនពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រពិតរបស់ខ្មែរគឺជារឿងសំខាន់បំផុតដើម្បីឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរដឹងពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្ររបស់ខ្លួនកាន់តែច្បាស់ ចៀសវាងបញ្ហាអតីតកាលកើតឡើងសម្រាប់អ្នកជំនាន់ក្រោយទៀត ហើយត្រូវបញ្ចប់ការបកស្រាយផ្ទុយគ្នាដែលនាំឲ្យខ្មែរបែកបាក់គ្នា៕
កំណត់ចំណាំចំពោះអ្នកបញ្ចូលមតិនៅក្នុងអត្ថបទនេះ៖ ដើម្បីរក្សាសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ យើងខ្ញុំនឹងផ្សាយតែមតិណា ដែលមិនជេរប្រមាថដល់អ្នកដទៃប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

Real Khmer Rough is Hun Sen; Communist Khmer Rough Hun Sen against democracy during 1970 and up to now, under Pol Leadership he genocide many democracy people.
7 January 1979 is the Vietnamese illegally aggressive day of Cambodia after taking part in bringing Cambodia down to weakness and helping Khmer Rough to destroy Cambodia to nearly zero; seeing that opportunity, Vietnam invade and take Cambodia under its control. To fool Cambodian and international community, Vietnam installed Hun Sen as its puppet and tool; through its dog Hun Sen CPP, the Viet colonize Cambodia, dominate Cambodia and take all kind of advantage of Cambodia
Hun Sen is no body and no credit at all; he just want to hide his true face, manipulate the fact and claim credit as liberator
CPP forces are also Cambodian; they are suppose to be the national forces serving the nation, they also love country, many of them are await for the time come to overthrown Hun Sen, when they understand the facts about the dangerous of the nation and stop serving the individual Hun sen, family and cronies (traitor, youn puppet, and dictator), they will turn again Hun Sen for sure; don’t under estimate them. Obliviously, Hun Sen lost election at his military base in Kg. Speu
CNRP need to develop strategy to in-light the people of all sector , focus more on police and military about stop serving the individual Hun sen, family and cronies (traitor, youn puppet, and dictator) and turn to serve the nation for the better future of your children, and your family
Hun Sen, family, and group have been conducting too many cruelty acts against Cambodian people; they owe blood to the people; blood needed to pay back by blood; they have sin, they will pay the price for sure
I don’t want to see Hun Sen , family and cronies will be brutality chop up in to pieces by the angry people, but they so deserve it what can i do?

Hi Hun Sen, to against the Khmer Rough does not mean you have to bend your head to be Youn’s puppet and tool, betraying your own nation, putting your country under Vietnam’s colony in exchange for high position and wealth. Cambodian neither want Khmer Rough nor becoming Vietnamese’s slave

Just think in simple way, what was so special about Hun Sen ? Was Hun Sen Vietnamese’s father? Was Hun Sen chairman of U.Nat that time? Hun Sen was only individual Khmer Rough commander. The question is why Vietnamese had to spend its ten thousands of solder lives, weapons, and its poor economy in favor of stranger Hun Sen?
With out Hun Sen, Vietnamese still invade Cambodia because Vietnamese has been well preparing and waiting for the right time and opportunity for many decades to invade Cambodia for easily win and get away from international law
Vietnamese could win the war that time because it tactically helped Khmer communist to destroy and weaken Cambodia then it invaded
Luckily, Vietnamese had found the right person and group for its puppet and tool; those were Hun Sen and his group to manipulate Cambodian and international community
I do not care what the dictator said. Because of 7 January, his family and his gang becomes millionaires.
Most Cambodian people, especially those who Borne during or before 1978-79, khnow and understand the important of the 7- 01-1979; it was the day of selebration for new life. It is true and undenizable.
However, about 30 years later, many people in this country still sufering by social unjust, the Nation is still weak, no moral, no dignity and polute by corruption deep to the root of the society. The country and people still live under the incapable leader; people still struggle for hope and for future direction. There are many questions about the country, if Cambodia is really an INDEPENDENT country or still under the Vietnam modern colonization. ALL the national resources that suppose to be the most important asset for a Nation and her PEOPLE is destroyed or deployed every minute as we talk for the benefit of a small number of families and their closest group. The government system is in an extrimely weak by low salery. All Govemnent Ministries rule by families and surround by those who has the money to bride them. They do not care much if you have the skill and experience. The national education system is in a very poor condition. The National dept is increase every year.
It is true that there are some progress has been made during that 30 years, but only a small group of people get the most benefit.
Now, what is the Janaury 7, mean? For the many ordinary people whom still struggle just to make a living, this Date does not mean much, because after all they still suffering; but for those whom have millions dollar in the bank, it mean a lot to them. So please stop using this Janaury 7, to fool people. If you do a good job for the country, people will remember every single thing you do, but you will have nothing, including your children, if you continue the way you do now.
