ស្ត្រីទី១នៃសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក លោកស្រី មីហ្សែល អូបាម៉ា មកដល់ខេត្ដទេសចរណ៍អង្គរ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២០ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២២ខែមីនាឆ្នាំ២០១៥នេះ ។
នៅក្នុងដំណើរទស្សកិច្ចនេះ លោកស្រី មីហ្សែល អូបាម៉ា បានសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយសិស្សនារីឆ្នើ១០រូប និងបើកសម្ភោធកម្មវិធី «អនុញ្ញាតឲ្យក្មេងស្រីទៅសាលារៀន» នៅវិទ្យាល័យហ៊ុន សែន ប្រាសាទបាគង ក្នុងស្រុកប្រាសាទបាគង ជាមួយលោកស្រី ប៊ុនរ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ភរិយាលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីកម្ពុជា ។ នៅក្នុងជំនួបនោះ លោកស្រីបានកោតសរសើរចំពោះសិស្សស្រីទាំង១០រូបនោះដែលខំតស៊ូរៀនសូត្រដើម្បីអនាគតខ្លួនឯង និងគ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគេ ហើយលោកថា ពួកគេជាស្ដ្រីគំរូនៅក្នុងពិភពលោក ។
ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ លោកស្រី មីហ្សែល អូបាម៉ា ក៍ជួបជាមួយភ្នាក់ងារ Peace Corps អង្គកាសង្គមស៊ីវិល យុវជន និង អ្នកស្ម័គ្មចិត្ដផ្សេងៗទៀត ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីគម្រោងកម្មវិធី អនុញ្ញាតឲ្យកុមារីទៅសាលារៀន ដែលជាគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើម របស់លោកស្រី ៕

well her speak have a great meaning to this nation. I want all of you concentrate on her word saying, when the gold get educate????????? they will make this nation stronger and peaceful by picking the right leader. as you know the high educated person their word having verity of meaning. you can interpret in a few deferent way in a good principal word. so Cambodian leaders should be aware of some meaningful word from international community. they can not be a dump brain. for example when they use some word to kick your butt you still do not get it . instate keep smiling and doing the same thing over and over again. but most of the time the high educated person they are not mean to kicking your butt right away. unless you can not get it for so many time . I do not think that ANGKA TNAKLEIR Mr HUN SEN and METT BONG. HENG SAMRIN. can get those word from world organization that they used to say to this leader….. Cambodia the leader of wonder this is my new word that I can not wait for too long to see peace and prosperity for our nation.************** peace for all
her speech powerful, but not last long after she left. Hopefully education system start to review its root from the bootom line. it has to rethink that children of all sources are the future leadership, it is no matter what poor or rich. So, after the old genertion pass the new one begin, it is a nature of leadership theory.
