that’s not true, the problem is from Sakana. if you have been living in US a month or more you can come to visit your birth country it doesn’t matter if you don’t have green card,but you also has emigrant Visa on your passport So, it is enough for you going out of the US depend on you short time or long time outside the US
So,i would like to tell you about me, when i the first in US i moving from Tboung Khmom Province of Cambodia i have been living in USA for two weeks and i came back to Cambodia for visited my family on Khmer’s New Year i was spent my days with family in Cambodia more than two weeks without green card no problem for me, when i returned to USA i just go through to the immigration officers show the passport with US visa emigrant then they stamp on it that’s it. your husband he is a lawyer he’s knows a lot about US laws he’s know how to do everything for you if you wish to come to the Kingdom of Cambodia…. good luck..!!!

Listen everybody, you cannot travel ouside USA if you have only Green Card. You must apply for a tralvel document called ( Reentry Permit). It will take at least 6 month to get it for regular service. You can also apply for expedited one but it cost you more and it takes about 4 to 5 weeks to get it. American Immigration Law doesn’t care if you are a famous lawyer or not like Sakana’s Mon said.

You can travel to back Cambodia from USA with your 2yrs or 10yrs green card as long you have Cambodia Passport.

I have friends, who used to pay for those Dara(s) when they visited Cambodia. They pay between $120-$200/night, or $800- $1,200/week. I live in Phnom Penh, but I know some people, who know Ny Mollika Lewinsku well. She & her dummy husband are not living in Arlington. They live in Rockwall, Texas since June 2013. In April 2013, She & husband came in Phnom Penh to shoot a movie ” Komarey 25 Chhnam Part 2.” The guy lost his job as he returned to US because he took to long vacation. Then he found a job in Tx. That’s why they moved to Rockwall! Hopefully, you would enjoy in Phnom Penh when you come……..!

More immigrants had received the green cart no longer than one month, but you must to make sure your form that you applied for the married or fiance? If fiancé you should have the green card about five or six months. Don’t forget marriage again in Church in the USA to become legal law. If you want to married in the US you didn’t spend much money like in Cambodia. Do you?
