សហជីពមួយចំនួន រិះគន់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាថា មិនគួរប្រៀបធៀបប្រាក់ឈ្នួលអប្បបរមា កម្មករខ្មែរ ទៅនឹងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលកម្មករនៅប្រទេសបង់ក្លាដែស ដែលមានកំរិតប្រាក់ឈ្នួលទាបជាងកម្ពុជានោះទេ ដោយសារកម្ពុជាកំពុងត្រៀមខ្លួនប្រកួតប្រជែងទីផ្សារអាស៊ាននៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៥ខាងមុខ។
ក្នុងពិធីចែកសញ្ញាប័ត្រដល់និស្សិត សាកលវិទ្យាល័យវែស្ទើន នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលកោះពេជ្រ កាលពីថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ទី៤ សីហា លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានលើកឡើងថា ប្រាក់ខែអប្បបរមា ១០០ដុល្លាររបស់កម្មករខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ គឺមានចំនួនខ្ពស់ជាងកម្មករនៅប្រទេសបង់ក្លាដែស (Bangladesh) ដែលទទួលបាន ៧០ដុល្លារក្នុងមួយខែ។ តែលោកបន្ថែមថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា កំពុងរកវិធីសាស្ត្រដើម្បីដំឡើងប្រាក់ឈ្នួលនេះ «ខ្ញុំ ទៅទស្សនកិច្ច នៅតំបន់ឧស្សាហកម្មកែច្នៃសម្រាប់ការនាំចេញ ដែលបៀវត្សខ្ពស់ជាង បៀវត្សរ៍នៅកន្លែងដទៃ ហើយដែលវិនិយោគដោយ[ប្រទេស]ជប៉ុន ហើយជនជាតិជប៉ុន អ្នកឡើងថ្លែងស្វាគមន៍ខ្ញុំ ។នៅតំបន់នេះប្រាក់ខែតែ ៧០ដុល្លារទេ ទើបនឹងដំឡើងហើយថ្មីៗទៀត មិនទាន់អនុវត្តបានអស់។ ជាទូទៅបៀវត្សកម្មករនៅបង់ក្លាដេស គឺ ៦៥ដុល្លារ សម្រាប់យើង ១០០ដុល្លារអប្បបរមា»។
ប្រធាន សម្ព័ន្ធសហជីពប្រជាធិបតេយ្យកម្មករកាត់ដេរ ហៅកាត់ថា ស៊ីខាវឌូ លោក អាត់ ធន់ មានប្រសាសន៍នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារនេះថា តម្លៃប្រាក់បៀវត្សរ៍ នៅក្នុងប្រទេសមួយ មិនអាចយកទៅប្រៀបធៀបជាមួយប្រទេសមួយទៀតបាននោះទេ ដោយសារស្ថានភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចខុសគ្នា។ លោកថា សម្រាប់តម្លៃទំនិញនៅកម្ពុជា ប្រាក់ឈ្នួលចំនួន១៦០ដុល្លារទើបកម្មកររស់នៅបានសមរម្យ តែបើទាបជាងនេះកម្មករនឹងរស់នៅក្នុងស្ថានភាពលំបាកបំផុត « ប្រាក់បៀវត្សរ៍អប្បបរមា គេមិនអាចយកទៅប្រៀបធៀបពីបប្រទេសមួយ ទៅនឹងប្រទេសមួយ ហើយយកអាណឹងថា វាត្រឹមត្រូវទេ។ប្រាក់បៀវត្សរ៍អប្បបរមា គេត្រូវប្រៀបធៀបជាមួយនឹងជីវភាពប្រចាំថ្ងៃនិងការរស់នៅរបស់កម្មករ ដូចជានៅសាំងហ្គាពួរជាមធ្យម[ ប្រាក់ឈ្នួលកម្មករ] ជាង១០០០ដុល្លារ គឺដោយសារស្ថានភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រទេសគេ គួរជាង១០០០ដុល្លារ ។ ចឹងស្រុកខ្មែរ ១៦០ដុល្លារ ឬ១៦៤ដុល្លារ ណឹងគឺការរស់នៅកម្រិតទាបបំផុត ចឹងនៅបង់ក្លាដេសទាបជាងណឹងវាអាស្រ័យលើការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រទេសគេ»។
ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធសហជីពចលនាកម្មករ លោក ប៉ាវ ស៊ីណា បន្ថែមថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលគួរប្រៀបធៀបប្រាក់ឈ្នួលកម្មករខ្មែរ ទៅនឹងប្រទេសជិតខាងដែលជាសមាជិកអាស៊ាន ព្រោះកម្ពុជានឹងចូលសមាហរណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចអាស៊ាននៅឆ្នាំ២០១៥ខាងមុខ ។ លោកថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលមិនគួរយកកម្ពុជាទៅប្រៀបធៀបជាមួយប្រទេសបង់ក្លាដែស ដែលលក្ខខណ្ឌការងារស្ថិតក្នុងស្ថានភាពអាក្រក់នោះទេ «អ្វីដែល យើងឃើញប្រទេសណឹង ទើបដំឡើងប្រាក់ខែ ដោយសារតែឃើញមានការជំរុញពីអ្នកបញ្ជាទិញទាំងអស់រួមទាំងអង្គការពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលធ្វើការលើវិស័យកាងារ គ្រប់ស្លាកសញ្ញាទាំងអស់ ថា ប្រសិនបើមិនគិតគូរពីជីវភាពកម្មករ អំពីសុខទុករបស់កម្មករទេ នោះគេនឹងដកការបញ្ជាទិញពីប្រទេសណឹងទាំងអស់ ។ ដូច្នេះហើយយើងឃើញថា ស្រុកខ្មែរក៏ដូចគ្នា ប្រសិនបើយើងប្រៀបធៀបប្រទេសយើងទៅកាន់ប្រទេសដែលមានកំរិតទាបជាង យើង មានន័យថា ជាលក្ខណៈមើលទៅក្រោយវិញ យើងគួរតែប្រៀបធៀបប្រទេសដែលនៅជិតយើង ដែលមានលក្ខណៈល្អប្រសើរជាងយើង»។

I just wonder every time every where that HUN SEN going, I always see those high ranking officers sat behind HUN SEN . it did not look like they have some thing else to do. that right the whole country was in trouble every where. to me it look unfaithful to this nation, are these high ranking officers working for the people or they just working for HUN SEN party only??????????????? are they having a lot of spare time just to go around clapping hand and say yes to please HUN SEN??????????????? what a shameful for these faces…………….
