លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ដែលជាកូនប្រុសរបស់លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ហ៊ុន សែន និងជាប្រធានសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយុវជនអាស៊ី (AYC) ដែលជាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលមួយធ្វើការងារលើកកម្ពស់យុវជននៅអាស៊ី។
សេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងមួយរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយុវជនអាស៊ីនិងសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជាចេញផ្សាយនៅថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍នេះឲ្យដឹងថាមហាសន្និបាតក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយុវជនអាស៊ីលើកទី១៣ដែលរៀបចំឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ បានបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើស លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ឲ្យធ្វើជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយុវជនអាស៊ី។ សេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងឲ្យដឹងទៀតថាការបោះឆ្នោតនេះធ្វើឡើងស្របគ្នានឹងការរៀបចំវេទិកាយុវជនកម្ពុជាអាស៊ី ក្រោមប្រធានបទ”សន្តិភាព ប្រជាធិបតេយ្យនិងភាពជាដៃគូក្នុងតំបន់ឆ្ពោះទៅរកគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព“។ វេទិកានេះមានរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ដល់ថ្ងៃ២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៦។
ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយុវជនអាស៊ីគឺជាអង្គការយុវជនមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៅកម្រិតតំបន់ដែលត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងកាលពី ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ជាវេទិការួមមួយដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំយុវជននិងយុវជនអាស៊ីដែលមានគោលបំណងស្រដៀងគ្នាក្នុងដំណើរការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងសង្គម។ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សានេះមានលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៅទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួរ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។
លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី មិនត្រឹមតែជាប្រធានសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ លោកក៏ជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តមណ្ឌលកំពង់ស្ពឺផងដែរ។ លោកជាតំណាងរាស្រ្តវ័យក្មេងមួយរូបដែលគេសង្កេតឃើញថាបានដឹកនាំយុវជន ជាច្រើនធ្វើសម្មភាពសង្គម ជាពិសេសកម្មវិធីអង្គរសង្ក្រានដែលធ្វើឡើងនៅខេត្តសៀមរាបជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ។
កាលពីខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ លោក ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី បានទទួលពានរង្វាន់អន្តរជាតិGusi Peace Prizeនៅប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន។ លោកក៏បានទទួលពានរង្វាន់ប្រជាជនអាស៊ាន(ASEAN people’s Award)ផងដែរ។ ពានរង្វាន់ទាំងនេះទទួលបានដោយសារស្នាដៃរបស់លោកក្នុងការដឹកនាំសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជានិងការចូលរួមចំណែកដល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ាន៕

congratulation Mr HUN……. my question to you is do you get this promotion on behalf of all Cambodian ?? or any kind of influent from your father through out his dictatorial leadership in this nation. politician in the whole world saw very clearly that your father was another worse dictator in the world . why I said that ?? your father action showing every one clearly we did not have to go to school just to understanding his action. what in the world that did not understand the guy staying in powers for thirty five years and still wanted to stay for the rest of his life. did you ever think that you father mad a big mistake of the way he is leading this poor nation.??? for me and some of foreigner understood very clearly that your father was a very power full man in the whole world. we can not mad a comparison to any president in the whole world. we indicated that your father control every thing in any government sector in this poor nation . just trying not to confusing any one that was cleared through out our investigation. every day I just wonder how can the guy leading this small hole not even one province of the other be came very powers full evil in the whole world. just remember my word Mr what going up it have to come down*******************
