មន្ត្រីសង្គមស៊ីវិលមួយចំនួននៅខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ បានរិះគន់សកម្មភាពចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមស្ថាពររបស់តុលាការខេត្តនេះ ថាមានភាពមិនប្រក្រតី និងមិនបានជូនដំណឹងឲ្យពលរដ្ឋដឹងជាមុននោះទេ។
បញ្ហានេះ តំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅភូមិ៤ សង្កាត់អូរត្រេះ ខណ្ឌស្ទឹងហាវ នៃសហគមន៍អូរដំរី បានអះអាងថា បានមកតាំងទីលំនៅលើដីនេះជាង ១០ឆ្នាំមកហើយ និងមានការដឹងឮពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។
មន្ត្រីអង្គការលីកាដូ (Licadho) និងសមាគមអាដហុក (Adhoc) ប្រចាំខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ បានរិះគន់ចំពោះការចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមរបស់តុលាការខេត្តនេះ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា ថាខុសទីតាំងដីទំនាស់ដែលភាគីដើមបណ្ដឹង ប្ដឹងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាចុងចម្លើយ។
លោក ប៊ួន ណារិទ្ធ មន្ត្រីសម្របសម្រួលអង្គការលីកាដូ ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដែលចុះទៅដល់ទីតាំងអនុវត្តសាលក្រម មានប្រសាសន៍ថា ការចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមដែលមានដើមបណ្ដឹងឈ្មោះ លោកស្រី ហ៊ឹម សុវណ្ណរី និងលោកស្រី ម៉ី ណាស្សា និងចុងចោទឈ្មោះ ង៉ែត ចន្ធូ និងង៉ែត សុទិត ព្រមទាំងតតិយជន គឺតុលាការមិនបានជូនដំណឹងឲ្យពលរដ្ឋដឹងមុនទេ។ ជាងនេះ ការអនុវត្តសាលក្រមទៅលើប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលបានមករស់នៅអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៅលើដីនេះមានចំនួន ៤៥ខ្នង នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា គឺមានភាពមិនប្រក្រតី ព្រោះចុះអនុវត្តខុសទីតាំងទំនាស់។
លោក ប៊ួន ណារិទ្ធ បានស្នើដល់ស្ថាប័នមានសមត្ថកិច្ចជួយពិនិត្យ ឬចុះអង្កេតទៅលើសំណុំរឿងដីធ្លីនៅសហគមន៍អូរដំរី ឋិតនៅភូមិ៤ សង្កាត់អូរត្រេះ ខណ្ឌស្ទឹងហាវ មានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសរុបចំនួនជិត ១៤៩គ្រួសារ ឲ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ដើម្បីផ្តល់យុត្តិធម៌ជូនពលរដ្ឋរងគ្រោះ។ លោកបន្តថា ក្នុងចំណោមពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅសហគមន៍អូរដំរី ក្នុងភូមិ៤ សង្កាត់អូរត្រេះ ដែលតុលាការខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ចុះមកអនុវត្តសាលក្រមស្ថាពរនេះ គឺមានចំនួន ៣លើករួចហើយ។ ការអនុវត្តលើកទី១ នៅឆ្នាំ២០០៩ រុះរើផ្ទះពលរដ្ឋ ៧៨ខ្នង និងលើកទី២ នៅឆ្នាំ២០១០ រុះរើផ្ទះពលរដ្ឋចំនួន ២៦ខ្នង និងលើកទី៣ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា នេះ រុះផ្ទះអស់ចំនួន ៤៥ខ្នង មានផ្ទៃដីសរុបជាង ២៣ហិកតារ។ ប៉ុន្តែការចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមជាលើកទី៣ នេះ ដែលមានដើមបណ្ដឹងឈ្មោះ លោកស្រី ហ៊ឹម សុវណ្ណរី និងលោកស្រី ម៉ី ណាស្សា គឺបានបែងចែកដីជូនពលរដ្ឋដែលរស់នៅអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ក្នុងភូមិ៤ សង្កាត់អូរត្រេះ ក្នុងមួយគ្រួសារមានទំហំ ៥ម៉ែត្រ គុណនឹង ៣០ម៉ែត្រ។ ហើយមានពលរដ្ឋមួយចំនួន ក៏បានព្រមទទួលយកដំណោះស្រាយនេះជាថ្នូរមិនបន្តការតវ៉ានាថ្ងៃអនាគត។
ចំណែក អ្នកស្រី ជៀប សុធារី មន្ត្រីសម្របសម្រួលសមាគមអាដហុក ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ដែលបានចុះអង្កេតចំពោះការអនុវត្តសាលក្រមតុលាការខេត្តនេះដល់ទីតាំងកើតមានទំនាស់ ក៏បានអះអាងថា សំណុំរឿងក្តីនេះមានភាពមិនប្រក្រតី ដោយសារតែទីតាំងចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមខុសភូមិ ឬសង្កាត់ជាដើម។ ជាងនេះ អ្នកស្រីបញ្ជាក់ថា សំណុំរឿងក្តីនេះ តុលាការខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ បានកាត់ក្តីកំបាំងមុខដោយមិនបានអញ្ជើញភាគីចុងចោទទៅបំភ្លឺ ឬតតាំងនៅចំពោះមុខតុលាការម្តងណាទេ។ បន្ថែមលើនេះ នៅពេលដែលតុលាការបានមកបិទសាលក្រមស្ថាពរនៅជញ្ជាំងផ្ទះរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាចុងចោទ ហើយត្រូវប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចុងចោទដាក់ពាក្យបណ្ដឹងរក្សាការពារទៅកាន់តុលាការ ជំទាស់ទៅនឹងសាលក្រមតុលាការ ប៉ុន្តែបែរជាតុលាការខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ មិនចាត់ការទៅវិញ។
ទាក់ទិនបញ្ហានេះ តំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសហគមន៍អូរដំរី លោក ង៉ែត ចន្ធូ និងជាចុងចោទម្នាក់ បានអំពាវនាវដល់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន និងស្ថាប័នប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ ជួយបញ្ជូនមន្ត្រីចុះអង្កេតលើករណីស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងខេត្តនេះបានឃុបឃិតគ្នាលួចធ្វើប្លង់កម្មសិទ្ធិរំលោភយកដីពលរដ្ឋចំនួន ១៤៩គ្រួសារ រស់នៅសង្កាត់អូរត្រេះ ទៅឲ្យបុគ្គលមានអំណាច និងទ្រព្យធន ដើម្បីផ្តល់យុត្តិធម៌ជូនពលរដ្ឋរងគ្រោះ។ លោកបន្តថា ដីទំនាស់នេះ គឺមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភាគច្រើនបានមកតាំងទីលំនៅលើដីនេះជាង ១០ឆ្នាំមកហើយ ហើយមានអាជ្ញាធរភូមិឃុំទទួលស្គាល់ថែមទៀត។
ការចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមស្ថាពររបស់តុលាការ ក៏ឃើញមានវត្តមាន លោក ស្រ៊ុន ស្រ៊ន់ អភិបាលរងខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ទទួលបន្ទុកដោះស្រាយទំនាស់ដីធ្លី បានបង្ហាញវត្តមាននៅទីតាំងកើតមានទំនាស់នេះដែរ ដើម្បីសម្របសម្រួលខ្លាចមានអំពើហិង្សា។ ការចុះអនុវត្តសាលក្រមស្ថាពរនេះ ដឹកនាំដោយចៅក្រម ញឹម ពិសាល ដោយមានកម្លាំងនគរបាល និងកងរាជអាវុធហត្ថរាប់សិបនាក់ បានដាក់ពង្រាយជុំវិញដីទំនាស់នោះ ប៉ុន្តែមិនមានអំពើហិង្សាកើតឡើងទេ៕

look at that………….. there is not reason to hurt our people like this. just do not say because of this reason or that reason to excusing our people. forest have been destroy thousand and thousand mail for the VIET company and his raking officers. kicking our people out of their home to live in tan just like animal. our people have no land to live and producing food to feet their families. now our nation seeing clearly that this HUN SEN regime is the wars leader in the history of Cambodia. HUN SEN can not say I did not know about this or that. what I have done wrong, being a leader he have to know what was his people wanted, need, and expressly why people again whit .??the word I do not know is not acceptable or this leader giving up by saying I can not do it, because I’m not smart enough to lead this country. what the point to have been born as bad leader having bad name for his nation and in the world community. when this guy born he did not take any thing whit him, and when he die he al so can not take any thing whit him too. if he thinking he is a GOD for this world, the question is what kind of GOD is he??bad guy all way worry about his safety that right he have to have a lot of body guard to die for him. the resent situation we should standing a side following the story.
