ស្ថានទូតអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារនេះ ប្រកាសឲ្យពលរដ្ឋខ្លួន ដែលជាជនជាតិអាមេរិក មានការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ដោយសារគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ នឹងចាប់ផ្តើមមហាបាតុកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន។
សារសន្តិសុខរបស់ស្ថានទូត ចេញផ្សាយនៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែតុលានេះ ឲ្យដឹងថា មហាបាតុកម្មអហិង្សា អាចឈានដល់ហិង្សានៅពេលមួយ ដោយមិនបានដឹងមុន ដូចមហាបាតុកម្មរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិលើកទី២ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា។ស្ថានទូតអាមេរិក ជំរុញឲ្យពលរដ្ឋជាជនជាតិអាមេរិក នៅឲ្យឆ្ងាយពីការប្រមូលផ្តុំ និងតាមដានព័ត៌មាននានា ទាក់នឹងមហាបាតុកម្ម។ ស្ថានទូតអាមេរិក នឹងបើកធ្វើការជាធម្មតា នៅថ្ងៃមហាបាតុកម្មរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។
គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ គ្រោងនឹងចាប់ផ្តើមធ្វើមហាបាតុកម្មលើកទី៣ រយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែតុលា។ មហាបាតុកម្មលើកទី៣នេះ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ក៏នឹងដង្ហែក្បួនដើម្បីយកញត្តិភ្ជាប់ស្នាមមេដៃ ដាក់ជូន អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងដាក់ស្ថានទូត ប្រទេសភាគីហត្ថលេខី នៃកិច្ចព្រមទីក្រុងប៉ារីស។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ដែលជាថ្ងៃចាប់ផ្តើមមហាបាតុកម្មរបស់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ រួមមានកងរាជអាវុធហត្ថ និងនគរបាល បានប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នានៅក្បែរស្ពានក្បាលថ្នល់ ដោយបណ្តាលឲ្យមានការផ្ទុះអាវុធទៀតផង។ ក្នុងការប៉ះទង្គិចនោះ បណ្តាលឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមួយរូបឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុខចាន់ បានស្លាប់ រួមទាំងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធមួយចំនួន បានរងរបួស ហើយសមត្ថកិច្ចបានចាប់មនុស្ស ៦នាក់ឃុំខ្លួន។
គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានធ្វើមហាបាតុកម្មអហិង្សាចំនួន២លើកមកហើយ ដើម្បីទាមទាររកដំណោះស្រាយពីភាពមិនប្រក្រតីជូនម្ចាស់ឆ្នោត។ អាជ្ញាធរ តែងតែរឹតបន្តឹងការធ្វើដំណើរគ្រប់ច្រកចេញចូល នៅពេលគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ចាប់ផ្តើមមហាបាតុកម្មនៅទីលានប្រជាធិតេយ្យ៕

It is very easy to solve this problem, both parties should create one independent investigation committee to investigate irregularities of election and the people from both parties will see real election result. According to the investigated result the both parties will accept that result and then the both parties can create a new national assemble by smoothly. ( in one family, there are 10 members, when their parents did something not fair and unjust then the members of this family will not happy and they were very angry. But if their parents do something fair, justice and transparent then the all members in this family will be happy and respect their parents)

23 October! I strongly believe that at this stage when we are talking about an independent investigation to investigate this election was very late. I suggest that both parties come enter into dioloque to work in national assembly and then form a joint committee (let say five members each from both parties) to evaluate laws, procedures and work practices regarding election, thus they can reform or change through their wide range of consultations and discussions among them. You believe it or not, as the process of recognition on election results had already completed and all key institutions including our king, institution council are firmed to accept and protect its results. I heard many delegations from developed countries talked about strengthening the future democratic development in Cambodia, that means the past already passed but it took pool of experiences, know-how and skills for good seek of future. Now, CNRP feels that it was injustice and CPP accepted that it is justice. I believe that we need to improve better systems, built more human resources capacity, advocacy and education regarding election thus Cambodia will have a stronger democratic foundation. Let working together for future!

The U.S. embassy care and respect their citizen; one of the tasks is to protect U.S. citizen in foreign country unlike hun sen government has never care and respect its citizens’ lives. For 35 years, thai and Vietnamese have been imprison, injure and kill Cambodian citizens, but hun sen is unaware of it, never protect Cambodian citizen in foreign country as United States does and never dare to protest to thai and vietnamese of human right abuse. This government doesn’t have commitment and the gut to investigate such crime against its own people by foregner such as thai and vietnamese. It’s only good with abuse and killing its own people and bend head to viet.

Unlike Hun Sen’s government has never respected for its Citizens people, and care about Cambodian’s lives. For 35 years, Thai and Viet have been imprisoning, injuring, and killing Cambodians people. But Hun Sen is ignoring about it, he has never protected the Cambodians Citizen in the foreign countries as American does care about their own people. He has never dared to protest against Thai and Viet about the human rights abuse on Cambodians Citizen. This government doesn’t have commitment and gutless to investigate such crime against its own people by Thai and Viet. And also, they seems to be accepted with human rights abuse and killing its own people and bent its heat to the Viet.
