សេចក្តីជូនព័ត៌មាន របស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជា ចុះថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ បង្ហាញថា វត្តមានរបស់ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម នៅតំបន់ព្រំដែន ជាផ្នែកមួយ នៃសកម្មភាពរួម ដើម្បីរំលឹកខួបអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ លើកទី៤៥ នៃការបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងការទូត រវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ថ្ងៃទី២៤មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៦៧-ថ្ងៃទី២៤មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ និងឆ្នាំមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម ឆ្នាំ២០១២។
សេចក្តីជូនព័ត៌មានដដែល បានលើកឡើងថា បន្ទាប់ពីពិធីសម្ពោធបង្គោលព្រំដែននោះរួច នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ក៏នឹងធ្វើជាសហប្រធាន នៃសន្និសីទកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម លើកទី៣ ស្តីពី ការជំរុញការវិនិយោគទុន ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២៤មិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០១២ នៅទីក្រុងហាទៀង ខេត្តកៀងយ៉ាង។

Majority of Khmer people are ignorant., dumb -they only care about daily survival. They are not well informed about national issues such as treason by the CPP like this. CPP and Hun Sen only care about the rich and powerful.
I feel sorry for Khmer. Most are so dumb, unlike Youn ad siem who care about their country. We deserve to see Cambodia becoming Kampuchea Krom, Champa II. WQE are a nation of selfish, dumb people. Our leaders area bunch of dumb cow thieves and our people have become lowlife pathetic scums and beggars
So, stop crying from now on. Blind Hun Sen has all the solutions to help dumb Khmer – beecheng, sarong, sack of rice. All you need to do is keep voting for him, so he can rob your land to give to the youn and rich.
Since Khmer have never known or tasted what real freedom is, why should they care about it anyway ? Human rights, freedom has never been part of Khmer societal values.
Dont cry for me Cambodia, for the truth will be there, your fate is now left in the hands of those dumb leaders who know how to take care of you.

Do Cambodia has Checks and Balances between the branches system yet?
For ex; The framers of the constitution were very concerned about achieving a balance between a strong national government and protection for people freedom. Dividing the federal government into three branches was one way they hope to limit the government’s power. But what keep one branch from dominate the others? As one delegate to the Constitution Convention point out, ” From the nature of man, we may be sure that those who has power in their hands…will always, when they can… increase it.”
Because of this concern, the framers developed a system that would enable each branch of the government to limit the power of the other branches. This system is called ” Check and balances.”

People have to responsible for the lost of land in the country too, while voting for CPP who forsakes one devotion in favor of Vietnam. So the fate of the country is on people’s hands, in their election to choose a leader.
Sre Khmer-you a real fucking yourn, some day all youn will be bloody killed in Cambodia. You are supporting A Hun Sen because you get benefit from it.
People have to be responsible for the future of the country too, while voting for CPP means you really trust this party for its achievement in peace, stability, and development. Therefore, the fate of the country is on people’s hands, in their election to choose a real CPP leader.
Srey Khmer, in Cambodia, everyone knows the three branches of the government: legislative, executive, and judicial. You may think that only You (doss koy) living in the US, who knows so much how to run a country. In Cambodia, there are thousands of PhD in all fields. Before you can take care of our ass, you should take care of yours first; it is currently stinky and grown fungi.
Srey khmer, your English is broken. You need to improve it by going to college or asking Ah KR and Ah Ho Tun to do some tutoring or coming to Cambodia to attend the English class in Panasatra University in Phnom Penh! I am willing to help you without charge!

Srey Xmer, and those Hun Sen lickers – so much good theory from your peas brain, but you should know everything in Cambodia only exists on paper, no practice. I can see that most Khmer have absorded so much CPP propaganda that it is so hard to change it. Just like when Sihanouk was in power, every election was won by him because people had grown up knowing only him, and all national machinery was in his tight hand. When we look back at the time now, it was full of nonsense, we realize. Khmer people in Cambodia are comparable to frogs. Even among those so-called educated people-young and old, from my observation and talking to them, their vision is just like frog or near-frog.
One thing I notice about most Khmer : even though they vote for Hun Sen – the dictator and Ex-Khmer Rouge-who abuses his own people so much and runs down the country to barren open fields-most of these Khmer have the guts to show their hypocrisy: They dream of escaping to live in a freedom loving Western country such as US, Canada, Australia, etc. Why don’t they persevere to live in a beggar-like, miserable condition in Hun Sen’s Cambodia or apply to go and live in their best eternal friend ‘s country, Vietnam ? Hypocrite !
