សេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ចុះថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែមេសានេះ ឲ្យដឹងថា រយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃជាប់គ្នានេះ លោកស្រី មូរ សុខហួរ ព្យាយាមចូលទៅកាន់ទីលានប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ប៉ុន្តែតែងទទួលការរារាំងហាមឃាត់ពីកងកម្លាំងសមត្ថកិច្ចខណ្ឌដូនពេញ ដែលនេះជាទង្វើបំពានច្បាប់ទាំងស្រុង។ សហព័ន្ធនិស្សិតបញ្ញាវន្តកម្ពុជា ចាត់ទុកថា រាល់ទង្វើរបស់កងកម្លាំងសមត្ថកិច្ចខណ្ឌដូនពេញ បង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបច្ចុប្បន្ន បានក្លាយជាប្រទេសអនាធិបតេយ្យ លែងមានការគោរពច្បាប់ទម្លាប់ ពីព្រោះតែអាជ្ញាធរ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាល មិនគោរពច្បាប់។
សហព័ន្ធ ស្នើឲ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ពិចារណាឡើងវិញចំពោះទង្វើរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយត្រូវចាត់វិធានការកែប្រែជាបន្ទាន់ ក្នុងការគោរពសិទ្ធិរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ គោរពច្បាប់រដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញ និងច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិនានាឲ្យបានពេញលេញ បើមិនដូច្នោះទេ កម្ពុជានឹងធ្លាក់ចូលក្នុងវិបត្តិកាន់តែធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ហើយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ កំពូលៗនឹងប្រឈមមុខនឹងទុក្ខទោសជាក់ជាមិនខាន។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ សហព័ន្ធនិស្សិតបញ្ញាវន្តកម្ពុជា ក៏សូមអំពាវនាវដល់អង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិជាពិសេស អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ មេត្តាជួយអន្តរាគមន៍ ដើម្បីឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា គោរពសិទ្ធិ និងសេរីភាពរបស់ពលរដ្ឋខ្លួនឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ។

UN and ICC please speed up for Cambodia cases,so many crimes here.
This is a coward measure committed by the Hun Sen-led government on the civil demonstration or civil public rally organized by the elected candidates. What the hell the security force doing at the Freedom Park? Who are these security forces? Are they the special men hired by Hun Sen to use violence on the civil demonstrators and elected candidates who conduct a rally or demonstration protesting the government actions or demand justice? Please remember that demonstration is a way to express agreeing or disagreeing ideas.
In democracy, people have right and freedom to assemble, in order to express ideas. Article 51 of the constitution says that Cambodian citizens shall master of the destiny of their own country and all powers belong to the people. And article 35 stipulates that Cambodian citizens of either sex shall have the right to participate actively in the political, economic, social, and cultural life of the nation. Further, this is mentioned in the international covenant on civil and political rights. Fundamentally, citizens shall have right and freedom to engage in politics, to assembly, to association, and access to information, etc.
Also, people have the right to criticize the government performance and leadership. People have the right to agree or disagree with the position and policy of the government. People have the right to protest government actions. Can you please think that do Cambodian citizens have rights and freedoms as stipulated in the constitution? Of course, Cambodia is different from the communist and dictatorial country or the junta government such as China, Vietnam, Myanmar/Burma, etc. because these countries/governments do not like DEMOCRACY. They never want to provide right and freedom for their citizens. They will take action to stifle and oppress people or the opposition who want to apply their rights and freedoms to protest government actions and leadership. What they want their citizens to do is to SUPPORT the government performance and leadership only.
Repeatedly, in democracy, the public rally and demonstration to demand fairness, equality, and justice do not mean unlawful because the constitution guarantee the rights and freedoms of citizens to express ideas. Even though, people’s ideas do not support the government or anyone. The Hun Sen-led government ought to respect the rights and freedoms of citizens to assembly to express point of views or to protest government actions and leadership. These rights and freedoms must not be violated by anyone (politician or leader). If the people are not given the right to assembly and to protest government actions, it means the violation of the constitution and international covenant on civil and political rights.
No one can consider the opposing thoughts or the public demonstration to express of ideas to support or not support or to against the election result as an enemy and use the hard approach to solve the problem. Before using armed forces or security forces that are fully equipped with weapons and other military tools to crackdown violently on the civil protesters and demonstrations, the government ought to critically think about the damage of the human life as well as jeopardizing the young democratic principle and the rule of law in the country. The government cannot deem the protesters or demonstrators as an “anarchists”, in order to have an excuse to violently disperse and crackdown. Please notice that such a violent crackdown has been vehemently condemned by international community, etc.
Only the Junta government and the dictatorial or communist country that use armed forces to stifle and crackdown the civil protesters or demonstrations demanding for fairness and justice. For instance, China used armed forces, tanks or armored vehicles to violently crackdown on the demonstration in 1989 causing fatalities, the former Indonesia president Suharto and former dictator in the Philippines Ferdinand Marcos, the former Junta government leader Gen. Than Shwe of Myanmar, other dictators in the Middle East and Africa suppressed the rights and freedoms of citizens and the opposition to protest government actions. What about Cambodia? IS this government dictatorial? Is Mr. Hun Sen a dictator or militarist?
In Cambodia, armed force is a key TOOL of the government to use to intimidate, crackdown on protesters or demonstrators. Obviously, the striking factory workers and the CRNP-organized demonstrations were violently dispersed violently causing injuries and deaths. Hun Sen used armed force to maintain and strengthen his power illegitimately.
Do you think that is it legitimate to use armed force/security force to suppress the rights and freedoms of citizens, politicians, and elected candidates to assembly or to freedom of expression? Do you think that it is legitimate to use security force to intimidate or shoot at the peaceful civil demonstrators? Do you want to see Cambodia split into two pieces? Do you love to use violence to deal with the political impasses? Do you want to see millions of tears of Cambodian citizens drop out everyday? Do you want to see demonstration or rally organized everyday to demand justice? If you do, where is the social stability? Where is peace? Where is happiness of the country and people? Where is the societal harmonization? PLEASE WAKE UP, CAMBODIAN POLITICIANS AND LEADERS!!! PLEASE WAKE UP MR. HUN SEN? PLEASE RETURN RIGHST AND FREEDOMS TO KHMER PEOPLE! PLEASE STOP USE VIOLENCE TO SETTLE THE PROBLEM! PLEASE GIVE UP THE NATURE OF VIOENCE ! PLEASE PUT THE NATIONAL INTEREST BEFORE YOUR PARTY’S INTEREST! PLEASE STOP MALTREATS CAMBODIANS! PLEASE STOP STIFLE CAMBODIANS’RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS!
IT LOOKS THAT CAMBODIAN POLITICIANS AND LEADERS ESPECIALLY HUN SEN HAVE NO POLITICAL PATENCE AND TOLERANCE TO DEAL WITH ANY PROBLEM, RATHER THAN USING ARMED FORCES OR VIOLENCE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. IT IS NOT AN EFFECTIVE MEDICINE TO HEAL THE WOUND. BUT, IT WILL HURT THE WOUND THE MOST. FIINALLY, CAMBODIA HAS NO HAPPINESS AND HARMONIZATION.

Who said that hun sen respect law and national constitution?. From the begining, we know that hun sen need his stupid arm forces to keep his power. We are ready to use our blood to save cambodia if someone agree to lead us. We need good future. We know that we will face its consequences. However, consequence is not worse than one we are meeting now. Although hun sen create peace for us, he has been destroying this country badly, it is not acceptale to us.

Please speed up the process by doing whatever necessary mean to get rid of Hun Sen from power in Cambodia. During the Vietnam’s war, Hun Sen was Khmer Rouge cooperated with Viet Cong fighting against U.S. troop. After Vietnam’s war Hun Sen the Khmer Rouge commander, under Pol Pot leadership tortured and genocide the westerner and Cambodians. During the Cool war, Hun Sen became Vietnam communist’s puppet serving Eastern Bloc against the United States; secret arrested tortured and killed large number of Cambodian people including sending people to death at KOR 5 killing field.
Presently, he is still Vietnam’s new style puppet; he is unspeakable corrupted and cruelty dictatorship; he against true democracy and conducting many cases of human right abuse; he secretly arrest and torture people who considered not supporting him; he protects and encourage human trafficking, drug smuggling, and terrorist; he steals and destroys national resources and environment; his family, relative and cronies are his back pocket and have all the power and protected by Hun Sen to perform all kind of corrupted and murder cases
So much about him; enough is enough; it’s time for Hun Sen to go; he dictates Cambodia for 35years. Cambodia is part of the world and the people of Cambodia dream of a true democracy. The world must not reward aggressor and absolutely not tolerated dictatorship. If things badly happen to Cambodia, it will affect the world too; so act now no time less; the free world democracy cannot afford to be put down by corrupted dictatorship
