ប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី (ស្ដាំ) និងអនុប្រធានបក្ស លោក កឹម សុខា អុជធូបស្បថនៅមុខអង្គរវត្ត ខេត្តសៀមរាប នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២២ កញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣។ RFA/Tin Zakariya
បេក្ខជនតំណាងរាស្ត្រជាប់ឆ្នោតបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ៥៥រូប បានសម្រេចចិត្តចូលស្បថក្នុងវាំងនៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៥ សីហា នេះ នៅពេលបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា មិនទាន់យល់ព្រមលើចំណុចខ្លះ ចំពោះការធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ទាក់ទងនឹងអង្គការរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត ដែលស្នើឡើងដោយបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ។
ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ បក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ នឹងបន្តចរចាជាមួយបក្សប្រជាជន បន្តទៀត បន្ទាប់ពីបេក្ខជនតំណាងរាស្ត្រជាប់ឆ្នោតបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានធ្វើសច្ចាប្រណិធាន និងចូលរដ្ឋសភា ហើយរំពឹងថា ការស្នើរបស់បក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ នឹងត្រូវបក្សប្រជាជន ទទួលយល់ព្រមជាក់ជាមិនខាន នេះបើតាមលិខិតរបស់ប្រធានបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ផ្ញើទៅ លោក ស ខេង ថ្ងៃទី៤ សីហា។
ចំណុចសំខាន់ពីរដែលបក្សប្រជាជន មិនយល់ព្រមនោះ គឺទាក់ទងនឹងស្វ័យភាពរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត (គ.ជ.ប) និងការបន្ថែមខ្លឹមសារទាក់ទងការជ្រើសរើសសមាជិកថ្មីជំនួស នៅពេលបាត់បង់សមាជិកភាពតាមរូបមន្ត ៤-៤-១ ស្របតាមបញ្ញត្តិនៃមាត្រា ១៥១ថ្មី នៃសេចក្ដីព្រាងវិសោធនកម្មរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ ដែលបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានទាមទារ។
ក្នុងលិខិតនោះ លោក សម រង្ស៊ី បានប្រើពាក្យថា «ជឿជាក់» ហើយបានចាត់ទុកថា ការចរចាជាមួយបក្សប្រជាជន «អាច» ទទួលយកបាន ចំពោះដំណាក់កាលមុនពេលចូលសភា ដោយសរសេរថា៖ «គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ជឿជាក់ថា នីតិវិធីនៃការជ្រើសរើសនេះនឹងធានារក្សាសមាសភាព គ.ជ.ប តាមរូបមន្ត ៤-៤-១ ស្របតាមបញ្ញត្តិនៃមាត្រា ១៥១ថ្មី នៃសេចក្ដីព្រាងវិសោធនកម្មរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ…»។

Personally, I think that the public congress is very important for Cambodian citizens to attend to express their agreeing or disagreeing thoughts on the CNRP’s move to take swear into office at the Royal Palace under the threatening environment in which some of the CNRP activists were recently apprehended and seven elect-MPs were/will be summoned to appear at the court for questions or clarifications related to the previous violence occurred nearby the Freedom Park on July 15. Through the public congress, the CNRP will know exactly that what will the CNRP do? Where will the CNRP go to? What advantages and disadvantages that the CNRP will reap from the swearing-in ceremony and attending the National Assembly.
But, everything is too late for the public congress while the CNRP sent a letter to the President of the National Assembly informing about the date of swearing-in ceremony at the Royal Palace and plan for attending the National Assembly. It is too late, my beloved Cambodians, for having such a congress. The CNRP’s elect-MPs will take a swearing-in ceremony this afternoon.
Now, what all Cambodians need to do is to only wait and see that what will happen next after the swearing-in ceremony and attending the National Assembly of the CNRP. That includes creation of the new national election committee (NEC), national key institutional reform such as legal and judicial reform, public administrative reform, armed force reform, combat corruption (from bottom up), review the provision of the longest economic land concession for domestic and international companies affecting Cambodian villagers and while lots of poor people have no or not enough land to farm, land grabbing, depletion of the natural resources, market inflation, level of unemployment, poor law enforcement and selective delivery of services to people, low wage for civil servants and factory workers, restoration of democracy and rule of law in Cambodia, etc. These are very important for the people and are a life of the nation.
I would hope that Cambodians will not be victimized by the CNRP or politicians. Please do not kill their smile and hope of the people because of any wrong move/decision or undesired actions. Please, give the new hope to people!!
Please, remember that people never betrayed politicians or hurt politicians. But, only politicians and leaders hurt them or betrayed them! Therefore, please do not bring pain to people!!!
Once you change your original goals, objectives, and mission, Cambodian citizens will blame or condemn you and change their support to another political party.
Repeatedly, please wait and see together!
