សាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង ដែលតំណាងដោយលោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស Laurent Fabius ជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀតទទូចដល់ភាគីគណបក្សនយោបាយកម្ពុជា ដែលជាប់ឆ្នោតត្រូវបន្តជួបចរចាជាបន្ទាន់ ដើម្បីបន្ធូរបន្ថយភាពតានតឹង ដែលកំពុងកើតមានយ៉ាងខ្លាំងនៅកម្ពុជា។
លោក Laurent Fabius ដែលស្រង់មកចុះផ្សាយដោយវិទ្យុបារាំង RFI បានថ្លែងបញ្ជាក់ដូចនេះ ខណៈលោកត្រូវបានស្នើមកកាន់សភាបារាំង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមករា ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបនូវការសាកសួរអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ បារាំង ដែលទាក់ទិននឹងនយោបាយបរទេស ដែលរួមប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។
លោករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបញ្ជាក់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលរបស់លោកកំពុងតាមដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះចំណាត់ការនានារបស់អាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជាទៅលើអ្នកតវ៉ា និងអ្នកគាំទ្រគណបក្សប្រឆាំង។
ការជំរុញរបស់ប្រទេសបារាំងជាថ្មីម្ដងទៀតនេះ គឺចំពេលដែលរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្រុងប៉ារីស ថ្កោលទោសការប្រើអំពើហិង្សាទៅលើបាតុករ ដែលបណ្ដាលឲ្យមានមនុស្សស្លាប់ និងរបួសជាច្រើននាក់ហើយ មានការចាប់ខ្លួន ២៣នាក់។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ សមាជិកសភា អឹរ៉ុប ដែលមានសភាបារាំងជាសមាជិក ផងដែរនោះ បានទាមទារឲ្យមានការដោះលែងជនទាំង២៣នាក់នេះជាបន្ទាន់។
បារាំង គឺជាសហប្រធានសន្និសីទក្រុងប៉ារីសនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង២៣តុលា១៩៩១ ដែលនាំឲ្យកម្ពុជាបញ្ចប់សង្គ្រាមស៊ីវិលពីរទសវត្សរ៍ ហើយមានការបើកចំហសេរីភាពពហុបក្ស មកដល់ពេលនេះ៕

Vote rigging, vote cheating must be verified, recounted with international observers from UN.
As I said before, most people are well awere that their votes were rigged and cheated by NEC and by CPP, by which State TV broadcated the elections results in very irregular, skeptical and hars way so as to pretending that CPP won elections.
Most people living in the cities, towns, big provinces voted for CNRP, and the elections results counted at most polling stations showed that CNRP won a landslide elections. But NEC and CPP manipulated the elections result for their winning by cheating with the help of NEC and mass media, particularly, state TV!
Real gold is being afraid of fire! CPP has no word to answer the truth!
If CPP needs good image, honor and credit, CPP will allow to recount the ballot papers with the participation of the UN observers. NEC and Constitutional Council must play an independent role to make sure which party is the real winner? And then our nation will be living in peace, security and democratical society!
But most people see that CPP is not willing to step down, must cling to power!
I am sure if CNRP won elections whether CPP agree abondon power to the opposition peacefully! I have no hope! Or I am mistaken about politics of Cambodia!

ដើម្បីបង្កប់ សញ្ញាអត្តសញ្ញាណកម្ម តាំងពីគាត់ទើបមានអាយុ ៧ ឆ្នាំម្លេះ។ គេមានគំរោងការ
ត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់គេហើយ ប្រទេសបារាំងអើយ !។
កុំមើលងាយបារាំងព្រោះបារាំងក៏ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងចំណោមប្រទេសទាំង៣ដែលតែងតែគាំទ្រ
អាមេរីកាំងដើម្បីធ្វើសង្រ្គាមពាសពេញពិភពលោក(បារាំងអង់គ្លេសអាឡឺម៉ង់)។
មិនថាទ្ចីបណា? ប្រទេសណា? ជនជាតិណា? ក្រុមណា?
ប្រសិនមានជម្លោះគ្នាហើយនោះ មិនអាចបញ្ចប់បញ្ហាបានសោះ ក្រៅពីចូមរួមទុចរចារគ្នា
ខ្មែរយើងក៏ចឹងដែរ ដរាបណាគ្មានកិច្ចចរចារវាងគូជម្លោះទេនោះ បញ្ហាមិនអាចបញ្ចប់បានដាច់ខាត
ម្ល៉ោះហើយ ដល់ពេលហើយនៅ? រួមតុចរចាបញ្ចប់បញ្ហាទាំងនេះដើម្បីប្រទេសជាតិ ពូជអំបូរខ្មែរយើង។
france cannot just say without action. france and other influential countries have to put pressure on the cpp and mr. hun sen to soften behavior and stance to accept advice to resume talks to find a solution to end the current political crisis. if cpp and mr. hun sen really love the nation and people and want development or progress in the country, they have to adopt advices and recommendations from friends-france, usa, european union, donors, etc to return freedoms and rights to citizens, allow people to use the democracy square to hold protests or demonstrates, release detained workers and human rights activists, take quick action to investigate into the shooting of the striking garment workers, election reform and a reelection in 2015 or 2016. do cpp and mr. hun sen agree to do so? cambodians wish to see the two psrties to resume a talk to end the political problem, not power sharing by leaving demands of people and other national issues unsolved. you canmot allow the same issues to happen in every year and every election. people do want to see that cambodia has real democracy and rule of law. also, people want to see the end of partisan, abuse of power, oppression, and the end of the authoritarian power. further, people want stability, security, stable development, etc. cambodians want and need a qualified, moral, decent, compassionate, intellectual leader to lead the country to progress and development, and restore the country reputation at the regional and intetnational level.
I think that cambodia should consider inviting any person is intelligent, energetic, potential, nonbiased, and knowlegeable of cambodia politics and mediation to act as an arbitrator for the upcoming political. talk or negotiation to end the current political deadlock. no matter, whoever h/she is, but must know to lead thr talk or negotiation intelligently.

ដោយសាតែបារំាងហ្នឹងហើយបានជាប្រទេសខ្មែរមិនរីកចំរើននិងធ្វើឲ្យបាត់បងដីធ្លីទៅប្រទេសយួន។ ហើយនយោបាយបារាំងនៅថ្មីៗនេះចំពោះកម្ពុជាមិនមានអ្វីអស្ចារ្យនោះទេក្រៅតែពីវ៉ៃអែបសុីអបជា មួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ននោះទេ។ ទាល់តែសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកនិងប្រទេសអឺរ៉ុមមួយចំនួនចេញមុខ ថ្កោលទោសទើបបារំាងចេញមកតាមក្រោយ ចំជាអន់មែនបារាំង។
