លោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ចេញមុខបបួលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ចរចាជាកញ្ចប់ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដែលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ប្រកាសផ្អាកផ្ដល់ទិដ្ឋាការដល់មន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងក្រុមគ្រួសារកាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ។ ការប្រកាសរបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន នេះ គឺក្រោយពីលោកប្រកាសផ្អាកកិច្ចសហការជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដើម្បីរុករកអដ្ឋិធាតុទាហានអាមេរិក ដែលបាត់ខ្លួននៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងសម័យសង្គ្រាម។
នេះជាលើកទី១ ដែលលោកនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន សែន ចេញមុខជាសាធារណៈប្រកាសនូវវិធានការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដែលផ្អាកផ្ដល់ទិដ្ឋាការប្រភេទ B1 និង B2 ដល់មន្ត្រីក្រសួងការបរទេសសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថា បើអាមេរិកផ្អាកមិនផ្ដល់ទិដ្ឋាការ កម្ពុជាក៏ផ្អាកមិនសហការរឿងរុករកអដ្ឋិធាតុទាហានអាមេរិកនោះដែរ។ ទាហានអាមេរិក ដែលបាត់ខ្លួននៅកម្ពុជា ក្នុងសម័យសង្គ្រាមមានចំនួន ៩០នាក់ រកឃើញចំនួន ៤១នាក់ ចំណែក ៤៩នាក់ទៀត សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងកម្ពុជា កំពុងសហការគ្នារុករក។ តែពេលនេះ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន បញ្ជាឲ្យមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ផ្អាកធ្វើរឿងនេះសិនរហូតទាល់តែមានដំណោះស្រាយ៖ «»។
មូលហេតុដែលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ផ្អាកផ្តល់ទិដ្ឋាការដល់មន្ត្រីក្រសួងការប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដោយសារតែប្រទេសមហាអំណាចមួយនេះខកចិត្តនឹងរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលមិនសហការពេញលេញក្នុងការទទួលយកជនជាតិខ្មែរប្រព្រឹត្តកំហុសដែលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បញ្ជូនមកកម្ពុជា វិញ ដែលកន្លងទៅកម្ពុជា ចាត់ទុកថា ជាសកម្មភាពអមនុស្សធម៌មួយដោយសារតែជាការបំបែកបំបាក់គ្រួសាររបស់ពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរទាំងនោះ។
ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា លោក ហ៊ុន សែន អះអាងថា កម្ពុជាមិនបានបញ្ចប់នូវកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទទួលយកពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកនេះទេ គឺបានស្នើសុំឲ្យមានការពិគ្រោះយោបល់ដើម្បីឈានទៅដល់ការធ្វើវិសោធនកម្ម។ លោកថា ក្នុងពេលជាមួយគ្នា ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃកម្ពុជា ក៏ត្រៀមបញ្ជូនពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរចំនួន ២៦នាក់ចុងក្រោយដែលសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក គ្រោងបញ្ជូនមកកម្ពុជា វិញទៀតផង។លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថា ប្រតិកម្មរបស់អាមេរិកនេះ មានន័យថា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានលុបចោលកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះជាឯកតោភាគី។
លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ថ្លែងខឹងសម្បាចំពោះឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា លោក វីល្លៀម ហៃដ្ដ ថាកុំឲ្យឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតដែលចេះនិយាយភាសាខ្មែរតិចតួច និងមានភរិយាជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែររូបនេះមកតាំងខ្លួនធ្វើជាឪម៉ែរបស់កម្ពុជា។ លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏អំពាវនាវឲ្យពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរងើបឈរឡើងដើម្បីឯករាជ្យ សេរីភាព និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់ខ្លួន៖ «»។

ឆ្លើយតបចំពោះការលើកឡើងរបស់លោក ហ៊ុន សែន ទាំងអម្បាលម៉ាណនេះ មន្ត្រីនាំពាក្យស្ថានទូតសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា លោក អារ៉េនដ៍ ស្វតចិស្ស (Arend Zwartjies) ថ្លែងប្រាប់អាស៊ីសេរី តាមសារអេឡិចត្រូនិក (Email) នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ កញ្ញា ថា កម្ពុជា និងសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក បានបន្តកិច្ចសហការរឹងមាំក្នុងការរុករកអដ្ឋិធាតុទាហានបាត់ខ្លួននេះ ហើយកម្ពុជា ទទួលបានការដឹងគុណជាអនេកនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ លោកថា ថ្ងៃនេះជាទិវាជាតិរំលឹកយុទ្ធជនឈ្លើយសឹក និងយុទ្ធជនបាត់ខ្លួនក្នុងបេសកកម្មនៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ហើយដំណឹងអំពីការផ្អាកនេះ នឹងទាញការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ខ្លាំង។
អ្នកឃ្លាំមើលការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមបណ្ឌិត មាស នី មើលឃើញថា របៀបនៃការឆ្លើយតបរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ធ្វើឡើងហាក់អាស្រ័យលើតែការយល់ឃើញរបស់អ្នកនយោបាយ ដោយមិនសូវឆ្លងកាត់ការពិនិត្យមើលរបស់រដ្ឋសភា ដែលនេះផ្ទុយពីការឆ្លើយតបរបស់អាមេរិក មកលើកម្ពុជា។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា ក្នុងកាលៈទេសៈបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ លោកថា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកមិនមានអ្វីត្រូវខាតប្រយោជន៍ពីកម្ពុជា នោះទេ គឺមានតែកម្ពុជាទេដែលខាតប្រយោជន៍ច្រើនដោយសារ តែទំនាក់ទំនងមិនល្អជាមួយសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកនេះ៕
too bad HUN SEN is playing childish politic to the world community. HUN SEN himself did not know what he just do to his enemy AMERICKANG and EU. in three decade they have been asked this leadership to obey the international human right and democracy . when they saw some thing wrong they said>>> we are concerning<<> HUN SEN said I’m not a dictator but I just stay in powers YOU TEIR……. HAS … that is funny word and he is so proud of himself being in powers since he was so young and the longest leader in the whole world. please give him a gold metal of being a great leader of the world. I can’t believe the leader from the country that I was born becoming a great leader of the world. and I also can’t believe this wilderness animal became the great king of the world. I have bee flowing Cambodia political situation for many decade please believing me there will be no peace as long as HUN SEN still in powers. recently HUN SEN become the enemy of the world , are you seeing that???? if not that mean every thing will go together no matter what. if Cambodian inside the country can not see the danger situation that mean the end of it. as I used to say no GOD can help you if you did not help yourself first. for some Cambodian who is blind can not see what going on from that evil leader will sorry themselves after every thing is clear. I knew that international community can not be patent HUN SEN any more. please be prepare yourself to un stable situation in the near future. GOD bless Cambodia and peace for all Cambodian

Hun Sen should not be respected by Cambodians. He should not be a leader of this country. It looks that he lose his mind and cannot control his mind and feeling in managing, leading, and dealing with major national issues for the sake of the nation. Hun Sen’s foreign policy is wrong and clumsy. Wrong or clumsy foreign policy caan be creating hostilities and bringing hopelessness and disaster to the country. Thus, Cambodian citizens have to use your choice and conscience to select a qualified leader to lead the country and vote Hun Sen out on July 29, 2018. We all cannot allow Hun Sen to gfo on leading our country. He will lead us to the Communist circle. Cambodia will recive no good name or reputation on the world. Under Hun Sen’s leadership in these 32 years, our natiural resoiurces has been almost depleted, unsettled corruption, social injustice, land issue and grabbing caused by powerful and wealthy officials and individuals, abuse of power, etc.
Thus, we all have to save our nation from being destroyed. Please vote him out on July 29, 2018.
