លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន នៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍នេះ ប្រកាសឲ្យមានការកែទម្រង់ផ្សេងៗ ក្នុងគោលបំណងការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងប្រទេសជាតិ។
ក្នុងពិធីចែកសញ្ញាបត្រដល់និស្សិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យឯកទេសនៃកម្ពុជា(CUS)នៅកោះពេជ្រ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន មានប្រសាសន៍ថាប្រទេសណាក៏ដោយនៅលើពិភពលោក រួមទាំងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក៏មានកំណែទម្រង់ដែរ ដើម្បីឈានទៅដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ។ លោកបន្តថា កម្ពុជាក៏ត្រូវមានការកែទម្រង់ដែរ ដើម្បីរក្សាល្បឿនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ចីរភាពការអភិវឌ្ឍ ក៏ដូចជាការការពារធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងបរិស្ថាន។លោកថាស្ថាប័នជាតិ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធត្រូវចូលរួមចំណែកសម្រាប់កំណែទម្រង់នេះ។
ក្រោយការបោះឆ្នោតជាតិខែកក្កដាឆ្នាំ២០១៣ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាដឹកនាំដោយគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាបានចាប់ផ្តើមកំណែទម្រង់ផ្សេងៗ ដូចជាកំណែទម្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធអប់រំ កំណែទម្រង់ពន្ធគយ កំណែទម្រង់ស្ថាប័នជាតិ រួមមានស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋសភា និងគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតជាដើម ដែលកំពុងតែដំណើរការកំណែទម្រង់។
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ខែកញ្ញា ក្រសួងបរិស្ថានក៏បានប្រកាសដកអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណពីក្រុមហ៊ុនដីសម្បទានចំនួន៨ ដែលមានទំហំដីប្រមាណ១២៤៦០ហិកតា តាមចំណាររបស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ដោយចោទថាក្រុមហ៊ុនទាំងនោះមិនបានធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍ៕

Hun Sen warned Third Hand in advance before it happened; Hun Sen created third hand, used them and ordered his police to shot , beaten up to be injured and to kill any one in the way, that ‘s why we saw innocent passengers, woman and children were beaten up like worse than animal, injured and killed.
Third Hand stood among police appeared to fight and opened fire within and from police side; they were protected from police too
Hun Sen is the one who committed this crime and investigators under Hun Sen who investigate this incident!!!! what a joke???? How are they going to find any thing?????

Is that a real commitment???? Cambodia should have conducted a deep national reform since several years ago, not just now. The deep reform needs to include legal and judicial reform, public administration, corruption, civil servants, armed force and national defense, land reform, public service, and other practical mechanisms related to the preservation of the natural resources, etc.
This is not the first time that the Prime Minister spoke about the reform, but nothing important and outstanding to happen. Citizens continued to become victims of land-grabbing and conflict, poor law enforcement and national resources are almost depleted, etc. You can see tears of Cambodian victims.
For many years, Cambodian citizens have been victimized by the current judiciary and abuse f power of the high-ranking government officials and maltreatment caused by powerful and wealthy individuals. What the government needs to do is to have real commitment and patience to listen to citizens as a whole (not just a group of people).
More importantly, the government should be courageous and smart to organize a civil congress in Phnom Penh inviting general citizens to participate in. I think that only elected Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) visit their constituency is still not enough. Thus, the national congress is important and necessary to be held for the people allowing them to raise issue of concerns and difficulties facing them at the community in which local and provincial authorities are not able to settle or solve issues in a manner of biasedness.
It is good to know that the Prime Minister Hun Sen acknowledged that reforms are largely made in countries in the world. At least, Mr. Hun Sen accepted the idea of reform. But, He has to be firm and realistic to conduct a national reform. Besides, the National Assembly should also be reformed to provide more opportunities for MNAs to speak at the debates. This includes floor management reform. Cambodia’s National Assembly has only the house speaker to lead and coordinate the debate at the session. The question is that why allow three persons (president, first and second vice presidents sit on the front desk during the debate?), why not only the president sits at the front desk to lead and coordinate the debate/discussion. Further, The Assembly should be more open and transparent during the discussion or debate of any bill/draft law, etc.. Thus, the internal regulation of the Assembly shall be reformed.
Any reform should involve citizens and civil society organizations.
I am still optimistic that Cambodia still has chance to conduct any deep reform to maintain the national and natural resources, as well as accelerating the economic development and growth.

Corruption is the big problem in Cambodia, do that one first and then later on step by step ,will be good.

HO. my dear nation****** it just the same what I said for a long time a go CAMBODIA have been ruefully by a kind of cancer. the cancer that very hard to treated, it is the life threatening situation for this nation. why don’t we focus on over all situation, at first, how can this cancer come to this nation?? the history have shone us very clearly. it came from a small group of nation that trying to expand themselves in this region. was VEITNAME nation this nation all way having their evil trick to neighboring country. let start from king NORODOM SIHANOU and his old friend HO CHIMIN both of them are classmate in FRANCE. that was a friendship have started between both of them. I admiring that the former king SIHANOU was the king love his own nation. he was trying hard to protected his own nation and territory of our nation. but it was sadly every thing was under secret of evil HO CHINIM. from the 60 to 70 our nation was 95% supported the king they rather losing their live to protected him. in and during VEITNAME war the evil HO CHIMIN had sigh up with the king to give the lower CAMBODIA land back to CAMBODIA and living along each other peacefully in trade of give permission along the border for safe haven to his troop to fitted whit US military in south VEITNAM.that made UNITED STATE getting worry about their troop in south VEITNAM. not even that HO CHIMIN was build so they call HO CHIMIN street. at that time the situation gone up side down. UNITED STATE getting to CAMBODIA internal by using LON NOL to over shrove SI HANOU . it was the first steep that HO CHIMIN staring up our nation. it is a big miss calculation from the king himself. of course VEITNAME military was in CAMBODIA land long be for LON NOL take over . at that time it was a big opportunity for HO CHIMIN to used his policy to our nation.in the 70 they are started to put their hand to bleed CAMBODIAN blood. HO CHIMIN knew SIHNOU was the born that can stuck in their through at first I saw every soldiers wearing a little button that have SIHANOU pitcher came to fitted whit LON NOL military that was also the former king military. in 1973 all those VEITNAME soldiers throw those pitchers away to get it short I just say, starting from pol pot regime and CPP regime it just a form of cancer that ruin our nation until now. the killing field , the k5 plane ,the land recession, new border post, KOS TRAL, ANKORWATT, BOUKKOR mountain , and a lot more that that 80% of our nation soul was lost just awaiting the end time if our nation not wake up on time. peace for all CAMBODIAN every where in the whole world. from my heart**********************************************
