ប្រមុខរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ស្នើកុំឲ្យមានការថ្កោលទោស ឬចាត់ទុកលោកថាអាយ៉ងរបស់វៀតណាម ដោយគ្រាន់តែលោកចេះនិយាយភាសាវៀតណាម។ ការអំពាវនាវនេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធបើកឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការស្ពានមិត្តភាពកម្ពុជា–វៀតណាម ជ្រៃធំ–ឡុងប៊ិញ នៅស្រុកកោះធំ ខេត្តកណ្ដាល នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២៤ មេសា៖ «បើគេឃើញខ្ញុំនិយាយភាសាវៀតណាម គេថាខ្ញុំអាយ៉ងវៀតណាម ប៉ុន្តែដូចជាគេមិនទាន់និយាយថាខ្ញុំជាអាយ៉ងបារាំង និងអង់គ្លេស នៅពេលខ្ញុំនិយាយបារាំង និងអង់គ្លេស នោះទេ»។
នៅក្នុងពិធីនេះ លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានថ្លែងជាភាសាវៀតណាម ជាង ២នាទី ក្រោយពេលលោកថា អ្នកបកប្រែបានបកប្រែខុសពីអ្វីដែលលោកចង់និយាយ ដូច្នេះលោកត្រូវតែនិយាយឲ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋវៀតណាម បានស្តាប់ពីអត្ថន័យត្រឹមត្រូវ។
ឃ្លាដើមដែលលោក ហ៊ុន សែន បានថ្លែង ហើយដែលលោកថាអ្នកបកប្រែ បកប្រែខុសនោះ គឺលោកថា លោក “បានសម្រេចរួចមកហើយនូវការប្រែក្លាយតំបន់អតីតសមរភូមិឲ្យទៅជាទីផ្សារ ហើយឥឡូវកំពុងតែខិតខំបន្តដើម្បីប្រែក្លាយតំបន់ព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសជិតខាងទាំងអស់ ឲ្យទៅជាតំបន់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សហប្រតិបត្តិការ មិត្តភាព ហើយក៏ជាផ្នែកដ៏សំខាន់នៃទំនាក់ទំនងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរវាងប្រទេសជាប់ជាមួយគ្នា”។
កាលពីដើមឆ្នាំ២០១៥ កន្លងទៅ ពេលដែលលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន បានទៅបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចនៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម លោកក៏បានថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាជាភាសាវៀតណាម ទៅកាន់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរបស់ប្រទេសកុម្មុយនីស្តមួយនេះ។ វីដេអូនៃសុន្ទរកថានេះ ត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយតាមទូរទស្សន៍វៀតណាម និងត្រូវបានចែករំលែកតគ្នាជាច្រើនតាមបណ្ដាញសង្គមហ្វេសប៊ុក (Facebook) និងយូធូប (YouTube) ធ្វើឲ្យមានការភ្ញាក់ផ្អើលក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់បណ្ដាញសង្គមទាំងនេះ ហើយមានអ្នកខ្លះបានចោទជាសំណួរថា ហេតុអ្វីបានជាលោក ហ៊ុន សែន ចេះភាសាវៀតណាម ស្ទាត់យ៉ាងនេះ រហូតដល់មានអ្នកខ្លះរិះគន់ថា លោកជាអាយ៉ងរបស់វៀតណាម ទៀតផង៕

some body just like that when he see coffin then he realize I have been commit a lot of crime again humanity. life is too short if any one past the way at least he or she should left their name for some people to appreciated on what they have doing good thing in the past. for whom commit a lot of sin people will make a big celebration when he past the way. this is a logical of human life every where in the whole world. as I said you can run but you can not hiding . what going up it have to come down no matter what . for HUN SEN the persons who close to him who will hate him the most because they knew all his evil act. the last question to him is >>>> can you take any money or your I phone white you when the time come??????? We all are judged by our actions and our words. Hun Sen’s actions and words will be judged by Cambodian people. We all live once and die once, should we all do good thing in our life. His hands may be redden by Cambodian’s blood. He is not much different than the Khmer Rouge. His ideology and his actions are almost the same as his brother, Pol Pot.
If we look at the photo, we see that his family is at his side. How about the other families whose families have been jailed under his regime, do they have their families on their bed sides?. Think about equality and justice in Cambodia.

Human being born and die’ . When you are living in this world and become the leader must have a good heart ,good leader then the gate of heaven wait for you’ but while you committed a lot of crimes ‘ the gate of hell waiting for you’ and will be burn in there for a long time ‘you pay back what you have done to other people ‘ .You can lie to other people or the world but you can’t lie to yourself ‘ you believe in buddha ‘ you must believe in KARMA’ .
