អង្គការឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ យូមែន រ៉ៃត៍ វ៉ច្ឆ (Human Rights Watch) ដែលមានមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងបុរីញីវយ៉ក (New York) សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក កាលពីរសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី១៣ វិច្ឆិកា បានជំរុញឲ្យក្រុមប្រទេសផ្តល់ជំនួយដល់កម្ពុជា គួរនិយាយប្រឆាំងនឹងការរំលោភបំពានរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលចាប់ខ្លួន ក្រុមអ្នកតវ៉ាតាមទំនើងចិត្ត និងទាមទារឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលបញ្ចប់ការបង្ក្រាបបែបនេះ។
ចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា មក អាជ្ញាធរប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានចាប់ខ្លួនក្រុមបាតុករដោយសន្តិវិធីចំនួន ១៦នាក់។
អង្គការ យូមែន រ៉ៃត៍ វ៉ច្ឆ អះអាងថា ការចាប់ខ្លួននេះ ធ្វើឡើងនៅចំពេលដែលរបត់នយោបាយរបស់គណបក្សប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ព្យាយាមប្រើយុទ្ធនាការរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការដាក់សម្ពាធលើគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ឲ្យបញ្ឈប់ការទាមទារកែទម្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធបោះឆ្នោតដែលមានភាពខុសឆ្គងនោះ។
លោក ប្រ៊ែដ អាដាម (Brad Adams) នាយកប្រតិបត្តិទទួលកិច្ចការតំបន់អាស៊ី របស់អង្គការឃ្លាំមើលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអន្តរជាតិ មួយនេះ បានថ្លែងនៅក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានថា ការបង្ក្រាបរបស់សមត្ថកិច្ចកម្ពុជា កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ បានចំអកដល់ការសន្យាអំពីការកែទម្រង់ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ ហើយក្រុមប្រទេសអ្នកផ្តល់ជំនួយ ត្រូវនាំគ្នាថ្កោលទោសចំពោះសកម្មភាពរំលោភបំពានសិទ្ធិពលរដ្ឋរបស់អាជ្ញាធរ។
លោក ប្រ៊ែដ អាដាម បន្តថា ការខកខានមិនបាននិយាយ ឬធ្វើការថ្កោលទោសរបស់ប្រទេសម្ចាស់ជំនួយដល់កម្ពុជា គឺជាការលើកទឹកចិត្តឲ្យគណបក្សកាន់អំណាច បន្តបិទលំហនយោបាយ និងរាំងខ្ទប់នូវក្តីសង្ឃឹមទាំងឡាយសម្រាប់ដំណើរការលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ សេរីពហុបក្សពិតប្រាកដ៕
កំណត់ចំណាំចំពោះអ្នកបញ្ចូលមតិនៅក្នុងអត្ថបទនេះ៖ ដើម្បីរក្សាសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ យើងខ្ញុំនឹងផ្សាយតែមតិណា ដែលមិនជេរប្រមាថដល់អ្នកដទៃប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

The criminal supporter name Human Right Watch led by Brad (devil) Adam in New York knows nothing a bout law and order. No wonder that’s why every where in the world has chaos because of this Criminal Organization has incited and resorted of violence of the people against their governments from civil disobedience that led to bloody civil wars of the middle eastern countries last year that is so-called Arab Spring Uprising such as : Egypt, Lybia, Syria and Tunesia.The civil war is still going on sponsored by the US and Its western allies which is killing a lot of people the good, the bad and the ugly.
Noneless, this criminal organization expands its mission to Cambodia to create yet another civil war to make the Khmer People killing each other like the middle eastern countries.

What’s your standards regarding Human Rights in Cambodia? You say no words about these people abuses others including destroyed public and private properties, created chaos, hatre and racist again as Khmer Rouge era. majority of Cambodian people want to continue living in peace and prosperious ways of Cambodians. Come on American HR Watch!!
