បក្សកាន់អំណាច ថ្កោលទោសដាច់អហង្ការ ទៅនឹងការចោទប្រកាន់ទាំងឡាយណាដែលថា ខ្លួនកំពុងខ្ចីដៃតុលាការ ដើម្បីវាយបំបាក់ស្មារតីដៃគូប្រកួត ឲ្យទទួលយកនូវលក្ខខណ្ឌអ្វីមួយដែលខ្លួនចង់បាន។
ការច្រានចោលរបស់បក្សកាន់អំណាចនេះ ធ្វើឡើងបន្ទាប់ពីបក្សប្រឆាំងចោទប្រកាន់ថា ការចាប់ឃុំខ្លួនសកម្មជនរបស់ខ្លួនជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ថាជាការរំលោភលើស្មារតីនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងបញ្ចប់ជម្លោះនយោបាយថ្ងៃ២២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ កន្លងទៅ និងស្នើឲ្យបក្សកាន់អំណាច ពិចារណាដោះលែងជនដែលត្រូវចាប់ឃុំខ្លួនទាំងនោះវិញ ដើម្បីធានាថាដំណើរការជជែកពីកំណែទម្រង់ច្បាប់បោះឆ្នោត ដំណើរការទៅដោយស្មើភាព។
សេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានរបស់ទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ចេញផ្សាយថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ នេះលើកឡើងថា រាល់ការដាក់សម្ពាធទាំងឡាយណា ដែលបង្គាប់ បង្ខំឲ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បញ្ជាទៅលើតុលាការនៅក្នុងហេតុផលនៃករណីណាមួយ គឺជាការបំពានច្បាប់ ដែលមិនមែនជាដែនសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដូចដែលបានចែងជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរ នៅក្នុងរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញនៃព្រះរាជជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាស្រាប់។
បក្សកាន់អំណាចឲ្យដឹងទៀតថា ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ កិច្ចការពារដល់រាល់ជនណាមួយ ឬករណីបំពាន ឬរំលោភច្បាប់ណាមួយ ដែលមិនឲ្យស្ថិតនៅក្រោមច្បាប់ជាធរមាន ឬធ្វើឲ្យរំខានជ្រៀតជ្រែក និងបង្កឧបសគ្គដល់ដំណើរការរបស់ដែនសមត្ថកិច្ច នៃស្ថាប័នមានសមត្ថកិច្ចតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់នោះ គឺអាចចាត់ទុកថាជាជន ឬក្រុមបង្កើត ឬពង្រឹងចលនាប្រឆាំងនឹងនីតិរដ្ឋ។ ដូចនេះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមច្រានចោល និងថ្កោលទោសរាល់ពាក្យសម្តី ឬបំណងនៃជន ក្រុម ឬស្ថាប័នទាំងឡាយណា ដែលចោទប្រកាន់ ឬទម្លាក់កំហុសដោយអសុទ្ធចិត្ត គ្មានមូលដ្ឋានពិតប្រាកដ ដែលធ្វើឲ្យសាធារណៈជនយល់ច្រឡំថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលដាក់បន្ថែមនូវសម្ពាធមកលើគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិក្នុងហេតុផលណាមួយ។
កន្លងទៅរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលធ្លាប់ច្រានចោលនូវអនុសាសន៍ របស់តំណាងអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ លោក សូរិយា សូប៊ែឌី ដែលក្រើនរំឭកឲ្យធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ និងប្រព័ន្ធបោះឆ្នោតនៅកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីធ្វើឲ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងនូវការគោរពនីតិរដ្ឋ និងជម្លោះនយោបាយក្រោយការបោះឆ្នោត។
ប៉ុន្តែក្រោយការបោះឆ្នោត បក្សកាន់អំណាច ដែលតែងប្រតិកម្មញឹកញាប់ទៅនឹងការផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍នេះ បានបាត់សំឡេងគាំទ្រក្នុងសភាអស់២២អាសនៈ ហើយថែមទាំងមានជម្លោះនយោបាយជិតមួយឆ្នាំទៀតផង សម្រាប់ការបោះឆ្នោតនីតិកាលទី៥នេះ។
ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀត បេក្ខជនជាប់ឆ្នោត របស់បក្សប្រឆាំង៧រូបដែលសមត្ថកិច្ចចាប់ឃុំខ្លួននៅពន្ធនាគារព្រៃស អំឡុងពេលធ្វើពហិការ មិនចូលប្រជុំសភា នោះក៏ត្រូវតុលាការដោះលែងវិញភ្លាមៗ ក្រោយពីមានជំនួបកំពូលរវាងលោក ហ៊ុន សែន និងលោកសម រង្ស៊ី ព្រមទាំងលោក កឹម សុខា នៅពេលបក្សប្រឆាំងព្រមដើរចូលសភា។

The court of cpp used the application of double standard of law against the opposition party! Look at the vote results, most people did not vote for cpp! You know why? No reform, corruption, land grab and eviction, deforestation, land concession!
Abovementioned press release tries to explain the recent political wave, the fact that most people did not believe and trust! Actually most people in the whole country are well awere of the politics, dirty tricks being played by CPP. CPP should not be so busy with arresting the opposition party’ activists or anti government porters. CPP shoul study their root of problems, what they really want? Who involved within the daunting problems? And what is the solution? How the solution is made? Most people look at how public service is provided at the local level? People are facing debts, health, daily living position of their family,fertility, oil, electricity, water and where to sell their products? How much the government takes care all of these challenging problems! Reform in paper or in the mouth, not in action and tangible results!

Why this press release come out to protect the power of the court? The court should come outt to explain its action and powet? This is my simple question!
it is very hard to all people living in any country that their leader doesn’t have ability to work for their own nation. some of people did not know the deference between the leader that have ability and the leader that have no ability. most of time the world found out the leader that come to power whit military force , not acquitted in a popular manner, popularize in the whole nation, election fraud. all of these are cam from dictatorship or act knowledge person itself . most of time in the long period of ruling will end up whit a dissatisfy from their own nation. my question to all Cambodian is???????????? are you satisfy the way of leading of your leader HUN SEN the CPP party???????? if not what is your solution?????????????????? No 1 stay as the way it is and let HUN SEN rule this nation forever???????????????????????? No 2 changing it whit your vote by vote him out. or rising up to get him out???????????????? for me I see in this minute the war between the current government and his nation will never ending. our nation will come to a bloody war again if no one can solving the problem for this nation. I have no fait on Mr strong man can do it. just remember Mr military action is not the way to health this nation. using military force by any mean it just only eliminate your own nation . Not only Cambodians, but international community also have understood and known for years that the court is under the influence of the ruling Cambodian People’s Party (CPP). The CPP has been using the judicial body (the third power) as a powerful tool to pressure on, malice, intimidate, and threaten political opponents. CPP has for decades been strong because of controlling armed forces (army and police), state institutions, and the judiciary.
In the past, CPP and Hun Sen used the army to intimidate and threaten their political opponents. But, now they are using their second tool (Court) to pressure on, intimidate and threaten their opponents and/or a group of politicians who oppose them or openly criticize the CPP-ruled government.
Everyone has seen already that lots of Cambodian citizens become victimized because of this CPP-affiliated that favors wealthy individuals and powerful individuals. Another, some of the opposition politicians has been targeted by the CPP-led government
It is true that the CPP has been using this politically biased court to threaten political opponents and to maintain their power.

Why the court doers not come out to explain its action taken to arresting the opposition party’ s activists, and land activists? Why the court used double standard of law application against the opposition? Why the court did not arrest those who killed a man Monivong Bridge, a lady in Steung Meanchey, workers on Veng Sreng Street? How about Chhouk Bandith? Where is he now? This is the duty of the court, if the court is really independent and neutral to perform its role! The CPP led government’s press release is cheating the public about the independence and neutrality of the court by mentioning the articles stipulated in the 1993 constitution, and appealing people respect the constitution and the role of the court. Actually most people learned very well about the dirty tricks being played by CPP through its court! How much most people believe and support this press release? No one could see the court plays its independent and neutral role as the press release said! The press release tries to explain the public or interfering the work of the work? Everybody knows this dirty game, a game that CPP is losing its popularity rating in the whole country!

It is real that CPP used their court to threathen
CNRP activise we heard that in recent situation the MP from CNRP try to have a requeted to the NAP to have their action on the CPP MP who have their wholefamilies working in the NAP and do more coruption and should have ACU do an investigation to that MP of the CPP, but instead of take the such action they ignored to followed the request they order their court to caughte all the CRNP MP. In the present Cambodia is like that the chief is free the victim is in jail. Because the court is belong to CPP only not for the Khmer people or for the nation. That is why we should use ours right from now on and also during the 2017 or 2018 election we have to know that who would we vote for if we want our nation have justice. Peace full for khmer People .

Using court or not using court maybe not a big deal, the important things is that you committed wrong doing or not? If you are committed wrong doing you are subjected to face the court, this is the democratic rule, if court cannot be applied, so that it will use military action. If it is a case to use military it’s even worst for Cambodia. let proving that you did nothing wrong against laws in Cambodia. But if you planned, leaded and acted by attempting to kill someone’s you committed criminal! So that let staying in jail thus people can safely live without fearing with this criminal acts.
Meach Sovannara must be in jail. He had committed crime and challenge the court order.
The arrest of Meach Sovannara is not politically motivated it’s a crime he had committed and defied the court order to appear in court.
Do not try to politicize the criminal act and accuse the other political party for your wrong doing. CNRP must understand that if you knowingly and intentionally do harm to the other people is very serioust crime. You will land in jail for a long time. Meach Sovannara had committed crime and defied the court order not to appear in court this is very serious offense in any country in the world not just Cambodia.
The CNRP must learn that any violation to the rule of law must be paid with heffty punishment.
Crime and punishment must be applied in the Meach Sovannara’s case.
