អគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិលោក បាន គីមូន បានស្នើទៅលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ឲ្យផ្តើមឡើងវិញនូវវប្បធម៌សន្ទនា និងបញ្ចប់នូវអ្វីដែលលោកហៅថាការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញ និងធានាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការប្រមូលផ្តុំ ការជួបជុំ និងបញ្ចេញមតិ។
ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានមួយចុះថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦ ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា បានឲ្យដឹងពីការសន្ទនាតាមទូរស័ព្ទរវាងលោក បាន គីមូន និង លោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦។
ក្រសួងការបរទេសឲ្យដឹងថា លោក បាន គីមូន បានសម្តែងការព្រួយបារម្ភចំពោះការបំភិតបំភ័យ ការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញ និងការចាប់ខ្លួនមន្ត្រីសង្គមស៊ីវិល អ្នកសារព័ត៌មាន និងមន្ត្រីបក្សប្រឆាំង។ បន្ទាប់ពីបង្ហាញក្តីកង្វល់ទាំងនេះ ក្រសួងការបរទេសថា លោក បាន គីមូន ក៏បានអំពាវនាវតាមរយៈលោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឲ្យលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ជួយបញ្ចប់បញ្ហាទាំងនេះ និងស្នើឲ្យមានការសន្ទនាគ្នាឡើងវិញរវាងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។
បើតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានដដែល លោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន បានឆ្លើយតបវិញថា កម្ពុជាកំពុងតែអនុវត្តនីតិវិធីច្បាប់ និងតុលាការលើករណីល្មើស និងបទឧក្រិដ្ឋមួយចំនួន។ ចំណែកករណីលោក កឹម សុខា លោកប្រាក់ សុខុន ថាជាករណីបទល្មើសជាក់ស្តែង ដោយថាមកពីលោក កឹម សុខា បដិសេធមិនចូលខ្លួនតាមការកោះរបស់តុលាការក្នុងនាមជាសាក្សី។
ក្រសួងបន្ថែមថា៖ “ទាក់ទងនឹងករណីលោក កឹម សុខា ប្រធានស្តីទីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ រឿងនេះមិនពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងរឿងនយោបាយអីទេ។ លោក កឹម សុខា ជាសាក្សីគន្លឹះមួយក្នុងករណីបទឧក្រិដ្ឋគឺជាការជួញដូរផ្លូវភេទ ហើយតុលាការបានកោះហៅគាត់មកបំភ្លឺពីរលើក តែគាត់មិនចូលបំភ្លឺទាំងពីរលើកជាហេតុនាំឲ្យតុលាការចោទប្រកាន់គាត់ពីបទមិនចូលខ្លួនតាមការកោះហៅ យោងមាត្រា៥៣៨នៃក្រមព្រហ្មទណ្ឌដែលនោះជាបទល្មើសជាក់ស្តែង”។
លោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន ក៏បានប្រាប់លោក បាន គីមូន ទៀតថាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជារស់នៅក្នុងស្ថានភាពធម្មតា និងអ្នកសារព័ត៌មានក៏កំពុងដំណើរការរបស់ខ្លួនជាធម្មតាដែរ។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា ការិយាល័យអ្នកនាំពាក្យអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងដែរថាលោក បាន គីមូន បានទូរស័ព្ទមករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេសកម្ពុជា លោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន ។ ការិយាល័យអ្នកនាំពាក្យបានដកស្រង់ខឹ្លមសារនៃកិច្ចសន្ទនានោះផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅលើវេបសាយរបស់ខ្លួនថាអគ្គលេខាធិការ លោក បាន គីមូន បានសម្តែងការព្រួយបារម្ភរបស់លោកអំពីរបាយការណ៍នៃការបំភិតបំភ័យលើមនុស្សជាច្រើន ការយាយីនិងការចាប់ខ្លួន ក្នុងនោះរួមមានមន្រ្តីសង្គមស៊ីវិល បុគ្គលិកនិងសមាជិកស្ថាប័នគ.ជ.ប សមាជិកបក្សប្រឆាំងនិងការបំភិតបំភ័យប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាដើម។
អគ្គលេខាធិការក៏បានបង្ហាញសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹមថារដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជានឹងធានាការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្សឲ្យបានពេញលេញ រួមមានសេរីភាពនៃការបញ្ចេញមតិ សមាគមនិងការប្រមូលផ្តុំ។ លោកបានអំពាវនាវឲ្យមានការបន្តនៃវប្បធម៌សន្ទនារវាងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានិងគណបក្សសង្រ្គោះជាតិ។
ទោះយ៉ាងណា អ្នកនាំពាក្យគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច លោក សុខ ឥសាន មិនបានចាត់ទុកថាកម្ពុជាមានការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញលើមន្ត្រីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ឬគណបក្សប្រឆាំងនោះទេ តែថាកម្ពុជាកំពុងតែអនុវត្តនីតិរដ្ឋ។ លោក ឲ្យដឹងទៀតថា ចំណែកការចរចាររវាងគណបក្សទាំងពីរវិញ គឺមិនទាន់បានកំណត់ពេលវា និងកាលបរិច្ឆេតនៅឡើយដែរ៕

The most and largest corruption(amount Trillion Dollar) taken place in Hun Sen CPP nepotism for nearly 40 years; since before I was born; they are not Civil workers, Human Right workers, UN worker who are corrupted people. Two- Three Hundred Dollar was used for humanitarian aid for the victim and such amount was too small compared to the amount Trillion Dollar of Hun Sen CPP nepotism corrupted money. Get back to the fact Mr. Sen Sambo if you are smart enough. Whether he has or he has NOT any affair, Mr. Kem Sokha is to resolve issue within his private entity, indeed his with primarily and his children.
His parliamentarian immunity is absolutely NOT invaded.
Knowing the rule of laws, public interests and private interest are totally separate matter. When any official can exercise distinctively, that officer is a good officer to the people and the kingdom.
That is where the systemstic CORRUPTION hasbeen highlighted in so many sectors in Cambodia.
Cambodian people know it, and international communities know it.

Double standard: Cambodian parliamentarian immunity of congress men Hong Sok Hour and Oum Sam An are not respected by Hun Sen CPP; but the UN immunity of the UN worker in Cambodia is forcibly respected by UN to Hun Sen CPP. When the UN warned Hun Sen that their employee working in Cambodia has immunity, Hun Sen stepped backward quickly. Hun Sen did not arrest that UN worker, he was afraid of UN. Before, Hun Sen announced that he would arrest even UN worker; he didn’t care Mother or Father of any immunity!!!!!
Hun Sen made up all these lie stories and demanded Sam Rainsy to pay him a back big favor. That big favor is to play game that makes Hun Sen win this up coming election and stay in power for the next term. Why do all the above issues I mentioned above always happen??
Hun Sen CPP government has never launched any major work to stop it.
Along the Khmer Viet border, no Khmer solders there to protect it.
Hun Sen just put little poor and helpless solders there; the solders have no good arms, no shoes, no blankets, no good cloths and not enough food to eat.
How can Khmer solders have enough strength to protect the border?? This is Hun Sen’s trick for Khmer.
Hun Sen has never ordered solders to guard the border against the Vietnamese aggressors. What does this mean? It clearly means that Hun Sen quietly conspire with Vietnam to use the WRONG MAP. That is an aggressive map designed by Vietnam. Vietnam had ordered Hun Sen to accept it and use it to determine land and water border between Khmer and Viet border committee. Hun Sen, the Khmer traitor and Youn puppet, agreed to do this with Vietnam in exchange for Youn installation him to be PM, power, becoming the very richest and help protecting his power.
Hun Sen gets so nervous when any one brings up to talk about what Map he is using with Vietnam. He has been doing it so secretly, no transparency. If he is using the right map with transparency; does it right, nobody would say anything; and no one will be sent to jail.
Why doesn’t at Khmer Youn border have strong base, militarily and well equipped for protection the border??? Why had Hun Sen never ordered solders to do anything with Vietnam?? Hun Sen wanted to allow Vietnam that quality time to take Cambodia according to the agreement base on using that WRONG MAP. Hun Sen is so afraid that Khmer people find out about this and call him a traitor then rise up against him. That is why he arrests anyone who dares to talk about Map
