គណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិបានចាត់ទុកការផ្តន្ទាទោសមន្រ្តីនិងសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិទាំង១១នាក់ជាការរំលោភលើកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនយោបាយដែលគណបក្សទាំងពីរបានឯកភាពគ្នា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤។
កាលពីថ្ងៃអង្គារ សាលាដំបូងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញបានផ្ដន្ទាទោសលោក មាជ សុវណ្ណារ៉ានិងសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ១០នាក់ផ្សេងទៀតឲ្យជាប់ពន្ធនាគារពី៧ឆ្នាំទៅ២០ឆ្នាំ ពីបទដឹកនាំនិងចូលរួមក្នុងចលនាកុប្បកម្មនាំឲ្យមានហិង្សានៅក្បែរទីលានប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៤។
សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់គណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិឲ្យដឹងថា៖”គណបក្សមានការភ្ញាក់ផ្អើល និងសោកស្តាយជាខ្លាំងដែលតុលាការរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ បានសម្រេចដាក់ពន្ធនាគារសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិចំនួន១១រូប កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ គឺជាការធ្វើឲ្យភាពតានតឹងខាងនយោបាយឡើងវិញ ដែលផ្ទុយនឹងស្មារតីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនយោបាយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤កន្លងមក”។
សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍បន្តថា៖”គណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិបាននិងកំពុង ហើយនឹងនៅតែបន្តព្យាយាមគោរពតាមស្មារតីនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនយោបាយខាងលើនេះ ប្រកបដោយសុច្ឆន្ទៈ ដើម្បីសហការគ្នាជាមួយនឹងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយបញ្ហានានា ដែលជាប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ និងប្រយោជន៍ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ”។
សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍បញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមថា៖"គណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិសង្ឃឹមថាវប្បធម៌សន្ទនានឹងអាចបន្តដោះស្រាយនូវបញ្ហារបស់ប្រទេសជាតិ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរជាពិសេសនឹងបញ្ចប់នូវភាពតានតឹងនយោបាយ រួមទាំងសហការគ្នាធ្វើឲ្យមានការដោះលែងសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិទាំង១១រូបនេះ ឲ្យមានសេរីភាពឡើងវិញ”។
អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិ លោក កឹម សុខា បានសរសេរនៅលើហ្វេសប៊ុករបស់លោកនៅថ្ងៃពុធនេះថា៖"នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ លោក កឹម សុខា ក្នុងតួនាទីជាមេដឹកនាំគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ កំពុងស្វះស្វែងរិះរកមធ្យោបាយជួយដល់សកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិទាំង១១រូប ដែលត្រូវបានតុលាការផ្ដន្ទាទោសជាប់ពន្ធនាគារកាលពីថ្ងៃម្សិលមិញ ដោយថ្ងៃនេះ លោក កឹម សុខា ជួបជាមួយមន្ត្រីទូតនៅស្ថានទូតយ៉ាងតិចចំនួន៣ក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ”។
ប្រធានគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានចាត់ទុកថា“ស្ថានការណ៍នយោបាយនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាមានភាពល្អប្រសើរជាងមុន គួរឲ្យកត់សម្គាល់”ក្រោយពីមានកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនយោបាយរវាងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានិងគណបក្សប្រឆាំងដែលមានរយៈពេលមួយឆ្នាំមកហើយ។ លោកមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖“ទោះជានៅមានបញ្ហាច្រើនទៀត ដែលគណបក្សទាំងពីរមិនទាន់ឯកភាពគ្នានៅឡើយក៏ដោយ ហើយទោះជាមានព្យុះភ្លៀងនិងផ្គរម្តងម្កាលក៏ដោយ ក៏គណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិនៅតែខិតខំរក្សានិងពង្រឹងវប្បធម៌សន្ទនា ដែលបានកើតចេញពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងខាងលើនេះ។ សម្តេច ហ៊ុន សែន និងរូបខ្ញុំ ជាសហស្ថាបនិក នៃវប្បធម៌សន្ទនានេះ ដែលនាំមកនូវរបត់នយោបាយមួយជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ។ យើងទាំងពីរនាក់ យល់ឃើញថា មានតែវប្បធម៌សន្ទនានេះទេ ដែលអាចធានាសន្តិភាព និងសេចក្តីសុខជូនប្រជារាស្ត្រខ្មែរទាំងមូល ទោះជាមានការប្រែប្រួលនយោបាយយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយនាពេលអនាគត”។
អ្នកនាំពាក្យរដ្ឋាភិបាល លោក ផៃ ស៊ីផាន មានប្រសាសន៍ថាការកាត់ទោសឲ្យជាប់ពន្ធនាគារនេះគឺជាការវិនិច្ឆ័យរបស់តុលាការ ដោយមិនស្ថិតនៅក្រោមសម្ពាធនយោបាយនោះទេ។
ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងករណីនេះ អង្គការលីកាដូបានចេញសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍មួយថ្កោលទោសសាលក្រមរបស់តុលាការនិងអំពាវនាវឲ្យតុលាការទម្លាក់ចោលសាលក្រមនោះ ដោយអះអាងថាការជំនុំជម្រះមានភាពមិនប្រក្រតី។ លីកាដូក៏បានអំពាវនាវកុំឲ្យមានការប្រើប្រាស់តុលាការជាឧបករណ៍នយោបាយផងដែរ។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រោយហិង្សាក្បែរទីលានប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកាលពីឆ្នាំ២០១៤ លោក មាជ សុវណ្ណារ៉ា និងសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិមួយចំនួនទៀតត្រូវបានអាជ្ញាធរចាប់ខ្លួន។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ មុនចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរ លោក មាជ សុវណ្ណារ៉ា និងសកម្មជនគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិទាំងនោះត្រូវបានដោះលែងឲ្យនៅក្រៅឃុំបណ្តោះអាសន្ន បន្ទាប់ពីលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន និងប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិលោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានជួបចរចាគ្នា៕

As a Cambodian citizen, I would like to condemn the sentence of the CNRP opposition activists and officials by the corrupt and politically-influenced court which is under the control of the Hun Sen-led government. Obviously, this is a political revenge and maliciousness made by the Hun Sen-led government. This really affected the july 22 political agreement especially the culture of dialogue engineered by the two men (Hun Sen and Sam Rainsy). This insane sentence killed the so-called culture of dialogue. That is an attempt made by Hun Sen and his people.
This government has for decades been utilizing this infamous court to intimidate and threaten opponents or anyone who have different political points of view. This infamous court has become a formidable political tool of the ruling party to arrest, detain, and sentence opposition activists/officials. Cambodia’s reputation has been marred for decades by this infamous judiciary. This proved that the separation of the three main power is in question. The legislative and judicial powers are under the suppression of the executive body. This severely violated the rule of law and the democratic principle.
This insane sentence caused high political temperature because it is perceived a politically-motivated sentence and it is a political game played by the Hun Sen and the ruling CPP. This game breeds the social polarization and jeopardize the country. On the one hand, this restored a culture of political revenge and hatred among Khmer politicians. When Khmer could learn good things from the developed countries in the world? When Khmer could learn to unite to build the nation and to protect or defense the territorial integrity and sovereignty from encroached by the neighboring countries? This political revenge showed about the weak spirit of unity among Khmer politicians. This infamous culture will destroy every Khmer and the society. This is the worst example for our next generation and they will notice that the old people/politicians know nothing besides causing the social separation.
Please Khmer politicians STOP your formidable political game. You gain no advantages.
Also, Mr. Hun Sen and your people should know that there is no way that you hold power for life. Everyone has the last day. Nothing is forever in the world. Thus, please rebuild good deed/action. ” Do good, receive good. Do bad receive sin at the end.”
On behalf of Majority of Cambodian people, the victims and their families we highly appreciate the court that ruled to bring these 11 criminals to jail. We welcome the court’s decision, and we are waiting almost one year to see this Justice. Let bringing Justice for all!

There is NO exit for Khmer nationalists escape through the rule of LAWS created by the court system which only defect its own system to eliminate nationalists. Pol Pot failed to obey Ho Chi Minh;s master plan while Hun Sen found himself golden ERA in future Vietnam History…….

I felling so sad and embarrassing to the world community at the same time. we are knowing all of these are the political interfering from the neighboring country. for century our nation never have a good leader that sacrifice themselves for their own nation. all I have known was the leader trying so hard to eliminated the other politician to stay in powers for ever. most of them came from another nation influence . I was so happy when Cambodia announcing they take democracy to lead our nation. after all it is too bad so sad the evil leader that came from jungle was lie to the nation. look after he came out from the jungle K5 plane of his master order him to murder his own people tent of thousands Cambodian life. some of western agent found out this group of war lord was involved in genocide of Cambodian people. that right we can not see Khmer Rue curt took too long and going no where. I fell if our nation lucky enough we will escaping from the wipe out of the Viet nation. whit HUN SEN in the move sooner or later those situation will come. please wake up this is the time that our nation have to be strong. we are facing life and dead situation.
