ប្រទេសបារាំងយល់ព្រមផ្ដល់ឯកសារមួយចំនួនដល់ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ដើម្បីយកមកធ្វើជាភស្ដុតាងជម្រះមន្ទិលនៃការកាត់ទឹកដីខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោមឲ្យប្រទេសវៀតណាមកាលពីជាង ៦០ឆ្នាំមុន ។
ប្រធានអង្គការសមាគមខែ្មរកម្ពុជាក្រោម លោក ថាច់ សេដ្ឋា ឲ្យ VOD ដឹងនៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៤ម្សិលមិញថា ស្ថានទូតបារាំងប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានឆ្លើយតបមកលោកទាក់ទងញ្ញត្តិដែលបានដាក់ទៅស្ថានទូតបារាំង។ លោកថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលបារាំងព្រមឲ្យឯកសារផ្សេងៗទាក់ទងទៅនឹងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនៃការបាត់បង់ទឹកដីខែ្មរកម្ពុជាក្រោម។ លោកបន្តថា ស្ថានទូតតម្រូវឲ្យសមាគមខែ្មរកម្ពុជាក្រោមទៅយកឯកសារទាំងនោះនៅប្រទេសបារាំង ហើយឥឡូវសមាគមរបស់លោកកំពុងរៀបចំប្រជុំក្រុមយុវជន ដើម្បីរកមូលនិធិធ្វើដំណើរទៅប្រទេសបារាំង ប៉ុន្តែ លោកមិនបានបញ្ជាក់អំពីថ្ងៃចេញដំណើរទៅយកឯកសារនៅប្រទេសបារាំងនៅឡើយ។
នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៤នេះ មន្ត្រីអ្នកនាំពាក្យស្ថានទូតវៀតណាមប្រចាំកម្ពុជា លោក ត្រឹង វ៉ាន់ថុង ចេញមុខអះអាងថា ទឹកដីកម្ពុជាក្រោមជារបស់វៀតណាមតាំងពីយូរណាស់មកហើយ។ ការអះអាងរបស់មន្ត្រីវៀតណាមនេះ ធ្វើឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែររាប់ពាន់នាក់ និងព្រះសង្ឃរាប់រយអង្គ ប្រតិកម្មហើយផ្ទុះការតវ៉ានៅមុខស្ថានទូតវៀតណាមចំនួន៤លើក។ បើទោះជាធ្វើបាតុកម្ម៤លើកមកហើយក៏ដោយ ក៏អាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាមនៅតែមិនទាន់ធ្វើការឆ្លើយតបនៅឡើយ។
ទឹកដីកម្ពុជាក្រោមត្រូវបានអាណានិគមនិយមបារាំង ប្រគល់ឲ្យប្រទេសវៀតណាមគ្រប់គ្រងដោយខុសច្បាប់ ជាង៦០ឆ្នាំមកហើយ គឺនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៤៩ ដែលមាន២១ខេត្ត និងមានទំហំដីជិត៧ម៉ឺនគីឡូម៉ែត្រក្រឡា(៦៨៩៦៥) និងមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាង១២លាននាក់ (១២,៥៤៧,២៥០)។ ក្រោយមកមានការរើបម្រាស់ពីខ្មែរក្រោមជាញឹកញាប់ តែត្រូវបានបង្ក្រាបពីអាជ្ញាធរវៀតណាម៕

Coincidently, now the UN convention may permits Kampuchea Krom to become independent. This enables Khmer Krom to live more peacefully in their own term without prejuidice.
Independence that Khmer Krom needs and compensation for those who have been killed for the purpose of invasion of Khmer Krom.

now we see Frence government they keep those document of lower Cambodia. I understanding that every thing involving history good or bad in the history western government keep all document as usual . now what will those thief and their supporter say to that history. the sonorous of our ancestor come to wake all their countryman to se the real of our nation sole. what about our evil leaders in our country saying right now are they still support our thief to take both territory . no wonder what action that this evil do was support those thief. expressly at this time we can see more evident of punishing to the lower Cambodian monk. was no thought that Vietnamese still be the boos of HUN SEN the CPP evil government that created by those thief . what else HUN SEN and his supporter say to our nation. just remember Cambodian as whole they not going to accepting a small group of thug bleed their own blood for those thief. just remember those thief of our nation have been used their secret policy to confusing our blood nation. but I believing Cambodian are still Cambodian sole no matter what. we should blaming to our anomies of our nation and high un educated ranking leaders of CPP instate to Cambodian as whole. peace for all Cambodian who love their own nation

Bol! You cannot face reality. You seem always fear for your loss. I do not know what you have gained, materially? psychologically? Integrity ,?
For once, you should note that when you have an open mind you then can learn a lot more. Why fear for getting bigger? Do you fear for getting smaller?
I also was in KR, but I never believe in living off other suffering like you do.
Obviously, you express that you are happy with better living while innocent Cambodians are suffering, as well as our country is well occupied and not independent.
