យោងតាមព្រះរាជកឹ្រត្យ ចុះថ្ងៃ ទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ដែល ភ្នំពេញ ប៉ុស្តិ៍ បានទទួលកាលពីម្សិលមិញ ក្នុងចំណោមឥស្សរជនទាំង ៦៣រូប ដែលបានតែងតាំងឲ្យធ្វើជាទីប្រឹក្សានិងជំនួយការផ្ទាល់របស់លោក ងួន ញ៉ិល អនុប្រធាន ទី២ នៃរដ្ឋសភា មាន ១៨ រូបត្រូវបានតែងតាំងឲ្យមានឋានៈស្មើរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ២៣ រូបមានឋានៈស្មើរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ ២២ រូបស្មើអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និង ១ រូបស្មើអគ្គនាយក។
តាមព្រះរាជក្រឹត្យដដែលនេះ លោក ងួន ញ៉ិល ជាប្រធានពង្រឹងគណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ក៏ពេញចិត្តចំពោះការជ្រើសរើស និងការតែងតាំង លោក ផាន់ សុផេង ស្នងការនគរបាល ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងលោក គង់ វិមាន អភិបាលរង ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ឲ្យធ្វើជាទីប្រឹក្សារបស់លោកដែលមានឋានៈស្មើរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីដែរ។

It is good to create a principle or rule to limit the number of advisers for the executive and legislative bodies (leaders). Why Cambodian politicians love to have many advisers? What are they for? It is time for Cambodia to have a principle defining that how many advisers should the president and vice president(s) of the National Assembly have? How many advisers should the prime minister have? It is not necessary for them to have a big pile of advisers. It seems that Cambodia has an inflation of advisers (for leaders of legislative and executive bodies).
Corruption and nepotism, favoritism must be removed from the legislative body. It is time for the government’s anti-corruption unit (ACU) takes a realistic measure to probe into this case. At the same time, the National Assembly’s commission on anti-corruption needs to take action to invite officials in charge or any involved officials to provide clarification on corruption and nepotism in relation to any questionable promotion and transfer.
While Cambodia is still one of the poor countries in the world, a number of advisers for leaders must be limited. Leaders in the world really need advisers, but they must be qualified. It is a bad practice has been taken root in the mindset of Cambodian leaders who like to have a big pile of advisers, in order to show off. Money should be saved properly to help poor people, other than spending on number of advisers who are not in use for the nation.
It is time for Cambodia to have a rule to limit on appointment of advisers to the legislative and executive leaders, in order to save money for the use of the nation.
How many advisers does the Prime Minister have so far? How many advisers does the president of the National Assembly have so far? How many advisers do the vice president(s) of the National Assembly have so far? How many do the deputies Prime Minister have so far? FOR WHAT???? WHY NEED SO MANY????
Repeatedly, a law or rule/principle on appointment of adviser for the legislative and executive bodies shall be created to prevent inflation of appointment of advisers as well as curbing corruption.
