ថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៏នៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា នាថ្ងៃទី០៩ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ បានឆក់ស្រូបជីវិតមនុស្សយ៉ាងហោចណាស់២នាក់ ស្លាប់ និងរងរបួសធ្ងន់ស្រាល៤នាក់ទៀត។ នេះបើតាមតួលេខដែលស្រង់បានដោយនាយកដ្ឋាន សណ្ដាប់់ធ្នាប់ចរាចរណ៏ នៃ អគ្គស្នងការនគរបាលជាតិ។

របាយការណ៏ដែលគេរកឃើញនៅលើគេហទំព័រ ស្នងការនគរបាលជាតិបានឲ្យដឹងថាគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ទូទាំងប្រទេស កើតឡើងដល់ទៅ ០៤លើក (យប់ ០២លើក), បណ្តាលឲ្យមនុស្សស្លាប់ ០២នាក់ (ស្រី ម្នាក់), របួសធ្ងន់ ០២នាក់ (ស្រី ម្នាក់) និងរបួសស្រាល ០២ នាក់ (ប្រុស) ក្នុងនោះបានបង្កឲ្យខូចខាតយានយន្តសរុប ០៥គ្រឿង ក្នុងនោះម៉ូតូ ០៣គ្រឿង, រថយន្តធុនតូច ០១គ្រឿង, យាន្តផ្សេងៗ ០១គ្រឿងនិង ថ្មើរជើង ម្នាក់។
របាយការណ៏ដដែលបន្តថា មូលហេតុដែលបណ្តាលឲ្យមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់ស្លាប់និងរងរបួសនេះ គឺបណ្តាលមកពីល្បឿន ០៤លើក ក្នុងនោះគ្រោះថ្នាក់ជិះម៉ូតូមិនពាក់មួកសុវត្ថិភាព ០២ នាក់ (យប់ ម្នាក់)។
ចំពោះរថយន្តដែលទទួលរងការផាកពិន័យនៅអង្គភាព នៅថ្ងៃទី០៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣នេះ មានចំនួន ៨៣គ្រឿង គឺ រថយន្តទេសចរណ៍ ០១គ្រឿង, រថយន្តដឹកអ្នកដំណើរធុនតូច ៤០គ្រឿង, និង រថយន្តដឹកទំនិញធុនធំ ៤២គ្រឿង។
រថយន្តទាំងអស់ខាងលើបានបង់ប្រាក់ពិន័យរួចរាល់ នៅអធិការដ្ឋាននគរបាល ស្រុក/ខណ្ឌ ១០គ្រឿង, នៅស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាល រាជធានី/ខេត្ត ៣៣គ្រឿង និងនៅនាយកដ្ឋាន សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ ៤០គ្រឿង៕
What are the action plans to be taken to avoid next accident? who will do it? The government should study the root cause of the main accidents happende then take actions. Do not shout with the slogan like you are doing now.
The government officials should respect the traffic law then the small people will follow up.
If Hun $en’s governmant lack ability to create the roads driving rules for the drivers to take a lesten, why don’t them resign it?
Such resignation isn’t innats or inevitable. It is what psychologists call learn hepless,systematic way of Government ignoring the accident, we see and leaving them for not handle it. We find it disorder governmant in the Cambodain’s society even care about law
and disobey it too. So we have to chang a new governmant to handle the fate of our country in a future as well.
