អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិជាច្រើន បានលើកឡើងដូចៗគ្នាថា ការចាប់ខ្លួនតំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ដោយអាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជា គឺជាការរំលោភសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងច្បាប់យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ ពួកគេអំពាវនាវឲ្យដោះលែង លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន និងទម្លាក់ចោលទាំងស្រុងនូវបទចោទទាំងឡាយទៅលើតំណាងរាស្ត្របក្សប្រឆាំងរូបនេះ។ ទោះយ៉ាងនេះក្តី ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន អះអាងថា លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន បានប្រព្រឹត្តបទល្មើសជាក់ស្តែង ដែលលោកមិនអាចលើកលែងឲ្យបាន។

តាមរយៈសារអេឡិចត្រូនិកមកកាន់វិទ្យុអាស៊ីសេរី នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា លោក ប៊្រែដ អាដាម ជំរុញឲ្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលដោះលែង លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន និងសកម្មជនគណបក្សប្រឆាំងផ្សេងទៀតដែលកំពុងជាប់ពន្ធនាគារ៖ «គាត់គួរតែត្រូវបានដោះលែងភ្លាមៗ ហើយការផ្ដន្ទាទោស និងការចោទប្រកាន់ដែលមានចរិតនយោបាយទាំងអស់ប្រឆាំងនឹងរូបគាត់ និងសមាជិកគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ ផ្សេងទៀតត្រូវតែបញ្ចប់។ ម្ចាស់ជំនួយគួរតែប្រាប់ទៅរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ថា ការធ្វើបែបនេះវាល្មមបញ្ចប់ហើយ វាល្មមគ្រប់គ្រាន់ហើយ ហើយដរាបណាការរំលោភបំពានទាំងនេះនៅតែបន្ត ពួកគេនឹងចាប់ផ្ដើមគិតគូរពីការកាត់ផ្តាច់ជំនួយ និងបន្ទាបទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយកម្ពុជា»។
ចំណែកអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុកវិញ ក៏បានចេញសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមគ្នា ថ្កោលទោសការចាប់ខ្លួន លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ដែរ។
មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា សមាគមអាដហុក (ADHOC) អង្គការខុមហ្វ្រែល (Comfrel) និងអង្គការ ១០ ផ្សេងទៀត ហៅការចាប់ខ្លួន លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ថាជាការប្រព្រឹត្តផ្ទុយនឹងរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញដែលធានានូវអភ័យឯកសិទ្ធិអ្នកតំណាងរាស្ត្រ និងជាសញ្ញាបង្ហាញពីលំហលទ្ធិប្រជាធិបតេយ្យរួមតូច និងការមិនទទួលយកនូវនយោបាយបែបពហុបក្សនៅកម្ពុជា។
នៅក្នុងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួម ចេញផ្សាយនៅថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា ក្រុមអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលទាំងនេះ យល់ឃើញថា ការចាប់ខ្លួន លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន គឺជាការបង្ក្រាបជាប្រព័ន្ធទៅលើគណបក្សប្រឆាំង ហើយការធ្វើទុក្ខបុកម្នេញដោយគ្មានការអត់ឱនទៅលើគណបក្សប្រឆាំងបែបនេះ គឺជាសញ្ញាគួរឲ្យព្រួយបារម្ភសម្រាប់ការបោះឆ្នោតឃុំ–សង្កាត់នៅឆ្នាំ២០១៧ និងការបោះឆ្នោតសកលនៅឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ខាងមុខ។
ក្រុមអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល អំពាវនាវដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ឲ្យដោះលែង លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ជាបន្ទាន់ ហើយត្រូវទម្លាក់ចោលរាល់បទចោទទាំងឡាយប្រឆាំងរូបលោក។
ជុំវិញរឿងនេះ នៅក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយគ្រួសារយោធិនពិការនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១២ មេសា លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន អះអាងថា លោកត្រូវតែចាប់ខ្លួន លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ព្រោះតំណាងរាស្ត្ររូបនេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តបទល្មើសជាក់ស្តែង។ លើសពីនេះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានព្រមានជាថ្មីម្តងទៀតថា លោកនឹងចាប់ខ្លួនអ្នកណាក៏ដោយដែលនៅនិយាយថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រើប្រាស់ផែនទីក្លែងក្លាយ ទោះបីជាបុគ្គលនោះមានតួនាទីជាអ្វីក៏ដោយ៖ «ខ្ញុំបានផ្តល់ឱកាសឲ្យពួកគេគ្រប់គ្រាន់ណាស់ទៅហើយ ប៉ុន្តែនិយាយពីផ្លូវច្បាប់ គ្មានការចាំបាច់ដើម្បីមកផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់បែបនេះទេ ប៉ុន្តែខ្ញុំចង់ឲ្យពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា យល់អំពីទឹកដីកម្ពុជា នៅសល់ប៉ុនណា។ ចូលទៅដល់រដ្ឋសភា អត់មាននិយាយរឿងដក ឬមិនដកអភ័យឯកសិទ្ធិនោះទេ ព្រោះចាប់ក្នុងបទល្មើសជាក់ស្តែង គឺមានតែទៅសួរសភាថាដំណើរការក្តីនេះទៅមុខទៀត ឬអត់?»។
តំណាងរាស្ត្រគណបក្សសង្គ្រោះជាតិ មណ្ឌលសៀមរាប លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ត្រូវបានអាជ្ញាធរចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីម៉ោងជាង ១២ យប់ថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១០ ឈានចូលថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមេសា គឺតែប៉ុន្មានម៉ោងក្រោយពេលលោកវិលត្រឡប់ពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក វិញ។ លោក អ៊ុំ សំអាន ជាតំណាងរាស្ត្រមួយរូបដែលនិយាយមិនសំចៃមាត់អំពីរឿងព្រំដែន និងផែនទីរវាងកម្ពុជា ជាមួយប្រទេសជិតខាង ពិសេសបញ្ហាព្រំដែន និងផែនទីរវាងកម្ពុជា និងវៀតណាម៕
កំណត់ចំណាំចំពោះអ្នកបញ្ចូលមតិនៅក្នុងអត្ថបទនេះ៖ ដើម្បីរក្សាសេចក្ដីថ្លៃថ្នូរ យើងខ្ញុំនឹងផ្សាយតែមតិណា ដែលមិនជេរប្រមាថដល់អ្នកដទៃប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

Cambodia is in the cage of mr sen’ .mr HUN-SEN is P-M of cambodia ‘he used to be a commander of khmer rouge in pol-pot time and he used to killed a lot of people’ followed the order of veitcong’.cambodian people never live in peaceful or happy time since veitcong spread the war to cambodia 1970 .cambodian people never have justice in the dark time(pol-pot) because of the plan of communist HO CHI MINH who wanted indochina in his hand.now cambodia and her people living in the cage of communist man (hun-sen) who can do anything in the country.Youn-veitcong prepare everything to swallow cambodia since 1979 but cambodian people sacrifice their life to rescue the country from veitcong till got PARISH ACCORD but veitcong dog not agree to give power to the winner so have to share the position that no other country in the world had.since 1993 veitcong start to make trouble and ask stupid king si haknouk to kick U-N out of cambodia .After U-N out veitcong and veitcong dogs try to make trouble with RANAROTH (1P-M) then lead to do the coup and killing all the nationalist and soldiers who fight for the country ,then veitcong dogs control everything ,election,sign the new illegal treaties and gave tral island ,sea area,land lease to veitname (the master of veitcong)and bury parish accord then election every time they just took the seat what ever they wanted because they control ,then veitcong dog tell the world we did fair election ,then they try to cheated international that cambodia is democracy but the fact is controlled by communist veitcong dog and followed veit-master .we are cambodian people appeal to international to help us because cambodian people living in the cage of communist veitcong dog.all cambodian people must wake up and vote to CNRP to rescue our country from veitcong dog because U-N spend $2 billion to make democracy but not work. GOD bless all cambodian people’
justice will reveal for our country and it’s people . this group of genocidal is continuous to take Cambodian life and making too much problem for this nation. no though HUN SEN and his followers is a nation traitor . HUN SEN is an uneducated dog of VN he acting like a great GOD for this tiny hole. of cause he and his group was involving in the killing field . they did kill Cambodian and blame it to each other. a sauce from some people who had live in PHNOM PEN said VN spy was every where in Cambodia even those Vietcong did not even inter in Khmer capital yet those Vietcong spy was already celebration in Phnom pen . my question to all Cambodian is?? on this point what was it mean in those dome day . after that my research found out when VN took over the capital and pushed POL POT to the border of THAILAND those VN took every thing that is valuable to their country. their plane was to take over our nation but it’s too bad international community could not let those VN to eliminated the other nation. please remember even we have international community protecting us this VN spy still use their policy to hurt our nation
U.S authority must be very careful of Hun Manet and his gang because now, they are finding a way to escape from the United states to get away from the U.S. law. Hun Manet and his team so-called gangsters came to America unofficially. The United State government did not invite them.
They went to America as regular tourists; they came to look for supporters , establish CPP branch in America and to divide Khmer community in the whole U.S. They made a big mistake by coming to America, the country of lawful and justice; and dared to brutally to attacked and assault of American citizen. All U.S citizen protected by law. You can’t just come and break the law of the U.S. This is the case of murdered attempt . It can not be tolerated in what so ever when a bunch of foreigners conducted a private and unofficial visit to the state and dare to brutally assault to American. It must not happen in America. Don’t be like me ; I am living in Cambodia under dictator rule; I hope one day Cambodia will be changed soon. Sometimes I hide my- self and cried for freedom and justice like other citizens in other countries
The United State government must not grant U.S visa to both Hun Sen and Hun manet.
Hun Sen was Khmer Rough bloody hand communist commander, and now Vietnamese puppet, dictator, killer, criminal, never follow Paris Peace agreement and Cambodian law ; he is above the law of Cambodia; Hun Sen is the traitor of Cambodia; He never go by true democracy, He severely abuse human rights; he is the biggest corruption in the world. He is the master of drug trafficking , he devastated Cambodia by cutting the tree and dig mineral for his own wealth family and cronies. Note: Hun Sen has ruled Cambodia for 37 years
Hun Sen Promoted his own son(Hun Manet) to be three-star general and head of an anti-terrorist agent over many senior experienced and much more qualified men than Hun Manet for helping Hun Sen to hold power in place for a long time and later on pass it to Hun Manet. By helping his father Hun Manet has been involved with the same crimes as his father
My point is please don’t let him get away from the U.S system of justice
I feel so sad on young and good educated Cambodian that bagging for peace and democracy in his home town. please do not give up your dream for your whole nation at the same time do not forget yourself of walking in to those evil trap that can harm you. I can not believing that justice can be serve for no one in Cambodia right now . every thing they are trying to do is to translate the constitution to suit their wrong doing and also changing constitution to suit their dictator regime. right now it seem to be world politician are keeping their eyes on Cambodia. they do not want to see another devastation in this nation again . it is very cruelty and costly to the international community.as I remember the word preventing is better then fixing be come a great meaning to all Cambodian . I do not want to see the killing field come to this nation again. peaceful change is my ideal to our poor nation.
