អ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ លោក ខៀវ សុភ័គ បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា លោកសូមច្រានចោលរបាយការណ៍របស់អង្គការឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សមួយនេះ ដែលបានលើកឡើងថា ការក្លែងបន្លំសន្លឹកឆ្នោតក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងតំណាងរាស្ត្រអាណត្តិទី៥ នេះ មានលក្ខណៈជាប្រព័ន្ធ ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា សហការជាមួយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ។
លោក ខៀវ សុភ័គ៖ «មិនមែនដូចការលើកឡើងអ៊ីចឹងទេ គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោត និងក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ គឺជាស្ថាប័នពីរដោយឡែកពីគ្នា។ ថ្វីត្បិតតែនៅបរិវេណជាមួយគ្នាមែន ក៏ប៉ុន្តែដោយសារមិនទាន់មានកន្លែងជូនគាត់ គាត់នៅជាមួយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ អ៊ីចឹងទៅ។ ប៉ុន្តែ គាត់មិនស្ថិតនៅក្រោមឥទ្ធិពល ឬក៏ការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់មហាផ្ទៃ ទេ ព្រោះស្ថាប័នពីរនេះ គឺមានច្បាប់ដោយឡែកពីគ្នា ច្បាប់បង្កើត គ.ជ.ប ច្បាប់បង្កើតក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ គឺបង្កើតដោយច្បាប់ទាំងអស់។ ហើយចំពោះយន្តការដឹកនាំក្តី នីតិវិធីនៃការរៀបចំបោះឆ្នោតក្តី គឺកំណត់ និងសម្រេចដោយគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតដោយខ្លួនគាត់ទេ»។

If he can do more good than bad that is very good already! In my opinion I think Prime Minister Hun Sen is doing quite a good job especially in the last 5 years… Please give him some credit and open your hearts and eyes to those Cambodian people who hate him… I have lived in this kind of situation for the last 20 years at least of hearing people including myself of course to complained about this and that… Mr. Hun Sen not good at doing this and that….. I would say to all of you that we have something better than nothing. please do not pass the dog to the wall without choice. If this is the result error 5 to 10 % please we should accept it and we will improve it for next election if better than me Cambodian are worry with the current situation If I were a opposition leader I should accept and prepare what are going on in the future with a good condition than before. we are suffer enough with the war if you are all leader parties who always say take attention to the people why do not show your solidarity together for reasonable solution for winning together but I think you are both is not caring with people you are care only with the power and your parties only.
