សមត្ថកិច្ចរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍នេះបានចាប់ខ្លួនយុវជនយ៉ាងតិចពីរនាក់ដែលចែកខិតប័ណ្ណដោយមានរូបសញ្ញាចលនារណសិរ្សរំដោះជាតិខ្មែរ ក្នុងន័យអំពាវនាវឲ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មប្រឆាំងវៀតណាម។
សេចក្តីអំពាវនាវចុះថ្ងៃទី០៩ ខែកញ្ញា របស់រណសិរ្សរំដោះជាតិខ្មែរ (រ.ស.រ.ជ.ខ) ឲ្យចូលរួមធ្វើបាតុកម្មមុខទូតវៀតណាមនៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ នេះគឺបានសរសេរបាវចនារបស់គេថា ជាតិ សាសនា ប្រជាជាតិខ្មែរ។ ខិតប័ណ្ណនោះបានអំពាវនាវដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ និងខ្មែរក្រោមទាំងអស់ក្រោកឡើងធ្វើបាតុកម្មមុខស្ថានទូតវៀតណាមប្រចាំ កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីទាមទារឲ្យប្រទេសនេះគោរពកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស២៣ តុលា ១៩៩១ និងទទួលស្គាល់ប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រពិត។

ក្នុងសេចក្តីអំពាវនាវរបស់រណសិរ្សរំដោះជាតិខ្មែរ បានចោទប្រទេសវៀតណាម និងរបបដឹកនាំរបស់លោកហ៊ុន សែន ថាជារបបផ្តាច់ការ និងបានរំលោភកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ដោយមិនដកកងទ័ពវៀតណាមចេញពីប្រទេសខ្មែរ តែបែរជាបញ្ជួនកងទ័ពចូលមកកម្ពុជាវិញ ការបោះឆ្នោតមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ ការចុះសន្ធិសញ្ញាបំពេញបន្ថែមឆ្នាំ២០០៥ និងការរំលោភបូរណភាពទឹកដីខ្មែរតាមព្រំដែន តាមរយៈការបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនថ្មី៕

I think if Cambodia is an independent and sovereignty state, if it can’t fight the aggressor, it always can go to United Nation for help; unfortunately, Hun Sen CPP the Youn puppet will not dare to do that
