ក្នុងសន្និសិទពីលទ្ធផលនៃទស្សនៈកិច្ចលើកទី១០នៅកម្ពុជាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករានេះ សុរិយា ស៊ូប៊ែឌី បានទាមទារឲ្យអាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជា លើកយកច្បាប់របស់កម្ពុជាមួយណា ដែលអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យមានការដាក់បម្រាមការធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ឬជួបប្រជុំបណ្តោះអាសន្ននោះ។ លោកបញ្ជាក់ថា ការដាក់បម្រាមនេះ គឺផ្ទុយនឹងមាត្រា៤ នៃកតិសញ្ញាអន្តរជាតិស្តីពីសិទ្ធិពលរដ្ឋ និងសិទ្ធិនយោបាយ។ “ដូចច្នេះបើមិនមានច្បាប់ណាការពារចំពោះការដាក់បម្រាមនេះទេ គួរតែដកចេញ”។
ក្រុមមន្ត្រីសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស បានហៅការដាក់បម្រាមជួបប្រជុំ ឬបាតុកម្មនោះថា កម្ពុជាដើរផ្ទុយគោលការណ៍នៃលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ។ បម្រាមនេះ បានអនុវត្តកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែមករា ដោយចាប់សកម្មជនបឹងកក់ចំនួន៥នាក់ ជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន ពេលពួកគាត់យកញត្តិទៅដាក់នៅស្ថានទូតបារាំង ដើម្បីសុំអន្តរាគមន៍ឲ្យដោះលែងមនុស្ស១០នាក់ និងករណីព្យាយាមបំបែកក្រុមយុវជន៩នាក់ ប្រមូលផ្តុំគ្នានៅទីលានប្រជាធិតេយ្យជាដើម។ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា CCHR បានហៅបម្រាមនេះគឺជាការ អនុវត្តមិនសមាមាត្រ និងជាការរំលោភសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពក្នុងការជួបប្រជុំដោយសន្តិវិធី។ CCHR បន្តថា ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំការជួបប្រជុំគ្នារំលឹកថ្ងៃខួបផ្តួលរំលំរបបខែ្មរក្រហម ថ្ងៃ៧មករា ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមរាប់ពាន់នាក់ តែមិនមានការបង្ក្រាបនោះទេ។

សម្តេចតែងតែមានប្រសាសន៍ថា សម្តេចជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជាស្របច្បាប់។ សម្តេចតែងតែមានប្រសាសន៏ថា លោកសុរិយា ស៊ូប៊ែឌី ជាអ្នកនាំពាក្យអោយបក្សប្រឆាំង និងមិនចង់ជួបទេ។
តែពេលនេះអ្វីៗហាក់ប្រែប្រួល១៨០ដឺក្រ សម្តេចជួបជាមួយលោកសុរិយា ស៊ូប៊ែឌី និងសម្តេចសូមអោយ លោកសុរិយា ស៊ូប៊ែឌី ជួយជំរុញឬ និយាយជាមួយបក្សប្រឆាំង អោយចូលសភា មិនតែប៉ុនណ្ណោះ សម្តេចថែមទាំងបញ្ជាក់អំពីចំនុចល្អ របស់បក្សប្រឆាំង ក្នុងការចូលសភា អោយលោកស៊ូប៊ែឌីស្តាប់។ គិតទៅសម្តេចពិតជាគិតគូរ អំពីប្រទេសជាតិ ខ្លាំងណាស់ ជាងជនណាៗទាំងអស់។
ប៉ុន្តែសម្តេចហាក់ភ្លេច បញ្ជាក់អំពីផល អវិជ្ជមានអោយលោកស៊ូប៊ែឌីស្តាប់ផងដែរ ប្រសិនបើ បក្សប្រឆាំងចូលសភា ឧទាហរណ៏ ដូចជាការចូលសភារបស់បក្សប្រឆាំង គឺមានន័យថាទទួលស្គាល់លទ្ធផលឆ្នោតជាដើម។ល។
សុភាសិតខ្មែរចំពោះក្រុមជនមានលុយនិងអំណាច តែងពោលថា “អោយតែបានខ្លួនប្រាណ មួយយប់ ទោះអស់ប៉ុន្មានក៏ហ៊ានដែរ”។ ឬ ភាសាសាមញ្ញនិយាយថា “អោយតែបាន សុីស៊្សីនមួយយប់ នោះនារីនោះ(បក្សប្រឆាំង) នឹងអស់តំលៃជានារី វ័យក្រមុំព្រហ្មចារី ឬថានឹងគ្មានន័យទៀតទេក្នុងសង្គមខែ្មរ”។
តើសម្តេចកំពុងតែព្យាយាមសុីស៊្សីនរបស់បក្សប្រឆាំង អោយបានមែនទេ? តាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ ? តាមរយះ អសប? យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តឆ្លងភ្នំហើយរុះស្ពាន។

Many thanks for your great work, Cambodian people very appreciate it.
Youn does not mean bad in Cambodian language; to all Cambodians who are in the right mind Youn mean Vietnamese and it’s nothing more than that. In contrast, Youn in Vietnam are calling us, Cambodian, “Thang Meing” which is insulting in Vietnamese language, please make a note to that.
Cambodian does not discriminate against all Vietnamese; Cambodian only against bad Vietnamese who plot on Cambodia by aggression, swallowing, expansionism taking over the whole Cambodia, genocide, eliminating our raise of origin etc….
The bad Vietnamese took Champa, Kampucheakroam which is part of our land, and Lao. Nowadays it keeps on encroach border of our remained country; sending illegal Youn immigrants every day. Presently, Hun Sen government is under Vietnamese colony typically in a modern day.
Due to the above issues, Cambodians are too worried; they talk to each other about it and want to do self-defend. When the people of Cambodian raise their concern to these issues, they are being accused of being racism toward Vietnamese. This is extremely unfair to my beloved Cambodian; in fact the word “racism” used to describe Cambodian people who are the true victims of Youn aggressors are the dirty political tactic by Youn and its puppet; such word being used to cover up and scare Cambodian not to stand up and liberate their country from aggressor.
When one country being aggressed, encroached border, invaded by large number of illegal immigrants and colonized, and for the near future will becoming a minority on their own land by a bigger and stronger next door nation, the people of the victimized country just worry about it, talk about it, and want to protect themself accused of racism, that is a really unfair.
In general Cambodian can be friend to good Vietnamese; we can love, live and work together no problem
If Vietnamese gives up its old fashion idea, by not continue to aggress Cambodia, stop forcing us to join Indo China Federation lead by Viet , respect Cambodia sovereignty and independent state, stop illegal immigrants, Cambodia will consider Vietnamese as best friend of all in the world.
Youn or Vietnam has the same meaning. It’s no matter to call vietnamese people Youn or veitnam. However when we call them Youn, we will remember the history of Cambodia in the generation of the queen ANG MEI. Youn collected Khmer people as the slave to build Vinh Te channel and tried to distroy Khmer culture. It make us to remind its colonization.

I’m admire that CAMBODIA still have a lot of peoples like you. education is bringing a good judgment and indelibility that can clearly see what right and what wrong . if we are having the same idea and felling the same including the leaders CAMBODIAN will live in peace and prosperity in our home land. any leaders that did not have all these kind and way of thinking will bring country with devastation and retaliation angers you name it. CAMBODIAN is very unfortunate people in the world .we never have a good leader that working for people and the country. all the leaders in the past was working for their own powers only. thank you and peace for all CAMBODIAN
I think Mr Subedi is right only half regarding the Democracy a bout the right of demonstration !
But he is wrong because as we see the situation in Cambodia is different:
1- The mass protest is a rebellion to overthrow the legitimate government.
2- NRCP used the factory ‘s workers strike a bout the $160 as their tool to support their causes in combating the government.
If I were Mr Hun Sen myself, I would say this word to Mr Subedi this : look we need to stop these anarchists , thugs and looters to destroy our country. I would use some force if necessary to contain the violence and the lawlessness.
In 1991 The United States imposed Martial Law on the city of Las Angeles California to crackdown the mass protest that become a riot. The soldier are ordered to shoot these violent protesters for self defense.
I don’t think Mr Subedi understand this!
