ភ្នំពេញ: នាថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ដែលជាថ្ងៃទី១ នៃពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំចិន ដែលមានរយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃ គ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ បានសម្លាប់មនុស្ស ១៥ នាក់ និង ៥៩ នាក់ បានរងរបួស នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។ គ្រោះថ្នាក់ថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ ដែលមាន ៣៨ លើកនោះ ( យប់ ១៨ លើក) ភាគច្រើនបង្កឡើងដោយការបើកបរលឿន និងស្រវឹង។

នាយកដ្ឋានសណ្ឋាប់ធ្នាប់ នៃអគ្គស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលជាតិ បានឲ្យដឹងថា ក្នុងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ទាំង ៣៨លើក នៅថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ដែលជាថ្ងៃបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំចិន ថ្ងៃទី១ បានបង្កឲ្យខូចខាតយានយន្តសរុប ៦៨គ្រឿង។ ក្នុងនោះម៉ូតូ ៥១គ្រឿង, រថយន្តធុនតូច ១២គ្រឿង រថយន្តធុនធំ ២គ្រឿង និងយានផ្សេងៗ ៣គ្រឿង។
របាយការណ៍ប៉ូលិសបង្ហាញថា មូលហេតុ ដែលបណ្តាលឲ្យមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ គឺបណ្តាលមកពីបើកបរល្មើសល្បឿនមាន ២០លើក, មិនគោរពសិទ្ធអាទិភាព ៦លើក, ប្រជែងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ៣លើក, ស្រវឹង ៥លើក,មិនប្រកាន់ស្តាំ២លើកបត់គ្រោះថ្នាក់២លើក។ ក្នុងនោះគ្រោះថ្នាក់ជិះម៉ូតូមិនពាក់មួកសុវត្ថិភាព ៤៣នាក់ (យប់ ១៨នាក់) ។
ចំពោះរថយន្តដែលទទួលរងការផាកពិន័យនៅអង្គភាព នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ០១៣ មានចំនួន ២៥គ្រឿង គឺរថយន្តដឹកអ្នកដំណើរធុនតូច២៥គ្រឿង។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្នុងពេលសែនចូលឆ្នាំចិន កាលពីថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី៩កុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ គឺស្ទើរតែគ្រប់ផ្ទះ និងតាមផ្លូវ គេឃើញមានរៀបចំសែនព្រេង និងផឹកស៊ីគ្រឿងស្រវឹង។ ចំណែកតាមដងផ្លូវ ក៏មានអ្នកស្រវឹង បើកបរម៉ូតូឡាន ដែលជាមូលហេតុចំបង នាំដល់គ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍។ គ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍នោះ គឺមិនមែនតែកើតឡើងលើអ្នកស្រវឹងទេ តែក៏នាំឲ្យអ្នកដំណើរផ្សេងទៀត គ្រោះថ្នាក់ ជាមួយនឹងអ្នកសេពគ្រឿងស្រវឹង ហើយបើកបរផងដែរ។
ដោយឡែកនៅថ្ងៃសែន ថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី៩កុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ប៉ូលិសអះអាងថា មានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ នៅទូទាំងប្រទេសតែ ៧លើកប៉ុណ្ណោះ នាំឲ្យមានមនុស្សស្លាប់ ២ នាក់ និងរបួស ១៥ នាក់៕
ឆ្នាំចិនស្រវឹងខ្មែរ ។ ឆ្នាំខ្មែរ ចិនកើបលុយ ។
Tha Chinese hybrids control all sectors in Cambodia including high-ranking officials. The Khmers are slaves in their own country while the hybrids are the masters!!!!!!Hahahahahahah……
មិនយល់សោះ ហេតុអ្វីបានជាអ្នកមើលងាយខ្មែរម៉្លេះ?
Government should not have allowed everyone to operate their verhicles without license driver. While too much accident in the country, becaue of the government lack ability to
reinforce the law, and rule to teach the drivers before they have operated their verhicles in the country very well.

មិនទាន់ប្រើសិទ្ធសេរីភាពរបស់យើង បានយ៉ាងពេញចិត្តនៅឡើយទេ ដូច្នេះគួរកុំវក់
នឹងការសប្បាយមិនដឹងខ្យល់អី…បើសប្បាយ គួរដឹងខ្យល់ផ៎ង…!
Only reason to stop number of death, injury during Chinese new years, Government must ban Chinese new year celebration in public.
For exsample, in U.S,
1- you have to get the free books, form Stated of license driver to read about the rule how to drive on the streets.
2- you have to past the reading test to get the permitt to learn how to drive on the roads, you
have to have someone who had licene driver at lest a year or driver aid to teach you how to
drive on the roads, you cannot just operate any verhicles without someone who has license with you.
3- You have to set up an oppointment with the stated of liense driver for roads test.
According to me, I had faill with the reading test 2 times, and 4 times with the Stated police
who gave me the roads test to drive around in their direction.
So the Government of Cambodia shoud have created the rule or copy from the U.S. to teach people about driving around the country to prevent an accident happening in their lives.
