ករណីរឿងកូនស្រីរបស់លោក កឹម សុខា អនុប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ដែលថា អាចនឹងក្លាយទៅជាសមាជិកម្នាក់របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត (គ.ជ.ប) ថ្មីនោះ រួមជាមួយនឹងការលេចឮអំពីបេក្ខជនពីររូប ពីសង្គមស៊ីវិល បានបង្កឲ្យមានការជជែកពិភាក្សា គាំទ្រ រិះគន់ ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ទឡ្ហីករណ៍សំអាងផ្សេងគ្នា តាមប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយនិងបណ្តាញសង្គមជាច្រើន។
ខណៈដែលមានការគាំទ្រជាទូទៅក្នុងការប៉ុនប៉ងជ្រើសយកលោក គល់ បញ្ញា និងលោក យ៉េង វីរៈ សម្រាប់បេក្ខភាពពីគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិនោះ គេសង្កេតឃើញមានការជំទាស់ជាច្រើនអំពីចេតនាក្នុងការតែងតាំងកូនស្រីរបស់លោកកឹម សុខាជាសមាជិករបស់ គ.ជ.បថ្មីនេះ ទោះបីជាមានការគាំទ្រកញ្ញាដោយសំអាងទៅលើភាពជាស្រ្តី ដែលគេហៅថា ជាការលើកកម្ពស់យេនឌ័រនិងសមត្ថភាពដែលកញ្ញាបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា មកពីបស្ចឹមប្រទេសនិងបានធ្វើការនៅក្នុងស្ថាប័នធំៗមួយចំនួន មុននឹងចូលខ្លួនមកប្រឡូកពេញលេញ ក្នុងវិស័យនយោបាយ ក្រោយគណបក្សសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស រួមគ្នាជាមួយគណបក្សសម រង្ស៊ី ដែលបង្កើតបានជាគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ក្នុងដំណើរការបោះឆ្នោត ក្នុងខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០១៣ រហូតដល់ទទួលបានអាសនៈចំនួន ៥៥ក្នុងរដ្ឋសភាជាតិក្តី។
កញ្ញា កឹម មនោវិទ្យា បានបញ្ជាក់ថា ខ្លួនក៏មានការពេញចិត្ត ចំពោះតំណែងនេះដែរ។
ការរិះគន់ចំពោះបញ្ហានេះ គឺដោយសារតែគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ តែងតែរិះគន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងគណបក្សកាន់អំណាចក្នុងការប្រើខ្សែ តែងតាំងសាច់ញាតិ បក្ខពួករបស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងជួរបក្សនិងរដ្ឋាភិបាល ហើយទង្វើនេះត្រូវបានភ្ជាប់ជិតដិត ទៅនឹងអំពើពុករលួយ ដែលធ្វើឲ្យអ្នកដែលគ្មានចំណងមិនបានទទួលមុខងារ ដែលពួកគេស័ក្តិសមនឹងបានទទួល ទោះបីជាពួកគេមានសមត្ថភាព និងមានអតីតភាពយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ។
ពលរដ្ឋទូទៅ ទាំងអ្នកគាំទ្រនិងអ្នកមិនគាំទ្រ គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានចាត់ទុកចេតនាក្នុងការតែងតាំងមនោវិទ្យាឲ្យក្លាយជាសមាជិក គ.ជ.ប ថ្មីជាទង្វើខុសពីគោលការណ៍ដែលគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិដែលបានប្រកាសប្រឆាំងដាច់ខាត តាំងតែពីដើមមកក្នុងការប្រកួតប្រជែងជាមួយគណបក្សប្រជាជន។ មតិមួយចំនួនទៀត លើកឡើងថាហេតុអ្វីបានជាគេរិះគន់ការតែងតាំង មនោវិទ្យា ហើយមិនរិះគន់គណបក្សប្រជាជនដែលធ្លាប់ធ្វើបែបនេះដែរ?
ប្រតិកម្មដែលកើតឡើងទាំងអម្បាលម៉ាននេះបានផុសឡើងទាំងរឿងនេះមិនទាន់ក្លាយទៅជាការពិតផង។ ចុះទម្រាំតែកើតឡើងពិតទៀត តើនឹងមានអ្វីទៀតដែលនឹងកើតឡើង? អាចនឹងមានការរិះគន់កាន់តែខ្លាំងទៅលើគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ទោះបីជាអ្នកគាំទ្រមិនអាចកែប្រែការសម្រេចរបស់គណបក្សនេះបានក៏ដោយ ប៉ុន្តែ អ្នកគាំទ្រអាចផ្តល់មេរៀនដល់ទង្វើនេះ នៅថ្ងៃបោះឆ្នោតខាងមុខទៀត។ តើប្រជាជនធ្លាប់រិះគន់ ទៅលើគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច ចំពោះទង្វើបែបនេះទេ?
ជាការពិតណាស់ ការរិះគន់បានធ្វើឡើងជាច្រើននិងគ្រប់រូបភាព ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ ជ័យជម្នះរបស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតកន្លងមក មុនឆ្នាំ២០១៣ បានធ្វើឲ្យពួកគេមិនខ្វល់នឹងការរិះគន់ ហើយយល់ថា បើធ្វើដដែល ហើយសន្លឹកឆ្នោតមិនដែលធ្លាក់ចុះសោះ អាសនៈក្នុងសភាចេះតែកើនឡើងដូច្នេះ ប្រហែលជាធ្វើនោះត្រូវហើយ បានជានៅតែមានការគាំទ្រភ្លូកទឹកភ្លូកដីយ៉ាងនោះ។
ចុងក្រោយប្រជាជនពិតជាបានបង្ហាញការមិនពេញចិត្តរបស់ខ្លួន តាមរយៈការបោះឆ្នោតជាតិកាលពីខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ ដែលធ្វើឲ្យគណបក្សប្រជាជនថយអាសនៈពី ៩០ មកនៅត្រឹម ៦៨ អាសនៈ ហើយដែលចំនួនអាសនៈនេះ ត្រូវគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិចោទថា មិនត្រឹមត្រូវផង។
សូមជម្រាបថា នេះប្រហែលជាគ្រាន់តែជាចំណែកតូចមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះ .នៃការធ្លាក់ចុះការគាំទ្រនោះ។ សញ្ញាណនៃការរិះគន់ទៅលើការតែងតាំង មនោវិទ្យាទៅក្នុង គ.ជ.បថ្មីនេះ ជាការព្រមានដល់គណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ឲ្យមានការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នចំពោះដំណើរការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយនេះ ក៏ជាការបង្ហាញថា អ្វីដែលគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិធ្វើ លែងជាដំណើរការ របស់គណបក្សតែឯងហើយមានន័យថា ប្រជាជន ដែលជាអ្នកគាំទ្រ តែងតែមានយោបល់ជានិច្ច អំពីការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់គណបក្សនេះ។
តើការរិះគន់នេះមានឥទ្ធិពលទៅលើគណបក្សប្រជាជនដែរឬទេ? វាហាក់ដូចជាមិនមានទេ បើមើលពីសម្បកក្រៅ ប៉ុន្តែ គណបក្សប្រជាជន ក៏ត្រូវរៀនសូត្រពីមេរៀនមួយនេះដែរថា ប្រសិនបើការអនុវត្តនិងការសម្រេចចិត្តបែបបក្ខពួកនិងសាច់ញាតិនិយម នៅតែបន្តកើតមាន ហើយប្រជាជន និងអ្នកគាំទ្រឃើញច្បាស់ក្រឡែតនោះ វាប្រាកដជាប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការគាំទ្រដល់បក្សនេះជាក់ជាមិនខានឡើយ។
ឧទាហរណ៍ តំណែងប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានមួយ ត្រូវគេរំពឹងថា នឹងបានទៅលើលោក «ក» ដែលបានធ្វើការនិងមានអតីតភាពនិងបទពិសោធគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងការទទួលតំណែងជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន ប៉ុន្តែ នៅពេលនោះបែរជាមានកូនចៅបក្ខពួកសាច់ញាតិរបស់មន្ត្រីធំណាម្នាក់ផ្សេងទៀត មកទទួលបានតំណែងនោះទៅវិញ។
ផលវិបាកដែលអាចកើតមានឡើងគឺមន្ត្រីដែលគេរំពឹងថា បានតំណែងនោះ នឹងបាក់ទឹកចិត្ត ហើយប្រាប់បងប្អូនកូនចៅ សាច់ញាតិ មិត្តភក្តិ និងសហការីរបស់ខ្លួន កុំឲ្យគាំទ្របក្សតទៅទៀត។ ចំណែកឯមន្ត្រីផ្សេងទៀត ដែលដឹងឮរឿងរ៉ាវនេះ នឹងបាក់ទឹកចិត្តដូចគ្នា ហើយគិតថា វាសនារបស់ខ្លួន ក៏មិនខុសពីនេះដែរ ដូច្នេះក៏អាចនាំគ្នាឈប់គាំទ្របក្សនេះ ហើយទៅប្រាប់បងប្អូន កូនចៅ សាច់ញាតិ មិត្តភក្តិ អំពីរឿងអយុត្តិធម៌នេះ ហើយនឹងឈប់គាំទ្របក្សនោះទៀតដែរ។
ដូច្នេះ បញ្ហាមានចេតនាក្នុងការតែងតាំងកូនស្រីរបស់លោក កឹម សុខា គឺកញ្ញា កឹម មនោវិទ្យានេះ គឺជាមេរៀនដ៏ល្អមួយសម្រាប់គណបក្សទាំងពីរ និងគណបក្សផ្សេងៗទៀត ក្នុងការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ការអនុវត្តនិងការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់ខ្លួនដែលអាចនឹងជះឥទ្ធិពលអវិជ្ជមានក្នុងពេលអនាគតហើយជាពិសេស គឺប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិដែលមិនបានប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានមនុស្សឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវសម្រាប់ការងារប្រទេសជាតិ៕

ធ្វើកុំអោយដូចពាក្យចាស់ថា គីង្គក លក់ថ្នាំស្រែង
The CNRP needs to learn bitter lessons from the Prince Norodom Rannaridh-led FUNCINPEC and the CPP. A few months before the 2013 National Assembly election, Mr. Hun Sen promoted his elder son (Hun Manet) to the three-star general (lieutenant general) and several other his close relatives and friends were promoted gradually. This really affected the sentiment of the government civil servants and officials who have knowledge, capacity, and professional merits but had no chance to be promoted. This inappropriate promotion was discussed informally among civil servants and Cambodian citizens before the 2013 election. Because of disappointment, those people changed their allegiance and voted for other political parties (maybe the CNRP).
This is a lesson to be learned. I guess that the CNRP also cares about criticism from the public.
If I may, I would suggest that the CNRP stays away from nepotism and partisan in relation to the selection and appointment of any candidate for the new NEC membership. CNRP needs to show to the public that nepotism and partisan or favoritism is absolutely excluded in the selection and appointment process. Honestly speaking, I am too concerned that the public and civil society organizations and people within the party will severely criticize the CNRP for any improper selection of candidates involving nepotism and partisan. Another, CPP is eyeing on this selection and will counterattack the CNRP in the future should CNRP lambast the government and the CPP on partisan, favoritism, nepotism, etc. It will be a backfire to the CNRP.
Surely, the NRP vehemently criticized the ruling party for improper selection and appointment and promotion of relatives and friends to the government positions. Obviously, Hun Sen and his officials are under the strong criticism for improper selection and appointment of officials to the government positions involving corruption, nepotism, favoritism, partisan, etc. Therefore, the CNRP ought to remove the mindset of nepotism and partisan or favoritism. CNRP needs to be clean/pure for everything.
Once again, I personally believe that there are lots of officials who have honesty, commitment, knowledge (on politics, election and law), potentiality, and energy in the party. These officials should not be overlooked. Thus, they should be given an opportunity to become a candidate for the NEC composition.
Surely, Cambodians disliked and attacked the Hun Sen-led government for involving in corruption, nepotism, and partisan in selecting and appointing officials to the government positions or offer promotion to their group of relatives or friends. But, CNRP should be different from the CPP and the government by distancing themselves from such undesired decisions (nepotism, partisan, favoritism, etc.). Please, the CNRP top leaders think about the national issue and interest, rather than nepotism and partisan. CNRP needs to act as a good model or symbol for everyone. CNRP needs to be a fantastic symbol for Cambodian citizens. CNRP needs to act as a fantastic and powerful opposition party.
Therefore, please consider giving an opportunity to other officials who have real loyalty, commitment, knowledge, energy, potentiality, and merits to become a candidate for the NEC composition.

ចោលទាំងអស់នេះ យកបញ្ហាជាតិជាតិ បញ្ហាប្រជាជនជាធំ ទើបស្រុកខ្មែរអាចរឹងមាំបាន ហើយរីកចំរើនដូចប្រទេសដ៍ទេបាន។
I think it’s good that she is going to be selected for such a position as her background and experience is reflecting and responding the urgent need of the supporting people. I don’t think the others can fit this kind of difficult tasks. Hopefully she will be just and fair, especially is nationalist and believable by most of Cambodians.
You can’t denial this, in conclusion, the CNRP has very large out number supporters of CPP from all sectors in Cambodian society as well as international community.
What Hun Sen has these days are his small group who is benefit from him, his cronies and family, body guard, gun money and power. His group and cronies will kick his ass when he is no longer useful for them.
I think, it’s just the matter of The “How” to organize and manage the dynamic of the mighty “PEOPLE POWER” to connect them together and have all of them rise up at the same time at the right place at the right time to overthrown the regime; that way Hun Sen will have no room
Almost everyone of Cambodian and worker from all institutions including military, police and Chea Sim, Heng Sam Rin group want to rise up and kick Hun Sen’s ass, but they want to be sure that when they start doing it, every one else will do the same; so one again fox, study the How to organize strategy
Some may sacrifice, but that definitely the end of Hun Sen ‘s regime
That is how all the people who own the country strip off the dictator from power

Hun Sen is a very bad father; he got his sons involve with his crimes and treason; in the near future, Cambodia will be changed with out avoidable; for many reasons and different ways, Hun Sen will fall; in case Hun Sen falls down by civil war and or people power, oh my Lord, I can’t imagine how horribly Hun Sen, family and cronies will be punished by the angry mob !!!!!!! It’s going to be just like Gaddafi ‘s sons and Saddam Husein’s sons, captured, brutality tortured and killed by Libyan and Iraqi rebels
