លោក សម រង្ស៊ី ប្រធានគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ បានឲ្យដឹងថា មេធាវីជនជាតិអាមេរិកម្នាក់ នឹងដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌទៅតុលាការឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មអន្តរជាតិ នៅដំណាច់ខែមករានេះប្រឆាំងនឹងលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ៊ុន សែន និងមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់លោកទាក់ទងនឹងការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងរារាំងការស្វែងរកយុត្តិធម៌សម្រាប់ជនរងគ្រោះ ដោយរបបខ្មែរក្រហម។
ប្រធានគណបក្សប្រឆាំងនេះ បញ្ជាក់នៅក្នុងគេហទំព័របណ្ដាញសង្គមរបស់លោកថា លោក ម័រតុន សក្លា (Morton Sklar) មេធាវីតំណាងឱ្យក្រុមសម្ព័ន្ធនៃអ្នកតស៊ូមតិដើម្បីលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងសិទ្ធិមនុស្សសម្រាប់ពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋាននៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានបញ្ជាក់ប្រាប់ VOA វិទ្យុសំឡេងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកថា ក្រុមរបស់លោកមេធាវីអន្តរជាតិនេះ បានប្រមូលភស្តុតាងជាយូរឆ្នាំមកហើយ ទាក់ទងនឹងការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនានានៅកម្ពុជា ហើយថារង់ចាំលែងបានទៀតហើយ ដោយខ្លាចក្រែងស្ថានភាពសិទ្ធិមនុស្សក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា កាន់តែអាក្រក់ជាងនេះទៀត។
លោក ម័រតុន សក្លា បានប្រាប់វិទ្យុអន្តរជាតិនេះបន្ថែមទៀតថា៖ «អ្វីដែលនាំឱ្យមានការសម្រេចចិត្តថាត្រូវតែធ្វើ គឺដោយសារតែព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ ទាក់ទងនឹងការបោះឆ្នោតកាលពីខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៣ គឺដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យបានច្បាស់ថា ការចូលរួមពាក់ព័ន្ធរបស់លោកហ៊ុន សែន ក្នុងបញ្ហាប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រឆាំងនឹងមនុស្សជាតិ សមនឹងត្រូវគេយកមកកាត់ទោស នៅចំពោះមុខតុលាការឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មអន្តរជាតិក្នុងពេលឥឡូវនេះ»។
VOD មិនទាន់អាចសុំប្រតិកម្មពីអ្នកនាំពាក្យរដ្ឋាភិបាល បាននៅឡើយទេ។ ប៉ុន្តែជារឿយៗ អ្នកនាំពាក្យ របស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីហ៊ុន សែន បានប្រាប់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលមិនចាប់អារម្មណ៍នឹងបណ្ដឹងនេះព្រោះថា មិនមានមូលដ្ឋានច្បាប់ និងភស្តុតាងជាលាក់ឡើយ។
បើតាមគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ករណីការប៉ះទង្គិចនៅផ្លូវវែង ដែលបណ្ដាលឲ្យមនុស្ស ៥នាក់ស្លាប់ និងជិត៤០នាក់ នៅផ្លូវវ៉េងស្រេងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ តាមព័ត៌មានថា គណបក្សនេះ ក៏កំពុងស្នើមេធាវីអន្តរជាតិម្នាក់ សិក្សាដើម្បីប្ដឹងទៅកាន់តុលាការអន្តជាតិនេះដែរ៕

Since beginning we know that Sam Rainsy has a clear plan to incite social unrest where he believes that if the armed forces clashed with civilians then he can bring this case to ICC and this is one of strategies that can overthrow the Government. Sam Rainsy has to face justice in Cambodia,

Sam Rainsy is using all kind of tactics for the past 6 months to bring Hun Sen down after the election:
1-Demanding the NEC to open the packages and recount the ballots.
2-Demanding the government to create the Independent Committee by including his allies COMFREL , NDI, NGO as the team members to investigate the voting irregularity.
3-Sending the petitions with fingerprints of his supporters to the Royal Palace asking His Majesty the king to get involved.
4- Traveling abroad asking the European Community to put pressure on the CPP ruling party. But they told him to go back and negotiate with CPP.
5-Traveling to the UN head quater in New York asking the UN to get involved but the UN said the same thing go back and talk.
6-Requesting the UN not to recognize the curent government and suspending the Cambodia Mission to the UN.
7- Traveling to The US State Department head quarter asking the US to get involved. They said the same thing go back and talk.
8- Appealing to the International Community and the Investors to stop doing business in Cambodia.
9-Back from a broad , Sam Rainsy and his supporters had delivered petitions to 18 Embassies who are the Signatories of the 1991 Paris Peace Accord to put pressure on the Ruling Party.
10- Organized Mass Demonstrations everyday hoping that the Government would bloody crackdown on the protestors and kill a lot of them so that he can make his case to ICC, but only a few deads. My point of view is Sam Rainsy ‘s case against Hun Sen is weak. Personally speaking I don’t think the ICC will prosecute Hun Sen because he did nothing wrong!
Sam Rainsy must understand that Mr Hun Sen is The Heavy Weight Champion that earned his nickname from the world Tittle (Mr Strong Man of Cambodia) to knock him down is not an easy job. Besides even if the court ruling on your behalf ( for example) do you think millions of the Khmer People who are the voters of the Majority will allow Hun Sen go to jail?
I bet there will be a lot of blood baths all over Cambodia and I don’t think you get out of the country a live either!!!
