បន្ទាប់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតបានច្រានចោលបណ្តឹងស្នើឱ្យដោះស្រាយផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់នៅភាពមិនប្រក្រតីនៃកាបោះឆ្នោតកាលពីម្សិលមិញមក។ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនឹងបន្តប្តឹងទៅក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញជាបន្តនៅថ្ងៃស្អែកជាបន្ត ដើម្បីស្វែងរកភាពយុត្តិធម៌ និងត្រឹមត្រូវ។

គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិកំពុងពិនិត្យ និងរៀបចំបណ្តឹងដើម្បីដាក់ទៅក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញនៅថ្ងៃស្អែក បន្ទាប់ពីបពាក្យបណ្តឹងមួយចំនួនពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងភាពមិនប្រក្រតីនៃការបោះឆ្នោតរបស់គណបក្សនេះ ត្រូវបានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតសម្រេចមិនដោះស្រាយ។
លោក គួយ ប៊ុនរឿន តំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិបានប្រាប់វិទ្យុបារាំងអន្តរជាតិនៅថ្ងៃសៅរនេះថា ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអ្នកច្បាប់របស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញផ្នែកបោះ ឆ្នោតកំពុងតែពិនិត្យនិតិវិធីនៃអង្គហេតុ និងអង្គច្បាប់ ដើម្បីបង្ហាញថាបណ្តឹងពីភាពមិនប្រក្រតីនៅពេលបោះឆ្នោត គឺ គ ជ ប មិនបានធ្វើការដោះស្រាយ ដោយគោរពទៅតាមនិតិវិធីច្បាប់នោះទេ។ ដូច្នេះ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិត្រូវទាមទារឲ្យមានការដោះស្រាយប្រកបដោយភាពយុត្តិធម៌។
លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា ក្រុមអ្នកច្បាប់របស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិកំពុងតែរកមូលដ្ឋាននៃអង្គហេតុ និងអង្គច្បាប់ព្រមទាំងភស្តុតាងបន្ថែមទៀតដើម្បីឲ្យបណ្តឹងរបស់គណបក្សមានទង្ងន់ និងសុពលភាព ដើម្បីឲ្យក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញផ្តល់យុត្តិធម៌ទៅលើពាក្យបណ្តឹង។
គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា មានបណ្តឹងចំនួន១៧ ដែលគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិបានដាក់ទៅកាន់គណកម្មា ធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតឲ្យធ្វើការដោះស្រាយពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងភាពមិនប្រក្រតីនៃការបោះ ឆ្នោត។ ប៉ុន្តែបណឹ្តងចំនួនជាផ្លូវការចំនួន១៤ត្រូវបាន គ ជ ប សម្រេចបដិសេធមិនដោះ ស្រាយ ដោយបានបញ្ចប់និតិវិធីដោះស្រាយកាលពីថ្ងៃសុក្រម្សិលមិញ។ នេះបើតាមការអះ អាងរបស់លោក គួយ ប៊ុនរឿន ហើយបានហៅការបដិសេធនេះថា ខាងគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិមិនអាចទទួលយកបាននោះទេ។
មានបណ្តឹងធំៗពីរ គឺទី១ បណ្តឹង រួមទូទាំងប្រទេសរបស់គណកប្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលប្តឹងពីការបាត់ឈ្មោះអ្នកបោះឆ្នោតរាប់លាននាក់ និងបណ្តឹងទាក់ទងនឹងការចេញទំរង់លិខិតបញ្ជាក់អត្តសញ្ញាណដល់ អ្នកបោះឆ្នោតមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ រួមទាំងបណ្តឹងទឹកខ្មៅលុប លាងមិនជ្រេះ។ ចំណែកទី២ គឺបណ្តឹងស្តីពីភាពមិនប្រក្រតីនៃការរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោត នៅខេត្តចំនួន១៥ទូទាំងប្រទេស។
ដោយឡែកអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធម្មនុញ្ញបានប្រកាសថា ខ្លួនបានត្រៀមទទួលពាក្យបណ្តឹងរបស់គណបក្សនយោបាយដែលមិនសុខចិត្តនឹងសេចក្តីសម្រេចរបស់ គ ជ ប ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទីសុក្រទី ១៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃច័ន្ទទី១៩ខែសីហានេះ៕

I don’t believe the judges in Cambodia, because they lives under dictator Hun Sen.
So they cannot release the fair justice for the people, if they do so, their lives must be in the serious bad conditioner of being endangers situation by Hun Sen’s sweep away.
So it is hopeless that in Cambodia has fair justice for anybody in their daily living with the
dark dream of dictator leadership’s power.
Only UN can help sault this complicate problem of fraud the ballots by sneaky NEC for Hun Sen. However, Hun Sen is using all his power to cover up his crime stealer, not to be opened
in the public sphere until the last day of his power finishing.
No more strongman…for Mr. Hun Sen! People starting to realize who he really is…..Manipulated! Intimidated! Cheated! Greeds!
If the opposition wins election:
– All Chinese and Vietnamese busines companies would move out from Cambodia.
– Cambodia will lose 90% income to the country.
– The new government will increase the salery to the workers.
– All the western countries need productions from China. So they cannot invest anything in Cambodia without involving with China.
-Cambodia will have a big disaster.
* Hun Sen is not good, but Sam Rainsy is a lot worst.
Former Hia lola, you forgot to talk about politic. Do you know what hapens at that time?
– Thailand want Preah Vihea, even Angkor Vat too. Vietnam doesn’t want to give Khmer Krom land and island back to Sam Rainsy.
– So, Thai will attack Cambodia from the West, and Vietnam will attack from the East. So the East side of Mekong river will go to Thailand, and the West side will go to VN.
– The Western countries would do business with Cambodia that has 15 million people or with Thai-Viet who’s population 160 million people????
All Rights, most of military are busy to protect Hun Sen’s power and family. Hun Sen is preparing to use Cambodia’s soldiers to have war with Cambodian people without protection
the country from the foreigners invader. Hun Sen invade the civil right of his own people,
and he has allowed to Thai and VN invading for the country of Cambodia. So that we need
change the dark dream of dictator who cares only his own benefit in his life.

Both of you need to keep your short sighted views to yourself.
If your are well informed of the news in Cambodia I believe you would not comment the way you just did. Cambodian people need a real leader who cares for her citizen. HS, his family and his cronies along with his Oknhas have robbed Cambodia’ wealth so many years. It is time for them to listen and respect khmer majority. Enemy from outside is much easier to defend then enemy within.
Stop using unfounded excuse tactics to frighten public so this dictator can hold on the power and continue to destroy Khmer Nation with their institutional corruption manners.

I think sam rasay is not a good leader . he is a bad politic, the way he talk and the way he
